P-band antennas offer tremendous potential in various fields, including remote sensing, communication, and radar applications. However, It is crucial to enhance their effectiveness in these domains that the current challenges in the P-band, particularly wide bandwidth and exceptional out-of-band suppression be achieved. This paper aims to introduce an efficient design scheme for a high-efficiency, high out-of-band suppression P-band filter antenna. The antenna structure comprises a Y-shaped feeding network, upper and lower parallel dielectric plates, a vertical dielectric plate, a central metal plate, and a pair of microstrip patches. The bottom feeding network employs a Y-shaped feeding network. The coupling of the antenna was effectively controlled and the good bandwidth and impedance matching have been achieved. In order to achieve a wider bandwidth and lower return loss for the antenna, slotting technology was employed on the semi-circular radiation patch. The introduction of a vertical metal plate enhances filtering performance of antenna. Additionally, there are radiation zeros at 0.68 GHz and 1.43 GHz, high-frequency selectivity is imparted and signal reflection losses are effectively reduced. Key performance indicators include a filter antenna center frequency of 0.75 GHz, a -10 dB impedance bandwidth of 32.9% (0.89 GHz-1.24 GHz). In the upper stopband (0.5 GHz-0.8 GHz), the suppression level exceeds 20 dB, while in the lower stopband (1.1 GHz-1.8 GHz), suppression level exceeds 15 dB. Significant suppression characteristics are observed in the 0.5 GHz-0.8 GHz and 1.1 GHz-1.8 GHz frequency ranges. Design elements such as the semi-circular radiating patch, slotting technology, and rectangular slots on the substrate have been employed in the antenna. The suppression level, frequency selectivity had been enhance of antenna. Simulation results indicate a gain of 7.06 dB, overall efficiency beyond 95%, co-pol superior to cross-pol by more than 35 dB, and antenna

With the rapid growth of large language models (LLMs), there is increasing demand for memory and computation in LLMs. Recent efforts on post-training pruning of LLMs aim to reduce the model size and computation requirements, yet the performance is still sub-optimal. In this paper, we present a plug-and-play solution for post-training pruning of LLMs. The proposed solution has two innovative components: 1) Relative Importance and Activations (RIA), a new pruning metric that jointly considers the weight and activations efficiently on LLMs;and 2) Channel Permutation, a new approach to maximally preserve important weights under N:M sparsity. The two proposed components can be readily combined to further enhance the N:M semi-structured pruning of LLMs. Our empirical experiments show that RIA alone can already surpass all existing post-training pruning methods on prevalent LLMs, e.g., LLaMA ranging from 7B to 65B. Furthermore, N:M semi-structured pruning with channel permutation can even outperform the original LLaMA2-70B on zero-shot tasks, together with practical speedup on specific hardware. As antenna structure grow in complexity, the problem of time-consuming in electromagnetic (EM) simulation have become more common. This problem undoubtedly brings a series of the challenges in raising the effectiveness of antenna optimization. In order to overcome the existing difficulties, an antenna optimization method based on RF-GWO method is proposed. This approach consists of three major components. Firstly, an artificial neural network (ANN) is used to build the dataset. Compared with the traditional sampling method, the data filtered by the artificial neural network (ANN) are closer to the optimization objective. Consequently, it can better responsive to the relationship between the antenna parameters and the optimization objective. Then, the Random Forest method (RF) is utilized to analyze the impact of the ten selected parameters based on the electromagnetic (EM) simulation results on the antenna performance. Random Forest Algorithm (RF) has strong interpretability, allowing for the assessment of the contribution of different parameters to the optimization objective, which can effectively reduce the number of design variables. Finally, the antenna optimization is performed utilizing the Grey Wolf Optimization (GWO) algorithm. Combined with the sensitivity analysis results, the Gray Wolf Algorithm (GWO) can effectively search for improved results in a faster manner. In order to evaluate the algorithm's performance, the proposed method is employed to optimize a multiband miniaturized microstrip antenna. The result demonstrates that substantial improvement in impedance bandwidth is achieved by the proposed method, with an approximate 29% increase compared to conventional manual optimization methods. This outcome has proved potential and effectiveness of the proposed method in practical implications of antenna optimization. © 2024 IEEE.

An infrared solar spectrum observed by ground-based telescopes is seriously affected by the background radiation both from the telescope and sky,relative to the visible *** accuracy is also influenced by the spectral resolution of the Fourier transform *** the paper,we developed a CO_(2)gas cell and installed it in the sample compartment to calibrate the spectral resolution of the Bruker IFS-125HR at infrared *** measured spectral resolution is 0.00342±0.00086 cm^(-1)and 0.0059±0.00024 cm^(-1)at the wavenumbers of798 cm^(-1)and 2136 cm^(-1),*** also updated a fully reflective sunlight feeding system to observe the solar spectrum near CO 4.66μm and Mg I 12.32μ*** quickly pointing the sunlight feeding system about1 degree away from the solar disk center,we are able to measure the background radiation from the telescope and the sky at Huairou Solar Observing *** removing the background radiation,our observed solar spectrum at CO 4.66μm is consistent with that from the National Solar *** Mg I 12.32μm working line selected by the Accurate Infrared Magnetic Field Measurements of the Sun(AIMS)project is also *** method is helpful not only for the spectral resolution calibration and background radiation correction of AIMS but also for other infrared astronomical telescopes.

Given the critical role of rotating machinery in industrial cyber-physical systems (ICPS), ensuring their reliable operation is essential for the stability and safety of ICPS. Deep neural networks have demonstrated competitive results for intelligent fault diagnosis, which are usually trained via the historical data of all fault modes. However, in real engineering, it is usually difficult to collect samples and exhaust all failures during the training stage. As a result, out-of-distribution fault diagnosis (OOD-FD) becomes a more realistic problem that requires the methods to not only accurately diagnose the known faults, but also effectively recognize unknown ones. Therefore, a novel orthogonal anchor clustering with focal attention (FA-OAC) is proposed in this paper for OOD-FD. Firstly, an orthogonal anchor clustering (OAC) algorithm is proposed to fix the class center of each fault mode orthogonally and distinguish the known and unknown faults at the class level. Then, because the identifiability of different fault modes changes a lot in OOD-FD, the focal attention mechanism is applied to dynamically adjust the attention to different fault modes according to the distance loss of OAC, thus addressing the identifiability imbalance problem. To verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, different OOD-FD tasks are designed based on two rotating machinery datasets. The experimental results and comparison with state-of-the-art fault diagnosis methods have demonstrated that the proposed method has improved the OOD-FD performance greatly and therefore provides an effective tool in real engineering. © 2023 IEEE.

Through the neural network model, the rainfall-type debris flow in Jiangjiagou is predicted. Based on seven meteorological factors with time series characteristics, such as daily rainfall, previous effective rainfall, ground temperature, and humidity, which have been screened by features, the Jiangjiagou rainfall debris flow prediction and early warning model based on LSTM-Attention is constructed. The results show that: (1) LSTM-Attention model is 0.02 higher than that of the Attention-LSTM model, and the prediction effect is better. (2) The prediction accuracy of LSTM-Attention model for Jiangjiagou rainfall-type debris flow can reach 0.88, which is 0.05, 0.07, 0.04, 0.25, 0.13 higher than that of LSTM model, RNN model, RNN-Attention model, SVM model, and BP model, respectively. Research results: It provides a new idea and method for the prediction and research of rainfall-type debris flow, which can be referenced by scholars. © 2022 IEEE.
