Trajectory generation is a prerequisite for robot controlsystem and is divided into two regions, Cartesian space and joint space. This paper presents an approach to generate the trajectory in joint-space. This method uses normalization and transformation of the sine function to generate the desired trajectory, which is more smooth and continuous than the parabolic method in multiple time derivatives of the joint parameter. Compared with the third order polynomial method, this approach can depress the unacceptable infinite spikes in the jerk, which is the derivative of acceleration. Besides, the using of normalization in this approach is to make it more convenient and efficient be applied.

The network structure and functional properties of gene regulatory system and their relationships arc an important research field in systems biology. In this paper, a new improved model is proposed based on the study of gene expression process. The model takes into account the effect of protein concentration on the gene expression, so as to obtain a new bifurcation point and improve the performance of the system. In this article, a novel over constrained 2-RRU&RSR parallel manipulator is proposed and analyzed. This mechanism is composed of a moving platform and a base, which connected by two same configuration RRU legs and one RSR leg. The article uses the 2RRU&RSR parallel mechanism that can achieve 2R1T (two rotations and one translational motion) as the object. Based on the known kinematics forward solutions, the dynamics study was carried out. The dynamic model of the parallel mechanism was established using the Lagrange method and then it can be obtained that the dynamic inverse solution. Then ADAMS software was used to build a virtual prototype of this mechanism and the dynamics simulation was performed by using Lagrange method. Under the trend of a certain trajectory, the law of driving torque changes with time, paving the way for subsequent trajectory planning and control.

During surgical interventions, the temperature generated during cortical bone drilling can affect the activity of bone material, which may lead to necrosis. In this paper, with the purpose of reducing the temperature during cortical bone drilling, the influence of the parameters of medical drill were analyzed. The finite element model of the drilling process was established based on the parametric design of the dril. The relationship between the drill bit diameter, the point angle, and the helix angle to the drilling temperature was studied by the center composite experiment. The results showed that the drilling temperature is increased with the increase of drill diameter, vertex angle and helix angle in the range of certain research.

According to the problem that the selection of traditional PID control parameters is too complicated in evaporator of Organic Rankine Cycle system(ORC),an evaporator PID controller based on BP neural netw ork optimization is designed. Based on the control theory,the model of ORC evaporator is set up. The BP algorithm is used to control the Kp,Kiand Kdparameters of the evaporator PID controller,so that the evaporator temperature can reach the optimal state quickly and steadily. The M ATLAB softw are is used to simulate the traditional PID controller and the BP neural netw ork PID controller. The experimental results show that the Kp,Kiand Kdparameters of the BP neural netw ork PID controller are 0. 5677,0. 2970,and 0. 1353,***,the evaporator PID controller based on BP neural netw ork optimization not only satisfies the requirements of the system performance,but also has better control parameters than the traditional PID controller.

We achieve long-range and continuous optical pulling in a periodic photonic crystal background, which supports a unique Bloch mode with the self-collimation effect. Most interestingly, the pulling force reported here is mainly contributed by the intensity gradient force originating from the self-induced backaction of the object to the self-collimation mode. This force is sharply distinguished from the widely held conception of optical tractor beams based on the scattering force. Also, this pulling force is insensitive to the angle of incidence and can pull multiple objects simultaneously.
