Intelligent Spatial Anomaly Activity Recognition Method Based on Ontology Matching

This research addresses the performance challenges of ontology-based context-aware and activity recognition techniques in complex environments and abnormal activities, and proposes an optimized ontology framework to improve recognition accuracy and computational efficiency. The method in this paper adopts the event sequence segmentation technique, combines location awareness with time interval reasoning, and improves human activity recognition through ontology reasoning. Compared with the existing methods, the framework performs better when dealing with uncertain data and complex scenes, and the experimental results show that its recognition accuracy is improved by 15.6% and processing time is reduced by 22.4%. In addition, it is found that with the increase of context complexity, the traditional ontology inference model has limitations in abnormal behavior recognition, especially in the case of high data redundancy, which tends to lead to a decrease in recognition accuracy. This study effectively mitigates this problem by optimizing the ontology matching algorithm and combining parallel computing and deep learning techniques to enhance the activity recognition capability in complex environments.

Feature-Oriented Nonfunctional Requirement Analysis for software Product Line

Domain analysis in software product line （SPL） development provides a basis for core assets design and imple- mentation by a systematic and comprehensive commonality/variability analysis. In feature-oriented SPL methods, products of the domain analysis are domain feature models and corresponding feature decision models to facilitate application-oriented customization. As in requirement analysis for a single system, the domain analysis in the SPL development should con- sider both flmctional and nonfunctional domain requirements. However, the nonfunctional requirements （NFRs） are often neglected in the existing domain analysis methods. In this paper, we propose a context-based method of the NFR analysis for the SPL development. In the method, NFRs are materialized by connecting nonfunctional goals with real-world context, thus NFR elicitation and variability analysis can be performed by context analysis for the whole domain with the assistance of NFR templates and NFR graphs. After the variability analysis, our method integrates both functional and nonfunc- tional perspectives by incorporating the nonfunctional goals and operationalizations into an initial functional feature model. NFR-related constraints are also elicited and integrated. Finally, a decision model with both functional and nonfunctional perspectives is constructed to facilitate application-oriented feature model customization. A computer-aided grading system （CAGS） product line is employed to demonstrate the method throughout the paper.

Although sentiment analysis is pivotal to understanding user preferences,existing models face significant challenges in handling context-dependent sentiments,sarcasm,and nuanced *** study addresses these challenges by integrating ontology-based methods with deep learning models,thereby enhancing sentiment analysis accuracy in complex domains such as film reviews and restaurant *** framework comprises explicit topic recognition,followed by implicit topic identification to mitigate topic interference in subsequent sentiment *** the context of sentiment analysis,we develop an expanded sentiment lexicon based on domainspecific corpora by leveraging techniques such as word-frequency analysis and word ***,we introduce a sentiment recognition method based on both ontology-derived sentiment features and sentiment *** evaluate the performance of our system using a dataset of 10,500 restaurant reviews,focusing on sentiment classification *** incorporation of specialized lexicons and ontology structures enables the framework to discern subtle sentiment variations and context-specific expressions,thereby improving the overall sentiment-analysis *** results demonstrate that the integration of ontology-based methods and deep learning models significantly improves sentiment analysis accuracy.

Indonesia has been participating at IOI (International Olympiad in Informatics) since 1995. This paper presents a result of qualitative study of Indonesian IOI participants. The supporting data are obtained from a questionnaire distributed to the IOI 2006 - IOI 2015 participants, interviews, training database, journals, and reports from the national training program. Main objective of the study is to investigate the suitability of our training program to IOI expectations. From 35 distributed questionnaires, we obtained 24 respondents. Without having prior knowledge in Computer Science, solid mathematical foundation, and algorithmic problem solving in formal education, the national training curriculum can only give the participants a foundation for general problem solving which is not enough for IOI due to increase of creativity, complexity and difficulty of IOI tasks. That is why Indonesia achievement is stabilized in bronze. Almost all of Indonesian IOI alumni are working or studying in the domain of informatics and still participating programming competitions after IOI. Most of all Indonesian IOI participants are studying in top universities and some of them are working in the worldwide prestigious IT companies. © 2016 IOI, Vilnius University.

Security certification activities for software systems rely heavily on requirements mandated by regulatory documents and their compliance evidences to support accreditation decisions. Therefore, the design of a workbench to support these activities should be grounded in a thorough understanding of the characteristics of certification requirements and their relationships with certification activities. To this end, we utilize our findings from the case study of a certification process of The United States Department of Defense (DoD) to identify the design objectives of a requirements-driven workbench for supporting certification analysts. The primary contributions of this paper are: identifying key areas of automation and tool support for requirements-driven certification activities;an ontology-driven dynamic and flexible workbench architecture to address process variability;and a prototype implementation. © 2007 IEEE.

Process artifacts identified from a process description often implicitly bias and cross-cut the definition of generic services from various tools that assist/automate process activities. The resulting tool-support is tightly coupled with the process definition it supports, leading to poor adaptability when the required artifacts or process activities evolve/change. This issue is of further concern while providing tool-support for assisting knowledge-intensive process activities through an interactive exploration of related knowledge-bases. Therefore, our focus is on early separation of process related cross-cutting concerns from generic tool-support services for creating, browsing, accessing, querying, inferencing, and visualizing associated knowledge-bases. We discuss our approach in the context of designing tool support for a system security Certification and Accreditation (C&A) process automation based on service-oriented and aspect-oriented design paradigms.

Accelerating regional economic growth is needed to be able to catch up with a region, especially if the region has economic potential, especially in terms of natural capital, such as a beautiful environment. However, in practice, a development process will experience obstacles as an inseparable part. This condition certainly requires appropriate treatment efforts based on empirical evidence data. This also happened to West Lombok. Where in fact the regions that get the opportunity to become Smart City pilots certainly have a positive impact, but the challenges that must be carried out also go hand in hand with the process of implementing these efforts. Referring to this background, the purpose of this research is to be able to explore and analyze the challenges experienced by West Lombok in implementing the Smart City program in its region. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of documentation studies, observations, interviews, and focus group discussions. This study involved 50 informants with various backgrounds but still in accordance with the characteristics of the informants determined by the researcher through the use of purposive sampling technique. The results of this study are that there are four challenges that need to get more attention from the local government of West Lombok and its stakeholders as an effort to realize West Lombok as a smart city. The four challenges include policy, infrastructure, human capital, and environment. The need for strategic efforts carried out by West Lombok to be able to encourage the achievement of the target of becoming a smart city in Indonesia, especially in West Nusa Tenggara Province. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of citizens' and organizations' entrepreneurial capacity is a key policy objective of any country. The information required for monitoring development of curricula and learning activities fostering entrepreneurship as a competence is obtained from different data sources in different information systems. The semantic interoperability between these systems with resources relevant to the development of entrepreneurship stimulates more productive sharing of information among all stakeholders. Building semantic interoperable systems, ensuring in this way a collaborative performance, is not without difficulties. This paper presents EntreCompOnto, an ontology based on the EntreComp framework that could support European citizens and organizations in attaining entrepreneurship competence. EntreCompOnto sets the ground for identifying the knowledge, skills and attitudes that comprise 'entrepreneurial mindset', the ultimate aim being to facilitate exchange among users of EntreComp's adaptation families and eventually to positively impact the mobility, employability and participation of citizens in society and the economy. © 2018 IEEE.

The tracking technology is a part of the information technology to track and trace the status and location of certain stuffs that is usually used in the post and logistics area. Currently, this technology is also introduced in the e-Government area to support more effective and more efficient public services. Previous research has implemented the document tracking technology in Indonesia, especially in the Payakumbuh city as the use case. However, the measurement had not been done to support the argumentation that the utilization of the document tracking will enhance the e-Government performance. This paper proposed the document tracking measurement model that can be used to support the e-Government business process. We used two direction approaches, namely top-down and bottom-up approaches to build a comprehensive measurement for the document tracking. Initial result shows that the measurement model can demonstrate the enhancement of the e-Government performance, in general and in more detailed level.
