Garbage classification is an essential work in daily life. With the development of artificial intelligence (AI), we have begun to use object detection to achieve garbage classification. However, the stacking and occlusion of garbage often make the detection performance unsatisfactory. In this paper, YOLOv5 algorithm is used for garbage detection and classification. YOLOv5 has three detection heads, which can detect objects at multiple scales. At the same time, Mosaic and Coarse Dropout image augmentation techniques are used to process our private data set of garbage, which improves the diversity of images. In this way, the target classification accuracy of the detection model can reach 75.7%, which is significantly improved compared with 69.9% without data augmentation. This paper provides a new technical support for the scene classification of stacked garbage based on deep learning. © 2022 IEEE.

A nested rectangle electromagnetic bandgap structure with dual broadband band is designed to enhance the performance of telecom/mobile 5G antennas operating at 3.3GHz and 4.9GHz, which has a short frequency spacing of about 1.6GHz. through loading EBG structure under dipole antenna, directional radiation, low profile and high gain performance have been achieved. The distance between electromagnetic bandgap (EBG) structure and antenna is only 0.067 wavelength, the first band and the second band of EBG are greatly expanded by etching nested square grooves around the EBG (NSGEBG) as compared with traditional etched ring groove EBG (ERGEBG). The bandwidth of the first band of 0.39GHz is twice wider than that of the ring groove of 0.2GHz, the second band has a bandwidth of 0.46GHz, which perfectly solves the problem that the spacing of the two operating frequency is greater than 2GHz. © 2022 IEEE.

Camouflaged object segmentation (COS) is a challenging task due to the existence of high intrinsic similarities between the object and background. To overcome this challenge, we pro-pose a new framework, called TransCoop, for COS through the cooperation of Transformers and convolutional neural net-works (CNNs). Specifically, Transformer is used to model global context and structural information for accurately positioning potential target objects. Meanwhile, a well-designed texture feature fusion module (TFFM) is used to fuse the features encoded by CNN with the shallow Transformer to fully mine the low-level features in the scene. Furthermore, we propose a noise removal module (NRM), which can eliminate the background noise of low-level features with the guidance of precise target location. Notably, our TFFM and NRM can effectively realize the interaction between Transformer and CNN features. Extensive experiments on four benchmark datasets demonstrate the superiority of our TransCoop against existing state-of-the-art methods. © 2022 IEEE.

Cell voltage is a widely used signal that can be measured online from an industrial aluminum electrolysis cell.A variety of parameters for the analysis and control of industrial cells are calculated using the cell *** this paper,the frequency segmentation of cell voltage is used as the basis for designing filters to obtain these *** on the qualitative analysis of the cell voltage,the sub-band instantaneous energy spectrum(SIEP)is first proposed,which is then used to quantitatively represent the characteristics of the designated frequency bands of the cell voltage under various cell ***,a cell condition-sensitive frequency segmentation method is *** proposed frequency segmentation method divides the effective frequency band into the[0,0.001]Hz band of lowfrequency signals and the[0.001,0.050]Hz band of low-frequency noise,and subdivides the lowfrequency noise into the[0.001,0.010]Hz band of metal pad abnormal rolling and the[0.01,0.05]Hz band of sub-low-frequency *** with the instantaneous energy spectrum based on empirical mode decomposition,the SIEP more finely represents the law of energy change with time in any designated frequency band within the effective frequency band of the cell *** proposed frequency segmentation method is more sensitive to cell condition changes and can obtain more elaborate details of online cell condition information,thus providing a more reliable and accurate online basis for cell condition monitoring and control decisions.

Recent advancements in CNNs for medical image segmentation have focused on the combination of CNN and Transformer architectures to capture both local and global features. However, challenges remain, such as effectively utilizing fused features at the encoder-decoder bottleneck and addressing blurred object edges in datasets. To tackle these issues, we introduce a multi-scale channel adaptive sensing module, enhancing the model's representational and perceptual capabilities by integrating multi-scale and channel-specific information. Additionally, we propose a cross-perception module and multi-scale segmentation head to improve global coordination and multi-scale information gathering. Experiments on the ACDC and Synapse datasets demonstrate our model's superiority.

A low coupling sparse array (LCSA) is presented, analyzed and discussed on the basis of the recent proposed uniform linear array (ULA) fitting scheme with close-expressions, and its performance with different uniform subarrays in the basic layer is investigated via parameter estimation like direction-of-arrival(DOA). The results gives a superior performance for the presented LCSA. © 2022 IEEE.

Unsupervised domain adaptation (UDA) attracts extra attention in medical image processing because no additional labels are required when adapting to different distributions. In this work, we propose a novel unsupervised domain adaptation framework named as Domain Expansion and PseudoLabeling (DEPL). We extend the domain of a labeled source domain data to four different distributed domains and use adversarial learning to align the image appearance level and feature level from the four different domains to the unlabeled target domain. In addition, we propose a selective pseudolabeling mechanism, namely using strong confidence pseudolabeling to boost model performance. We evaluate our model for the MR to CT adaptation segmentation task on the public dataset MMWHS. Compared to seven other state-of-the-art segmentation methods, our DEPL achieves the best Dice similarity coefficient by 82.4%, which is at least 3.9% higher than the other UDA segmentation methods.

In this paper, a planar inverted F antenna is designed for indoor distributed micro-base station of 5G communication. The overall size of the antenna is 16 mm × 15.3 mm × 10 mm, and the antenna works in the 3.5 - 3.6 GHz, which band number named n78. The antenna has the advantages of miniaturization, easy machining and convenient installation. The simulation results of ANSYS HFSS 2020 shows that in the working bandwidth range, when the central frequency of the designed antenna is 3.55 GHz, the S11 is -23.6 dB, and the VSWR is 1.1, which meets the requirements of impedance matching. In terms of directivity, the antenna coverage also meets the requirements of 5G micro-base station. © 2021 IEEE.

A spatial light modulator based on inf-wavelength gold grating structure, named GLCoS by us, has been devised and tested to meet the challenge of the high space-bandwidth product in holographic video display. A sample GLCoS has been made and its display color appears green. However, if it is to be a device of a display system, its color characteristics must be further investigated, that is, its ability to display RGB color and its color purity. There are two MIM (Metal-Insulator-Metal) in the GLCoS, inf-wavelength gold grating plus liquid crystal cell and aluminum electrode forms a hybridized MIM and inf-wavelength gold grating itself is a MIM acting as an open-end TM-FP (TM-Fabry-Pérot) resonator. Based on our previous study involving GLCoS theoretical model, simulation software platform (FDTD plus CST Studio Suite) and an experimentally verified sample of single color, we seek an engineering way with simplicity and compatibility in the sense of the technique to investigate the red-green-blue (RGB) color display with GLCoS. Among the huge parameter space including the geometry and size of the structure, material, wavelength and light incident angle. We choose to change width of the slit, incident angle, LC (liquid crystal) birefringence to find the appropriate GLCoS spectral characteristics. The simulation results show that the dynamic modulation of the RGB phase can be achieved in the visible light band, and its amount of phase modulation is close to 2π and high chromatographic purity. © COPYRIGHT SPIE. With the development of the internet and film industry, filmgoers have published a large amount of review texts in many areas such as film analysis, film sharing, and social media. The interpretation of review texts is diverse and strongly environmentally dependent, which adds more difficulty to the task of text classification. How to quickly and accurately judge the sentiment tendency of review texts and classify them accurately, and improve the application value of review text data has become one of the popular research directions in natural language processing (NLP). This article proposes a film review sentiment analysis model RALT, which combines a text convolutional neural network (TextCNN) with a self-attention mechanism and a fused long short-term memory (LSTM). The model uses the RoBERTa Employing a pre-trained model to produce dynamic textual word embeddings addresses the intricacies associated with polysemy. Sentiment classification experiments were conducted on the IMDB dataset. The experiments were conducted by comparing BERT and RoBERTa with TextCNN, RNN, LSTM, BI-LSTM and other models, and it was found that the proposed model achieved the best accuracy and F1-score in the classification *** experiment showed that the model is suitable for the field of film review sentiment classification.
