Air pollution is a growing problem arising from various activities and events. Monitoring and prediction of air pollution index remains an important public health concern. In this paper, FCM-HMM Multi-model is proposed to model the air pollution atmosphere system. First, FCM-HMM clustering is developed to mine the inherent states behind the meteorological observation sequence. Second, TS fuzzy inference multi-model is constructed for each state to predict the air pollution index. The experiment results proved the feasibility of the model on air pollution data in Beijing.

Stabilization problem for discrete-time switched systems with all unstable modes is investigated in this paper. Following the idea of getting into each unstable mode and analyzing its internal behavior, the state dynamical decomposition technique is used to convert such a problem to an equivalent one for the inter-decoupled switched systems. The proposed mode-dependent average dwell time approach(MDADT) ensures each sub-state switched system is globally exponentially stable. Moreover, a periodical switching law is designed to guarantee the asymptotic stability of discrete-time switched systems. Finally, a numerical example is given to show the validity of the main results.

This paper investigates the finite-time consensus problem for double integrator multi-agent systems where each agent is subject to input saturation. The global leader-following consensus can be achieved in finite time over directed and detailbalanced communication topology under the proposed control protocol, which employs a priori saturation in order to deal with the constraints imposed on the control input and simplify the analysis. Utilizing the tools from the algebraic graph theory, Lyapunov theory and homogeneity of system dynamics with dilation, we prove in a universal way that our designed consensus protocol can solve the global finite-time consensus problem. The effectiveness of the theoretical result is illustrated with numerical simulations.

As a type of process parameter measuring technique, Electrical Resistance Tomography(ERT) has the characteristic of simple structure and working mechanism, low cost, no radiation, rapid response and ability of visualization. It is suitable for the process parameter monitoring of closed pipes and vessels in the industrial production process. However, the existing ERT systems are mainly used the design scheme of laboratory instrumentation, and the data acquisition and processing unit uses only the local integration mode. It doesn't have long-distance data transmission function, are unable to connect with industrial control systems, and limits its application in actual industrial process. In order to solve the above problems, a design scheme of ERT System with long-distance data transmission function is put forward. An optical fiber data transmission mode based on Aurora protocol is applied to implement the high speed and reliable data transmission. By check the control words based on the finite state machine, the remote switching of system working modes is realized. The ERT system with long-distance data transmission function is verified with experiments.
