The rapid development of Internet of Things (IoT) technology has driven the intelligent transformation of various industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, and healthcare, etc., significantly enhancing their management capabilities and decision-making efficiency. Data analysis is crucial, serving as both the core technology of this transformation and a major driving force for advancing industry intelligence. However, the increasing volume of data has led to high energy consumption during data analysis, posing significant challenges to environmental and economic sustainability. Integrating renewable energy sources (RESs) is an effective way to reduce greenhouse gas emissions due to their low-carbon and renewable nature. Additionally, the spatiotemporal variability and complementarity of RES generation and grid electricity prices provide favorable conditions for distributed data processing. Therefore, a two-stage demand response scheme is proposed to reduce carbon emissions and electricity costs by prioritizing data processing in data centers (DCs) where RES is abundant or electricity prices are low, based on RES generation and electricity price signals. Simulation results show that the proposed scheme reduces 36.37% carbon emissions and 20.49% electricity costs compared to the benchmark algorithm, indicating its potential for both environmental and economic optimization. © 2024 IEEE.

We present GauKGT5, a sequence-to-sequence model proposed for knowledge graph completion (KGC). Our research extends the KGT5 model, a recent sequence-to-sequence link prediction (LP) model. GauKGT5 takes advantage of textual characteristics inherent in the knowledge graph, exhibiting a small model size. However, KGT5's proficiency in link prediction necessitates the ensemble with a knowledge graph embedding model, which itself poses challenges due to its substantial size and expense. By integrating the Gated Attention Unit into the KGT5 model and directly applying it to the encoder-decoder structure, we achieve improved contextual dependency capturing within the sequence, resulting in enhanced prediction accuracy, accelerated training speed, and enhanced computational efficiency. At the same time, we introduce parallel computing as a means to enhance the efficiency of model training and inference within the XPU distributed computing environment. © 2023 IEEE.

With the rapid development of the aviation industry and the significant growth of aviation data, how to use big data technology to accurately predict flight delays has become a problem that needs to be solved in the civil aviation transportation industry, and the application of big data models in the aviation field has also become crucial. To address this challenge, a new combinatorial forecasting method is proposed in this study. This method integrates random forest algorithm and recursive feature elimination technology to construct a comprehensive prediction model, aiming at improving the accuracy and efficiency of flight delay prediction. Experiments show that the proposed method performs better in the prediction accuracy and prediction error of flight delay data after the data is normalized to eliminate the influence of different dimensions and magnitudes on the model performance, which proves the effectiveness and practicability of the proposed method.

Recently, the rapid advancement of communication technology has undoubtedly improved people's lives. Unfortunately, this progress has also given rise to a significant issue: the proliferation of phishing websites. Regrettably, phishing web sites have now emerged as one of the primary threats to cybersecurity. While there have been extensive efforts to develop anti-phishing techniques, many of these approaches focus solely on a single modality of information, such as the website's URL, HTML source code, or visual features. Given the growing sophistication of phishing attacks, relying on just one modality of information is no longer sufficient to accurately identify phishing websites. To tackle this challenge, our research aims to leverage the complementarity of various modalities to enhance phishing website detection. In this paper, we introduce a multi-modal framework called FusionNet to identify phishing web pages. This framework utilizes three distinct information modalities: URLs, HTML source codes, and visual features. Specifically, our approach first designs specific representation learning architectures tailored to each modality's unique properties. Subsequently, we incorpo-rate an attention mechanism to merge these representations, thereby exploiting the synergies between the multi-modal data. The learned feature representations are more discriminative, contributing to significantly improved phishing website detection accuracy. To evaluate the performance of FusionNet, we collect a dataset comprising phishing webpages, each sample contains all three modalities-URLs, HTML source codes, and visual features. Our extensive experiments conducted on this dataset demonstrate that FusionNet outperforms state-of-the-art methods in terms of both robustness and accuracy. © 2023 IEEE.

Integrating social networks and the Internet of Things has formed an emerging field of Social Internet of Things (IoT). Aiming to address the shortcomings of traditional TBAC (Trust based on Access Control) and ABAC (Attribute based on Access Control) in dynamic authorization and security, this paper proposes a hybrid access control model based on trust and risk for SIoT. The model supports social relationship-based trust assessment and risk prediction between SIoT nodes and integrates trust and risk values into SIoT security values through reasonable weight allocation. Furthermore, by simulating the safety requirements of different scenarios, it was verified that the model was efficient and more secure than the current models. © (2023). All Rights Reserved.

network monitoring and measurement is an important part of realizing the network digital twin. However, it introduces the problem of high cost when obtaining the status data of physical networks. Therefore, to efficiently achieve network observability, we first introduce potential techniques and network scenarios for implementing network measurements. Then, a High-Yield Segment Routing over IPv6 based In-band network Telemetry (HY-SRv6-INT) system is proposed in this paper. In particular, we design the HY-SRv6-INT system architecture. It consists of IPv6 switches implemented by the P4 language and a Software-Defined networking (SDN) controller containing the HY-SRv6-INT application. Next, we experimentally demonstrate a packet-level path-associated network measurement process. In addition, the performance of the HY-SRv6-INT system is also quantitatively evaluated to verify its advantages. In recent years, research has illuminated the potency of implicit data processing in enhancing user preferences. Nevertheless, barriers remain in breaking through the constraints of implicit information. This study aims to bridge this gap by firstly constructing a triangular stable node network model, tailored to manage implicit information with precision. Recognizing the challenge of pinpointing novel structures within large-scale graphs, we propose SLTSNN-a triangular stable node network based on self-supervised learning for personalized prediction. SLTSNN innovates by maximizing mutual information between graph-level and patch-level representations, while augmenting graph representations through extended enhanced representations. Additionally, it incorporates triangular data associations and introduces a triangular allocation attention network, which emphasizes strongly correlated preference features among similar users. Furthermore, SLTSNN employs contrastive learning to maximize mutual information between graph vectors and hidden representations, distinguishing between high-order global and local representations. The model's effectiveness in enhancing user preferences and capturing new graph structures is evidenced by its performance on hit rate and normalized discounted cumulative gain metrics across three datasets. © 2025 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence technology is increasingly being applied to air traffic flow forecasting. Based on the core data of Web of Science, this study uses bibliometrics and content review methods to investigate the current situation, methodology evaluation and future research direction of flight delay prediction. Initially, a basic statistical analysis was performed on all the papers. This was followed by topic co-occurrence and keyword co-occurrence analysis, which revealed that most of the research focused on three main categories: machine learning methods, deep learning techniques, and algorithmic optimization strategies. Then reviewing the content in these categories, further content analysis showed that machine learning holds significant potential for handling large and diverse datasets.

Risk prediction is one of the most important tasks in assistant and automatic driving. In recent years, by the help of VANET and various sensors in the cars, the status of cars and roads can be collected in real time and used for data-driven based driving risk prediction. However, it is challenging to predict the driving risk due to the complex relationship between multiple environment factors like location, weather, time etc. Thus, a deep learning model ConvCatb was proposed in this paper, which improves the attention mechanism to the traditional Convolutional Neural networks, and combines the CatBoost algorithm to predict the current driving safety. The main idea is to emphasize the combination relationship between driving environment features through Non-local attention mechanism, and then use CatBoost to replace the softmax of CNN for classification. Finally, the experiment results show that the ConvCatb achieved superiorities in accuracy and F1-score, compared with existing schemes. © 2021 IEEE.

With the background of severe SQL injection attacks, the existing SQL injection modeling methods cannot reflect the process of SQL injection attacks in a fine-grained manner. Based on the discussion of attack technology, this paper takes SQL time-blind injection as an example to model its process with Petri Net. The validity of the model is verified by quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. Try to inject 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 times into target aircraft and Petri Net model respectively. The blind injection time is recorded and compared. The results show that the injection time increases with the increase of injection times. Under the same injection times, the Petri Net model takes less time. The sending time in the token can be set. When the sending time is short, the injection speed is fast, and super real-time simulation can be realized, which can realize the rapid prediction of attacks and resource vulnerability effects. When the sending time is long, the injection process slows down. It is beneficial to observe the details of the injection process and whether conflicts occur at a fine-grained level, analyze the purpose of the attack and achieve the purpose of building a patch model. The patch model can effectively take countermeasures against attacks, predict unknown vulnerabilities and ensure network information security. © 2021 IEEE.
