With the rapid development of the Internet of Vehicles, at the same time, due to the limited storage space of vehicles and more and more data requirements, vehicles need more and more vehicle-to-vehicle collaboration. At this time, a vehicular ad-hoc network (VANET) is required for inter-vehicle communication cooperation, and link breaks often occur due to the rapid movement of vehicles and the uncertainty of vehicle communication quality, which affects the communication quality. Because of these situations, this paper proposes a vehicle cooperative communication method based on fuzzy logic and signal game strategy, obtains more real vehicle position and speed information on the Kalman filter, and then selects relay nodes to assist in requesting information message distribution of fuzzy logic. Each time the vehicle receives a request, the first data information is returned to the signal game. If all the information requests are not received the first time, the information requesting vehicle will send the second information request according to the signal strength and the beliefs observed on the previous vehicle. The experimental verification shows that this method can realize the function of vehicle cooperative communication, solve the problems of low VANET link stability and broadcast storm, and has a good supporting role in establishing the practicality of vehicle cooperation in VANET. © 2022, The Authors. The Mobile crowdsourcing network (MCN) leverages collaborative intelligence to solve complex tasks through group cooperation. It comprises three main components: the end-user, the service provider, and the mobile user. The end-user requests crowd-sensing and computing services from the service provider, who handles task decomposition, distribution, re-composition, and recommendation. Mobile users perform the crowd sensing and computing tasks. Despite its benefits, MCN faces significant security and privacy challenges. Communications between the service provider and the end-user involve sensitive data, and mobile users and service providers communicate over open channels, making them vulnerable to security threats. To address these concerns, we propose a secure authentication framework for MCN, called SAF-MCN. This framework combines the lightweight cryptographic primitive ' ASCON' with elliptic curve cryptography. SAF-MCN allows the service provider to authenticate mobile users before they join the MCN. Once authenticated, a secure channel is established for encrypted communication over the public Internet. The security of SAFMCN is validated using both formal and informal methods, demonstrating its resilience against potential attacks. The use of Scyther further ensures the security of SAF-MCN. Comparative analysis shows that SAF-MCN is superior in terms of security features, computational efficiency, and communication cost. © 1975-2011 IEEE.

Large energy consumption in data centers has become a challenging problem with the emergence of cloud computing and large scale data centers. In this paper, we present an architectural framework for thermal-aware resource management while considering energy efficiency. The framework consists of a layered architecture and integrates a set of easy-to-use client tools and a thermal-aware task management middleware to schedule tasks based on thermal conditions within a cluster and among different data centers. As part of this paper we focus on the development of a thermal-aware task scheduling component for a single data center. This component is fundamental to our future activities, while considering to balance the temperature distribution in a single data center, thus implicitly minimizing energy cost in data centers.

Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)is very important in medicine and provide useful diagnostic *** retinal layer thicknesses plays a vital role in pathophysiologic factors of many ocular *** the existing retinal layer segmentation approaches,learning or deep learning-based methods belong to the ***,most of these techniques rely on manual-marked layers and the performances are limited due to the image *** order to overcome this limitation,we build a framework based on gray value curve matching,which uses depth learning to match the curve for semi-automatic segmentation of retinal layers from *** depth convolution network learns the column correspondence in the OCT image *** whole OCT image participates in the depth convolution neural network operation,compares the gray value of each column,and matches the gray value sequence of the transformation column and the next *** this algorithm,when a boundary point is manually specified,we can accurately segment the boundary between retinal *** experimental results obtained from a 54-subjects database of both normal healthy eyes and affected eyes demonstrate the superior performances of our approach.

3D scene graph generation (SGG) has been of high interest in computer vision. Although the accuracy of 3D SGG on coarse classification and single relation label has been gradually improved, the performance of existing works is still far from being perfect for fine-grained and multi-label situations. In this paper, we propose a framework fully exploring contextual information for the 3D SGG task, which attempts to satisfy the requirements of fine-grained entity class, multiple relation labels, and high accuracy simultaneously. Our proposed approach is composed of a Graph Feature Extraction module and a Graph Contextual Reasoning module, achieving appropriate information-redundancy feature extraction, structured organization, and hierarchical inferring. Our approach achieves superior or competitive performance over previous methods on the 3DSSG dataset, especially on the relationship prediction sub-task. Copyright © 2022, The Authors. A new based on Semi-supervised classification theory for SAR images in contourlet domain is proposed, in this paper. Attempting to get better and faster performance, the PSO algorithm (Particle swarm optimization algorithm) and contourlet domain is proposed to instead of traditional k-means algorithm. PSO is used to find the global optimum by performing a global search in the whole solution space. And then, contourlet is applied in front of construct the similarity matrix to extract more effective eigenvalues. In section five, the proposed algorithm got better classification results than the traditional k-means algorithm which is proved by experimental results show that in terms of running time, classification accuracy and Kappa coefficient. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Epilepsy is a brain disorder caused by abnormal discharges of neurons in brain. It is one of the most commonly studied disorders in neurology. The research of epilepsy electroencephalogram (EEG) has become a hot research topic. We find that in epilepsy EEG detection task, many previous methods focused on directly collecting the data of each channel, but these methods seldom analyse relationships between signals. Therefore, we propose the Epilepsy EEG Graph Convolutional Network EGCN, which makes full use of correlations between channels to deeply mine data information. We specifically design 5-layer graph convolutional network structure for classification of healthy and epileptic patients. The method is applied to public data set (Boon and CHB-MIT) to establish a reasonable classification model. And we compare it with some advanced algorithms. The experimental results show that the E-GCN method is superior to many existing methods in classification accuracy. In brief, the E-GCN method can be effectively used in classification and detection for epilepsy. This provides new ideas for colleagues, who study epilepsy EEG. In addition, this also provides richer experience for diagnosis of epilepsy. © 2020 IEEE.

Visual tracking is a fundamental capability for robots tasked with humans and environment interaction. However, state-of-the-art visual tracking methods are still prone to failures and are imprecise when applied to challenging stereos, and their results are generally confidence agonistic. These methods depend on an embedded deep learning model to provide deterministic features or regression maps. A deterministic output with low confidence can result in disastrous consequences and lacks evidence needed for subsequent operations. Moreover, training data ambiguities or noise in the observations (so-called data uncertainty) can also lead to inherent uncertainty. In this paper, we focus on exploiting probabilistic Siamese visual tracking with a conditional variational autoencoder (CVAE). First, we build a bridge between the Siamese architecture and the CVAE and propose a novel Bayesian visual tracking method. Second, the proposed method generates a complete probability distribution that enables the production of multiple plausible tracking outputs. Third, CVAE conditioned by ground truth data encodes a low-dimensional latent space and conducts noise-injection training to prevent overfitting. Our proposed tracking method outperformed the state-of-the-art trackers on the VOT2016, VOT2018 and TColor-128 datasets.

Cooperative Task Offloading Strategy for Vehicular Edge computing Based on Multi-Agent Deep Reinforcement Learning

Vehicular Edge computing (VEC) and Vehicle- to-Vehicle (V2V) offloading can significantly reduce in-vehicle task latency. This paper investigates a cooperative task offloading strategy in VEC, where latency-sensitive and computation -intensive tasks can be offloaded to Road Side Units (RSUs) using 5 G connectivity. Additionally, these tasks can be shared among nearby vehicles through V2V links. Joint VEC and V2V cooperative offloading can not only minimizes task execution delays but also prevents network congestion. When vehicles are in motion, dynamic migration of computation tasks is necessary to maintain service continuity. We propose a two-phase distributed task offloading and migration strategy for multiple vehicles. In the first phase, vehicles select the optimal service vehicle based on inter-vehicle link quality and offloading willingness. In the second phase, to minimize system cost, we introduce a multi-agent reinforcement learning (MARL) based distributed task offloading and migration strategy. This strategy allows vehicles to choose the optimal edge node in a dynamic environment without fully offloading information. Moreover, we implement a counterfactual multi- agent (COMA) reinforcement learning approach to address the inefficiency caused by the credit allocation problem in multi-agent systems. Extensive evaluations demonstrate that the algorithm proposed in this paper perform better in terms of average system latency and overall task completion rate. Compared with related scheme, the proposed method can reduce latency by up to 54 % and improve task completion rate by up to 15 % in different scenarios.

Recently, label distribution learning (LDL) has drawn much attention in machine learning, where LDL model is learned from labelel instances. Different from single-label and multi-label annotations, label distributions describe the instance by multiple labels with different intensities and accommodate to more general scenes. Since most existing machine learning datasets merely provide logical labels, label distributions are unavailable in many real-world applications. To handle this problem, we propose two novel label enhancement methods, i.e., label Enhancement with Sample Correlations (LESC) and generalized label Enhancement with Sample Correlations (gLESC). More specifically, LESC employs a low-rank representation of samples in the feature space, and gLESC leverages a tensor multi-rank minimization to further investigate the sample correlations in both the feature space and label space. Benefitting from the sample correlations, the proposed methods can boost the performance of label enhancement. Extensive experiments on 14 benchmark datasets demonstrate the effectiveness and superiority of our methods. Copyright © 2020, The Authors. All rights reserved.
