Association rules mining algorithm using sharing mechanism niche leaping ant colony based on apriori algorithm

Based on the alarm data in the information communication network under the context of big data, the paper discusses the classic association mining algorithms of Apriori and FP-Growth with living examples, elaborates the ant colony algorithm and the niche technology, combines the Apriori algorithm thought and the Travelling Salesman Problem (TSP) of the ant colony algorithm, and proposes association rules mining algorithm using Sharing mechanism Niche Leaping Ant Colony based on Apriori algorithm (SN-APLAC algorithm). The algorithm achieves the thought of "leaping ants" by accelerating support calculation through a sparse linked list and setting the route point of non frequent item sets as "stimulation point" and retains the local optimal solution to further improve the quality of association rules mining utilizing the technique of sharing mechanism niche. An online fault pre-warning system of the rolling mill screw-down device based on virtual instrument

A traditional off-line screw-down monitoring system performs not well on real-time signal analysis or process, which cannot provide simultaneous fault pre-warning either. A diagnostic monitoring system as well as a remotely accessible graphic user interface is presented in this paper. The main objective of this work is to develop an online and available technique for monitoring the kinetic, hydrodynamic and electrical parameters of the rolling mill screw-down device, and analyze these figures to support online fault pre-warning. A series of transducers are installed in suitable locations to measure parameters decried above including the vibration acceleration of a rolling mill stand, the rolling force of a screw-down device, the stroke of a hydraulic cylinder, the system source pressure, the in-cylinder stress and the output value of an electro-hydraulic servo valve. An industrial personal computer picks up the information transformed by an extra high-speed data acquisition board embedded inside, processes the signals via a software designed by means of laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW) and indicates fault conditions through the graphic user interface. Besides, the data of the overall system can be published over the Internet using LabVIEW Web Server capabilities. The results of experiments suggest that the system works well on real-time data acquisition and online fault prewarning. The statistics saved contributes to the research of vibration performance and malfunction analysis of a rolling mill. © 2014. IFSA Publishing, S. L.

The Validity Analysis of Regression: Combining Uniform Experiment Design with Nonlinear Regression

The data topology structure of uniform experiment design (UD) is too complex to be reasonable regressed. In this paper, the principle and method of distinguish the training data and testing data were described to make a reasonable regression when uniform experiment design combined with support vector regression (SVR). Two equivalent ways which were the smallest enclosing hypersphere perceptron (SEH) and the enclosing simplex perceptron (ES) were provided to discover the topology relationship of the process parameter datum. To give an application, a series of experiments about laser cladding layer quality were conducted by UD to get the relationship of load, velocity and wearing capacity. Results showed that only the testing datum recommended by the two perceptrons got a good forecasting by SVR. Therefore, the two perceptrons could guide experiments with process parameter data of complex topology structure. Further, the application could be extended over a much wider field of experiments.

Tooth Surface Design for Variable Transmission Ratio Bevel Gearing

A novel CAD method for tooth profile based on the gearing feature has been proposed in this paper, and this method could be applied to the variable transmission ratio and three-dimension situation. The two pitch curves of the two gears can be generated due to the given transmission ratio. The tooth profile curves are formed in each coordinate system of its pitch curve by the gearing process. Finally, the tooth profile could be extracted and translated into a real dimension by CAD method. It is provided a simply thought for tooth profile design to avoid so much complicated mathematical reasoning.

Band Alignment and Band Gap Characterization of La2O3 Films on Si Substrates Grown by Radio Frequency Magnetron Sputtering

La2O3 films are grown on Si （100） substrates by the radio-frequency magnetron sputtering technique. The band alignment of the La203/Si heterojunction is analyzed by the x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The valence- band and the conduction-band offsets of La2 Oa films to Si substrates are found to be 2.40±0.1 and 1.66±0.3 eV, respectively. Based on 0 ls energy loss spectrum analysis, it can be noted that the energy gap of La203 films is 5.18±0.2eV, which is confirmed by the ultra-violet visible spectrum. According to the suitable band offset and large band gap, it can be concluded that La2O3 could be a promising candidate to act as high-k gate dielectrics.

A widely tunable high precision chaotic fiber laser is proposed and experimentally demonstrated.A tunable fiber Bragg grating(TFBG) filter is used as a tuning element to determine the turning range from 1533 nm to 1558 nm with a linewidth of 0.5 nm at any *** wide tuning range is capable of supporting 32 wavelength-division multiplexing(WDM) channels with 100 GHz channel *** single wavelengths are found to be chaotic with 10 GHz *** full width at half maximum(FWHM) of the chaotic correlation curve of the different wavelengths is on a picosecond time scale,thereby offering millimeter spatial resolution in WDM detection.

This paper presents a straightforward and systematical methodology for conducting the inverse dynamic analysis of a 3-prismatic-universal-universal (PUU) parallel kinematic manipulator (PKM) through employing the principle of virtual work. The proposed 3-PUU PKM possesses three translational degree-of-freedom (DOF). The position, velocity and acceleration of joints are solved via the inverse kinematic analysis, the link Jacobian matrices which map the velocity of the moving platform into the velocity and angular velocity of struts are derived in the fixed coordinate system. Based on the d'Alembert's form of the principle of virtual work, the applied generalized forces of the whole mechanical system are divided into the applied forces of moving platform, struts, sliders, and motor-coupling-leadscrew, respectively. The joint actuated torques are obtained through eliminating the virtual displacement in the dynamic equations. Furthermore, the inertial term, centrifugal and Coriolis term, and gravitational term of the total joint torque are determined. Simulation for a conical spiral trajectory demonstrates that the total torque is dominated by the inertial term.

Since the heat dissipation problemis harsh in high power LED lamp, in our studywe suggest an optimal design method of high-power LED lamps radiator based on the equivalent thermal circuit method, we abstract mathematical model of the heat dissipation system of the lamps, then chose several key parameters of radiator--spacing of fins S, height of fins H, thickness of fins t and number of Micro Heat Pipe ArrayN Has design parameters, and set minimum temperature of the chips as optimization objective. Based on the optimization algorithm we have mentioned, we designed a new radiator for high power LED lamps, through steady-heat-thermal analysis in ANSYS software, the junction temperature is far below the requirement. Therefore, the optimization algorithm can be effectively applied to radiator design of high power LED devices with the advantage of accuracy and swiftness.

A novel parallel micromanipulator with large range of motion based on flexible hinges is designed and analyzed in this paper, which has three degrees of freedom motions along x, y and z axes. The Pseudo-Rigid-Body (PRB) model method is applied to obtain the kinetic performance and inputting stiffness. To calculate the natural frequency of the mechanism, the Lagrange method is used to achieve the dynamic and frequency equations. In addition, the working range of the architecture is also calculated, analyzed and compared with other similar structures by using ANSYS software, our designed micromanipulator has larger workspace than other existed stages.
