A nonlinear dynamic model is established to investigate the inherent characteristics of compound planetary gear set. Further, the analytical method is proposed to evaluate the time-varying mesh stiffness (TVMS) of the system based on improved potential energy method. Moreover, an analytical approach is proposed to quantify the TVMS reduction due to crack damage for the internal gear. Finally, the numerical analysis method is used to solve the equation of the free motion, and the inherent characteristics of the system with and without damage are obtained. The phenomenon of loci veering induced by TVMS is analyzed. The effects of the crack propagation on the natural frequencies of the system are also analyzed. © 2018 IEEE.

The phase delay problem of invisibility cloaks designed by optical conformal mapping is referred to the optical path difference between the waves in upper and lower Riemann sheets. As the frequency changes, the phase delay varies accordingly (here, we call it geometrical dispersion), which restricts the cloaks to working only at some discrete frequencies. Here, we solve the phase-delay problem by placing an optically null medium in the lower Riemann sheet. The conformal cloaks designed by using our method have many advantages, such as a continuous working band (no geometrical dispersion), omnidirectionality, robustness under frequency shifts, and no need for any complex materials that are both anisotropic and inhomogeneous. We also design metallic microchannels to realize our cloaks.

As renewable power generation directly affects the customers' traditional electricity behavior and then offsets the power load,this paper proposes a load curve modeling method for renewable power customers based on the behavior ***,customers' active behavior is represented by the quantity of active customer *** on the analysis of customer behaviors,a modeling method for the quantity of active customer households is proposed based on Markov Chain Monte Carlo ***,with the inputs as the quantity of active customer households and time of photovoltaic power generation,an inference model based on fuzzy logic is proposed to get the quantity of customer household starting electrical *** combing the average usage time of electrical appliances,load characteristics are analyzed based on usage state of electrical appliance of distributed power ***,the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Electromagnetic desalination system is designed by coupling effect of electric field and magnetic field. By designing the L27(313) orthogonal table as the experimental scheme, the electromagnetic desalination efficiency is used as the data of the range R analysis. The main and secondary factors influencing desalination efficiency are as follows: initial seawater concentration(F)>influent flow(G)>interaction of adsorption voltage(D) and magnetic field(E)> interaction of activated carbon pore size(A) and substrate material(B)>interaction of activated carbon pore size(A) and adsorption voltage(D)> adsorption voltage(D)>magnetic field(E)>number of electrodes(E)>substrate material(B)>activated carbon pore size(A).The best combination of seawater desalination is A2B2C1D3E3F1G2. The range R of factor F is 20.53, which indicates that the initial seawater concentration has a highly significant influence on the desalination effect of seawater.

systematic identification of protein complexes is an important application of data mining in bioscience. The existing computation methods of detecting protein complexes are usually based on the topological properties of protein-protein interaction(PPI) network data. However, limited by the inherent single structure of the PPI network, the mining of protein complexes may not be fully resolved. In this paper, we propose an original multi-objective optimization strategy based protein complex detection method, which is used Adaptive Multi-Objective Black Hole algorithm, called AMOBH. In the selection of objective function strategy, we integrate the topological structure of PPI network data with semantic similarity based on GO (Gene Ontology) annotation data. Experiments demonstrate that the method we adopt provide more convinced results and higher computational efficiency compared with the existing prediction measures. © 2018 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Combination Effect of Cation Vacancies and O2 Adsorption on Ferromagnetism of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3（100） Surface:ab initio Study

The combination effect of cation vacancies and O2 adsorption on ferromagnetism of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3（100） surface is studied by using density functional theory. An ideal Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3（100） surface is non-magnetic and the cation vacancy could induce the magnetism. By comparing the formation energies for Na, Bi and Ti vacancy, the Na vacancy is more stable than the others. Therefore, we focus on the configuration and electric structure for the system of O2 molecule adsorption on the Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3（100） surface with a Na vacancy. Among the five physisorption configurations we considered, the most likely adsorption position is Na vacancy. The O2 adsorption enhances the magnetism of the system. The contribution of spin polarization is mainly from the O 2p orbitals. The characteristics of exchange coupling are also calculated, which show that the ferromagnetic coupling is favorable. Compared with the previous calculation results, our calculations could explain the room-temperature ferromagnetism of Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3 nanocrytalline powders more reasonably, because of taking into account adsorbed oxygen and cation vacancies. Moreover, our results also show that adsorption of O2 molecule as well as introduction of cation vacancies may be a promising approach to improve multiferroic materials.

The point spread function reflects the state of an optical telescope and it is important for data post-processing methods design. For wide field small aperture telescopes, the point spread function is hard to model, because it is affected by many different effects and has strong temporal and spatial variations. In this paper, we propose to use the denoising autoencoder, a type of deep neural network, to model the point spread function of wide field small aperture telescopes. The denoising autoencoder is a pure data based point spread function modelling method, which uses calibration data from real observations or numerical simulated results as point spread function templates. According to real observation conditions, different levels of random noise or aberrations are added to point spread function templates, making them as realizations of the point spread function, i.e., simulated star images. Then we train the denoising autoencoder with realizations and templates of the point spread function. After training, the denoising autoencoder learns the manifold space of the point spread function and can map any star images obtained by wide field small aperture telescopes directly to its point spread function, which could be used to design data post-processing or optical system alignment methods. This paper aims at solving the problems that the manipulator will be constrained by the flexible load, and the caused constraint force is difficult to control. Based on the deflection screw theory, the dynamic model of the manipulator system is established by using the Lagrange equation. Firstly, according to the interaction of the end effector, the flexible load and the environmental constraints of the manipulator, the equation of motion of the entire system is built. Secondly, the dynamic model of the manipulator system is set up, that the system including the flexible load and the manipulator. Finally, Under the certain known environmental constraints, the dynamic modeling of a manipulator is performed. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the simulation of a flexible beam operated by a 3-DOF manipulator. © 2018 IEEE.

Aiming at the requirements of the real-time detection of weld defects in the industry, the candid covariance-free incremental PCA (CCIPCA) algorithm was introduced into the Two-Dimensional Principal Component Analysis (2PCA) algorithm, therefore an incremental 2DPCA algorithm (I2DPCA) is proposed. Firstly, the images captured by camera are preprocessed to improve the quality of the images because the captured images might be affected in the process of image acquisition. Then the I2DPCA algorithm is used to achieve feature extraction, and the dimension of the images is reduced. Finally, the recognition of weld defects is implemented using the k-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN). Compared with the methods of traditional recognition by extracting the sizes of several geometric defects, the proposed algorithm has the advantage of the small memory spaces, the high recognition rate and the strong real-time recognition. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm has higher recognition rate and is more practical than the 2DPCA, and the recognition rate reaches 94%, which can meet the requirements of the real-time detection. © 2018 IEEE.

In order to solve the vibration problems of a cracked asymmetric rotor, the three-dimensional finite element model of the rotor is established combined with a nonlinear contact approach. The free interface modal synthesis method is applied to shorten the computation time by reducing the order of the model. The vibration characteristics of the asymmetric rotor and the cracked asymmetric rotor in different crack locations are analyzed by the simulation. The results of numerical simulation show the appearance of crack will affect the resonance frequency and the range of unstable area on the major critical speed. At the same time, the active control of the rotor is realized by the electromagnetic actuator controlled by neural network PID. Secondly, based on the theory of rotor dynamics, the effects of rotational speed and unbalance on the breathing behavior of the cracked rotor are discussed. In this paper, it proposes a novel method delaying the crack extension effectively. In the process of operation, the electromagnetic actuator (EMA) can effectively control the vibration and can delay the crack propagation. © 2018 IEEE.
