By tailoring the reverse austenite transformation behavior of 9 Cr oxide dispersion strengthened(ODS)ferritic/martensitic steels,the residual ferrite in ODS steels can be *** reverse austenite transformation behavior of ODS steels is closely related to the initial microstructure conditions prior to austenite *** the spark plasma sintered steels,both the amount and size of residual ferrite decrease with increasing heating ***,high heating rate will increase the amount and size of residual ferrite in annealed ODS *** an isothermal treatment is performed at temperatures above Ac 1,lower isothermal temperature has a more evident effect on the ferrite distribution in spark plasma sintered steels than that in annealed ones.

This paper gives a summary of the organization and the presentations delivered at the 10th Conference on Magnetically Confined Fusion Theory and simulation(CMCFTS)held in Zhuhai,China,from 28th to 31st October *** conference focused on the latest progress in the research of the magnetic confined fusion plasma theory and simulations,as well as the largescale numerical simulation techniques developed in recent *** conference is held both online and offline,with about 110 domestic participants from 18 institutes participating in the live conference,and the statistical data from the live broadcast platform indicated that the online conference attracted over 20000 views per day.A summary of the conference is given,and the history of the CMCFTS is presented.A brief introduction to the poster section is also included in this paper.

In this work, an attempt is made for the first time to use the measurement pattern generated by morphological transformation quantified by Hausdorff fractal dimension (HFD) and classified with ensemble learning based on bagging. The proposed work uses three morphological transformations for image preprocessing: hit-and-miss transform (HMT), white (WHT), and black top-hat (BHT). The pattern texture of US breast images is described by extracting the HFD from the regions of interest (ROI) after the ultrasound (US) images have been preprocessed. The main objective of this study was achieved by comparatively analyzing the classification performance of features using the Random Forest (RF), Extra Trees (ET) classifier, and bagging ensemble method based on XGBoot classifier. In presented study, the XGBoost classifier and BHT image processing method give an accuracy of 89.8% in a binary classification, benign versus malignant breast cancer. © 2024 IEEE.

The coastal eco-city of Fuzhou in Southeastern China has experienced severe ozone(O_(3))episodes at times in recent *** this study,three typical synoptic circulations types(CTs)that influenced more than 80%of O_(3) polluted days in Fuzhou during 2014-2019 were identified using a subjective *** characteristics of meteorological conditions linked to photochemical formation and transport of O_(3) under the three CTs were *** Air Quality Model with extensions was applied to simulate O_(3) episodes and to quantify O_(3) sources from different regions in *** Fuzhou was located to the west of a high-pressure system(classified as“East-ridge”),more warm southwesterly currents flowed to Fuzhou,and the effects of cross-regional transport from Guangdong province and high local production promoted the occurrence of O_(3) *** a uniform pressure field with a low-pressure system occurring to the east of Fuzhou(defined as“East-low”),stagnant weather conditions caused the strongest local production of O_(3) in the atmospheric boundary *** by high-pressure systems over the mainland(categorized as“Inland-high”),northerly airflows enhanced the contribution of cross-regional transport to O_(3) in *** abnormal increases of the“East-ridge”and“Inland-high”were closely related to O_(3) pollution in Fuzhou in April and May 2018,resulting in the annual maximum number of O_(3) polluted days during recent ***,the rising number of autumn O_(3) episodes in 2017-2019 was mainly related to the“Inland-high”,indicating the aggravation of cross-regional transport and highlighting the necessity of enhanced regional collaboration and efforts in combating O_(3) pollution.

Dynamic Analysis and Performance Evaluation of Inerter Fractional Nonlinear Quasi-Zero Stiffness Isolator on a Multi-Span Bridge Under Moving Load

In this paper we propose a new vibration isolator system, which combines the advantagesof a quasi-zero stiffness (QZS) isolator, a damper exhibiting fractional propertiesand an inerter, to reduce the vibrations of a multi-span continuous beam bridge excitedby moving loads. The inerter produces a ﬁctitious mass ampliﬁcation effect toimprove the controller performance and the fractional order takes into account the previousstate of the viscoelastic material. After formulating the dynamics equation usingbeam theory, the amplitude response is determined analytically using the averagingmethod. The results obtained from the analytical study are validated using the directnumerical simulation method (Newton-Leipnik method). By comparing the isolationperformance of the FQZS (fractional quasi-zero stiffness) isolator and the IFQZS (inerterfractional quasi-zero stiffness) isolator, it is shown that the addition of inertancecan signiﬁcantly suppress the tendency of the curve to slope to the right, allowing us tohave a wider isolation frequency range on force transmissibility while improving theeciency of the isolator. One also shows that increasing the fractional parameter contributesto a decrease in the vibration amplitude of the structure, the amplitude of theforce transmitted and the area in which unstable solutions appear. However, beyond acertain value of the fractional parameter, we observe an increase in the latter. In orderto further extend the study, bifurcation diagram, phase portrait, time history and powerspectral density are explored. © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

The combination of excellent thermal stability and outstanding electrical performance is of great sig-nificance for piezoelectric ***,we have prepared 0.11Pb(In_(0.5)Nb_(0.5))O_(3)-0.89Pb(Hf_(0.47)Ti_(0.53))O_(3)-Sb_(2)O_(5)(PIN-PHT-x Sb)ceramics by solid-phase method and investigated the effect of oxygen octahedral lattice distortion on microstructure and macroscopic electrical *** distortion index of oxygen octahedra is studied by Rietveld refinement,showing that optimal octahedral distortion can soften B-O repulsion,disrupt long-range ordered ferroelectric domains,and enhance local heterogeneities,signifi-cantly increasing piezoelectric ***,outstanding thermal stability and ultrahigh piezo-electric response of PIN-PHT-1.2Sb ceramics are realized under the synergistic influence of octahedral distortion,excellent density,and large grain *** with PIN-PHT ceramics,PIN-PHT-1.2Sb ce-ramics exhibit ultrahigh piezoelectric responses(d_(33)=706 pC/N,k_(p)=0.68,ε_(r)=3244),a high Curie temperature(T C)of 300℃,excellent thermal stability,and anti-fatigue properties.

Spouted bed has drawn much attention due to its good heat and mass transfer efficiency in many chemical *** the flow patterns and heat and mass transfer inside a spouted bed can help optimize the spouting ***,in this study,the effects of particle shape on the hydrodynamics and heat transfer in a spouted bed are *** is done by using a validated computational fluid dynamics-discrete element method(CFD-DEM)model,considering volume-equivalent spheres and oblate and prolate *** results are analysed in detail in terms of the flow pattern,microstruc-ture,and heat transfer *** numerical results show that the prolate spheroids(Ar=2.4)form the largest bubble from the beginning of the spouting process and rise the highest because the fluid drag forces can overcome the interlocking and particle-particle frictional *** with spherical particles,ellipsoidal spheroids have better mobility because of the stronger rotational kinetic energy resulting from the rough surfaces and nonuniform *** addition,the oblate spheroid system exhibits better heat transfer performance benefiting from the larger surface area,while prolate spheroids have poor heat transfer efficiency because of their orientation *** findings can serve as a reference for optimizing the design and operation of complex spouted beds.

粉末床熔融增材制造技术已应用于功能梯度材料的制造.文献中报道了一种材料成分沿垂直于粉末铺粉方向变化的新设计.基于此设计,本工作采用离散单元数值模拟研究了两种密度差异较大的金属粉末在铺粉过程中颗粒的偏析情况.结果发现,在铺粉过程中,较大密度粉末(重颗粒)一侧的铺粉量小于较小密度粉末(轻颗粒)的一侧的铺粉量.这种现象表明重颗粒从粉末密度大的一侧向粉末密度较小的一侧扩散.这种扩散受铺粉速度影响较大,铺粉速度越快,扩散越明显.但粉末层厚度对扩散影响不大.结果还表明,重颗粒与轻颗粒间的粒径差异影响扩散较大,减小重颗粒的粒径可能是控制颗粒偏析的一种方案.

In order to enhance the commuting ability of autonomous vehicles on the road and ensure the comfort and safety of passengers, the Rapid-exploration Random Tree (RRT) algorithm is applied to the research of safe overtaking control of autonomous vehicles. Firstly, the kinematics and dynamic model of the vehicle are implemented. Secondly, the RRT algorithm and the A-star algorithm are expounded, and the idea of the A-star algorithm is applied to the RRT algorithm for improvement. The improved algorithm is used to obtain the rough obstacle avoidance of the vehicle. The rough path is optimized by applying the cubic spline interpolation method to solve the problem that the path cannot be applied to the actual vehicle driving task. Finally, the simulation of the overtaking scheme is carried out. The results reveal that the safe overtaking scheme based on RRT algorithm achieves the predetermined requirements in the two actual cases under the premise of ensuring safety, controlling the swing of the sideslip angle of the vehicle's center of mass within a reasonable range. It has certain practical significance for ensuring the road safety of autonomous vehicles. © 2022 IEEE.

This project proposes a human facial features detection based on color segmentation via skin color and Viola-Jones algorithm for real time application. YCbCr color space is used to detect the presence of skin in an image where the image is normalized, and luminance is removed to increase face detection accuracy. The second method, Viola-Jones which use Haar feature to detect facial feature such as face and eye also developed and tested. To perform in real time detection, CamShift algorithm and template matching are used to track face and eyes sequentially in Android platform. Then, the real time detection and tracking are evaluated to assess its performance. Finally, the algorithm is applied to drowsiness detection using PERCLOS. © 2022 IEEE.
