Industrial Cyber-Physical (ICP) systems are integration of computation and physical processes to help achieve operational excellence. As sensors and actuators compose the openly deployed ICP systems and are often susceptible to interference, it puts forward higher requirements on reliability. Reliable coverage ensures sensors acquiring information and therefore coverage reliability of sensor network is studied from various perspectives. However, most existing reliability evaluation methods ignore the belief degree of coverage which influences the reliability to an extent. To evaluate the coverage reliability from the perspective of belief degree, we firstly define Confident Information Coverage Belief Reliability (CICBR) based on the Confident Information Coverage (CIC) model and D-S evidence theory, which comprehensively considers the coverage rate, interference from the environment, and belief degree of the result. Next, to evaluate the belief degree more reasonably, an Evidence-discount-based basic probability assignment generating method is proposed based on D-S theory to describe the interference in the belief degree. Moreover, a belief evaluation algorithm is proposed to calculate the belief degree of the coverage. Finally, an evidence-Discount-based Confident Information Coverage Belief Reliability Evaluation (D-CICBRE) algorithm is proposed to evaluate CICBR. The simulation result indicates that the proposed method can obtain higher and more reasonable reliability. Therefore, the proposed D-CICBRE algorithm can be used to evaluate the reliability of ICP systems more accurately and reasonably. © 2023 IEEE.

Gland instance segmentation is an essential but challenging task in the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. The existing models usually achieve gland instance segmentation through multi-task learning and boundary loss constraint. However, how to deal with the problems of gland adhesion and inaccurate boundary in segmenting the complex samples remains a challenge. In this work, we propose a novel geometric feature named displacement field (DF), which can represent the geometric information such as shape, size, and orientation of the glands. Based on the explicit constraint of DF, a displacement-field assisted graph energy transmitter (DFGET) framework is proposed for solving the above problems. Using such graph framework, the gland semantic segmentation map and the displacement field of the graph nodes are estimated with two graph network branches. With the constraint of DF, a graph cluster module is presented to improve the intra-class feature consistency and inter-class feature discrepancy, as well as to separate the adherent glands. Extensive comparison and ablation experiments on the GlaS dataset demonstrate the effectiveness of the displacement field and the superiority of DFGET. Compared to the best comparative model, DFGET increases the object-Dice and object-F1 score by 2.27% and 3.11% respectively, while decreases the object-HD by 15.58, achieving state-of-the-art performance, which indicates that DFGET can serve as an auxiliary tool for the diagnosis of adenocarcinoma. © 2024 IEEE.

With the vigorous development of computer-related technology, the "perception + decision" paradigm of the combination of deep learning and reinforcement learning has become a research hotspot. Nowadays, deep reinforcement learning algorithms have been successfully applied to the fields of games, industry and commerce. However, deep reinforcement learning algorithms often fall into the dilemma of "exploration" and "exploitation", and the effect of these algorithms is easily affected by the quality of hyperparameters. In order to make up for the defects mentioned above, this paper introduces the particle swarm based reinforcement learning framework (PRL). Compared with the standard reinforcement learning algorithms, this framework greatly improves the exploration ability and obtains better scores in a series of gym experimental tests. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Beryllium(Be)is one of the unsubstitutable key metals in strategic emerging industries and national defense industries,mainly originating from volcanogenic Be ***,volcanogenic Be deposits have become important research objects of key metal deposits,with a focus on their occurrence,metallogenic mechanism,and resource *** the southeast coast of China,the Late Mesozoic volcanic intrusive complex has a good Be metallogenic background,and strong Be mineralization occurs in some *** geological investigation and analyses of samples from Southeast Zhejiang as well as Northeast and Southeast Fujian indicate that Be mineralization in the southeast coast of China is closely related to the hydrothermal processes in the volcanic intrusive *** Southeast Zhejiang,Be ore in the Qingtian area mainly occurs in granite porphyry,with the Be content reaching 939 ppm,while strong Be mineralization from Zhangji rhyolite porphyry in the Pingyang area contains up to 11400 ppm *** Xiapu County,Northeastern Fujian,the Dawan Be deposit is characterized by constituents of helvite and *** Pinghe County,Southeastern Fujian,the Fulishi Be ore is a quartz vein beryl-type *** results suggest that the volcanic intrusive complex area in the southeast coast of China has a wide range of Be mineralization and better Be metallogenic potential,and it is expected to become an important Be metallogenic belt in ***,we should thoroughly investigate the Be resources of granite porphyry,rhyolite porphyry,quartz porphyry,and quartz vein in this volcanic rock area,which can provide a theoretical basis for the exploration and guiding prospecting of volcanic intrusive complex Be deposits.

Colorectal cancer is a common malignancy. In colonoscopy images, computer-assisted polyp segmentation helps doctors diagnose and treat disorders more precisely. In recent years, some methods based on deep convolutional neural networks have made significant breakthroughs in this task. However, only a few algorithms explicitly consider the effect of light intensity on segmentation performance, which results in algorithms needing to be more robust for complex samples. This paper proposes a neural network combining a simple encoding structure with a reverse attention module. Specifically, the model uses HarDNet68 as the backbone network, adds a camouflage identification module (CIM) to enhance the capture of polyp details on the underlying features, and finally utilizes adaptive feature fusion with the reverse attention module (RAM). The proposed model effectively addresses the challenge of poor segmentation quality in colonoscopy images caused by inconsistent illumination. Extensive experiments on five datasets show that the proposed model performs well in polyp segmentation. © 2023 IEEE.

Despite the rapid progress of large language models (LLMs), their task performance remains sensitive to prompt design. Recent studies have explored leveraging the LLM itself as an optimizer to identify optimal prompts that maximize task accuracy. However, when evaluating prompts, such approaches heavily rely on elusive manually annotated gold labels to calculate task accuracy for each candidate prompt, which hinders its generality. To overcome the limitation, this work proposes GLaPE, a gold label-agnostic prompt evaluation method to alleviate dependence on gold labels. GLaPE is composed of two critical aspects: self-consistency evaluation of a single prompt and mutual-consistency refinement across multiple prompts. Experimental results on 8 widely-recognized reasoning tasks demonstrate that GLaPE can produce more effective prompts, achieving performance comparable to those derived from manually annotated gold labels. Analysis shows that GLaPE provides reliable evaluations aligned with accuracy, even in the absence of gold labels. As an extended version of frequent itemset patterns, periodic itemset patterns concern both the frequency and periodicity of itemsets at the same time, so they contain more information than frequent itemset patterns, which only concern the frequency. With further research, we found that, in some cases, the periodic itemset patterns with higher frequency, or with optimal periodicity, or with both higher frequency and optimal periodicity have higher application value. However, there is currently no work focusing on such a kind of periodic itemset patterns. In view of this, this paper first proposes a new concept of skyline periodic itemset patterns, and states the problem of skyline periodic itemset pattern mining, then presents an algorithm called SLPIM (SkyLine Periodic Itemset pattern Miner) for skyline periodic itemset pattern mining. SLPIM first adopts the well-known FP-Growth algorithm to mine all frequent itemset patterns, and then uses an effective judgment strategy to determine which frequent itemset patterns are skyline periodic itemset patterns. Finally, experiments are conducted on two real-world and two simulated datasets. As control modules in cars become intelligent and automated, electrical systems become more complex. Dozens or even hundreds of electronic control units (ECUs) are used in many cars. In this case, the information security problem of the car is also latent in the dark. When the actual application load ratio of the CAN bus exceeds more than 30%, the delay of data communication and the probability of error frames multiply, causing serious communication congestion. A malicious intruder only needs to affect the bus data traffic to cause the collapse of the CAN bus network, which in turn changes the behavior of the car and has irreversible consequences. In order to enable the CAN bus to maintain its advantages, it can adapt to the new needs of contemporary in-vehicle networks with higher performance and more reliable security protection. In the paper, we propose a flow monitoring alarm module built into the in-vehicle CAN. This module embeds a statistical algorithm based on information theory. The algorithm has a small amount of computation and clear logic, which meets the lightweight requirements of embedded algorithms. Through multiple experiments, the module can monitor all Dos for in-vehicle CAN, as well as other traffic abnormalities with a monitoring alarm rate of more than 98%. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
