Block-gram:Mining knowledgeable features for efficiently smart contract vulnerability detection

Smart contracts are widely used on the blockchain to implement complex transactions,such as decentralized applications on *** vulnerability detection of large-scale smart contracts is critical,as attacks on smart contracts often cause huge economic *** it is difficult to repair and update smart contracts,it is necessary to find the vulnerabilities before they are ***,code analysis,which requires traversal paths,and learning methods,which require many features to be trained,are too time-consuming to detect large-scale on-chain ***-based methods will obtain detection models from a feature space compared to code analysis methods such as symbol *** the existing features lack the interpretability of the detection results and training model,even worse,the large-scale feature space also affects the efficiency of *** paper focuses on improving the detection efficiency by reducing the dimension of the features,combined with expert *** this paper,a feature extraction model Block-gram is proposed to form low-dimensional knowledge-based features from ***,the metadata is separated and the runtime code is converted into a sequence of opcodes,which are divided into segments based on some instructions(jumps,etc.).Then,scalable Block-gram features,including 4-dimensional block features and 8-dimensional attribute features,are mined for the learning-based model ***,feature contributions are calculated from SHAP values to measure the relationship between our features and the results of the detection *** addition,six types of vulnerability labels are made on a dataset containing 33,885 contracts,and these knowledge-based features are evaluated using seven state-of-the-art learning algorithms,which show that the average detection latency speeds up 25×to 650×,compared with the features extracted by N-gram,and also can enhance the interpretability of the detection model.

Joint User Association,Resource Allocation and Trajectory Design for Multi-UAV-Aided NOMA Wireless Communication Systems

In this paper,we investigate a multi-UAV aided NOMA communication system,where multiple UAV-mounted aerial base stations are employed to serve ground users in the downlink NOMA communication,and each UAV serves its associated users on its own *** aim at maximizing the overall common throughput in a finite time *** a problem is a typical mixed integer nonlinear problem,which involves both continuous-variable and combinatorial *** efficiently solve this problem,we propose a two-layer algorithm,which separately tackles continuous-variable and combinatorial ***,in the inner layer given one user association scheme,subproblems of bandwidth allocation,power allocation and trajectory design are solved based on alternating *** the outer layer,a small number of candidate user association schemes are generated from an initial scheme and the best solution can be determined by comparing all the candidate *** particular,a clustering algorithm based on K-means is applied to produce all candidate user association schemes,the successive convex optimization technique is adopted in the power allocation subproblem and a logistic function approximation approach is employed in the trajectory design *** results show that the proposed NOMA scheme outperforms three baseline schemes in downlink common throughput,including one solution proposed in an existing literature.

This article investigates the adaptive resource allocation scheme for digital twin (DT) synchronization optimization over dynamic wireless networks. In our considered model, a base station (BS) continuously collects factory physical object state data from wireless devices to build a real-time virtual DT system for factory event analysis. Due to continuous data transmission, maintaining DT synchronization must use extensive wireless resources. To address this issue, a subset of devices is selected to transmit their sensing data, and resource block (RB) allocation is optimized. This problem is formulated as a constrained Markov process (CMDP) problem that minimizes the long-term mismatch between the physical and virtual systems. To solve this CMDP, we first transform the problem into a dual problem that refines RB constraint impacts on device scheduling strategies. We then propose a continual reinforcement learning (CRL) algorithm to solve the dual problem. The CRL algorithm learns a stable policy across historical experiences for quick adaptation to dynamics in physical states and network capacity. Simulation results show that the CRL can adapt quickly to network capacity changes and reduce normalized root mean square error (NRMSE) between physical and virtual states by up to 55.2%, using the same RB number as traditional methods. © 2025 IEEE. The demand for precise timing continues to grow with the rapid development of smart cities, where intelligent transportation emerges as a critical application heavily dependent on accurate time distribution. Deterministic communication is anticipated to be a defining feature of nextgeneration mobile networks (6G), enabling end-to-end timecritical applications, and unlocking new possibilities for achieving end-to-end precise time synchronization as well. To cope with the challenge of delivering precise time synchronization across broader areas at a lower cost, this paper proposes a method to achieve end-to-end precise time synchronization by leveraging the deterministic characteristics of communication networks. Specially, the proposed approach adopts the Software-Defined networking (SDN) paradigm to implement deterministic networking for the seamless integration of Time-Sensitive networking (TSN) and cellular networks. Furthermore, to mitigate the impact of wireless channel uncertainties on synchronization accuracy, we propose a network delay measurement mechanism based on the principle of time redundancy, designed to reduce end-to-end network delay variation. Experimental results validate the effectiveness of the proposed method, demonstrating its capability to constrain the end-to-end relative time error of wired and wireless converged networks to the microsecond scale, without necessitating modifications to the existing network infrastructure.

A New Paradigm of User-Centric Wireless Communication Driven by Large Language Models

The next generation of wireless communications seeks to deeply integrate artificial intelligence (AI) with user-centric communication networks, with the goal of developing AI-native networks that more accurately address user requirements. The rapid development of large language models (LLMs) offers significant potential in realizing these goals. However, existing efforts that leverage LLMs for wireless communication often overlook the considerable gap between human natural language and the intricacies of real-world communication systems, thus failing to fully exploit the capabilities of LLMs. To address this gap, we propose a novel LLM-driven paradigm for wireless communication that innovatively incorporates the nature language to structured query language (NL2SQL) tool. Specifically, in this paradigm, user personal requirements is the primary focus. Upon receiving a user request, LLMs first analyze the user intent in terms of relevant communication metrics and system parameters. Subsequently, a structured query language (SQL) statement is generated to retrieve the specific parameter values from a high-performance real-time database. We further utilize LLMs to formulate and solve an optimization problem based on the user request and the retrieved parameters. The solution to this optimization problem then drives adjustments in the communication system to fulfill the user’s requirements. To validate the feasibility of the proposed paradigm, we present a prototype system. In this prototype, we consider user-request centric semantic communication (URC-SC) system in which a dynamic semantic representation network at the physical layer adapts its encoding depth to meet user requirements, such as improved data transmission quality or reduced data transmission latency. Additionally, two LLMs are employed to analyze user requests and generate SQL statements, respectively. Recent studies have focused on leveraging large-scale artificial intelligence (LAI) models to improve semantic representation and compression capabilities. However, the substantial computational demands of LAI models pose significant challenges for real-time communication scenarios. To address this, this paper proposes utilizing knowledge distillation (KD) techniques to extract and condense knowledge from LAI models, effectively reducing model complexity and computation latency. Nevertheless, the inherent complexity of LAI models leads to prolonged inference times during distillation, while their lack of channel awareness compromises the distillation performance. These limitations make standard KD methods unsuitable for task-oriented semantic communication scenarios. To address these issues, we propose a fast distillation method featuring a pre-stored compression mechanism that eliminates the need for repetitive inference, significantly improving efficiency. Furthermore, a channel adaptive module is incorporated to dynamically adjust the transmitted semantic information based on varying channel conditions, enhancing communication reliability and adaptability. In addition, an information bottleneck-based loss function is derived to guide the fast distillation process. Simulation results verify that the proposed scheme outperform baselines in term of task accuracy, model size, computation latency, and training data requirements. © 1967-2012 IEEE.

Floor plans can provide valuable prior information that helps enhance the accuracy of indoor positioning systems. However, existing research typically faces challenges in efficiently leveraging floor plan information and applying it to complex indoor layouts. To fully exploit information from floor plans for positioning, we propose a floor plan-assisted fusion positioning algorithm (FP-BP) using Bluetooth low energy (BLE) and pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR). In the considered system, a user holding a smartphone walks through a positioning area with BLE beacons installed on the ceiling, and can locate himself in real time. In particular, FP-BP consists of two phases. In the offline phase, FP-BP programmatically extracts map features from a stylized floor plan based on their binary masks, and constructs a mapping function to identify the corresponding map feature of any given position on the map. In the online phase, FP-BP continuously computes BLE positions and PDR results from BLE signals and smartphone sensors, where a novel grid-based maximum likelihood estimation (GML) algorithm is introduced to enhance BLE positioning. Then, a particle filter is used to fuse them and obtain an initial estimate. Finally, FP-BP performs post-position correction to obtain the final position based on its specific map feature. Experimental results show that FP-BP can achieve a real-time mean positioning accuracy of 1.19 m, representing an improvement of over 28% compared to existing floor plan-fused baseline algorithms. The growth of RPR in metropolitan optical networks, has been due to the requirement of sub-wavelength granularity and dynamic provisioning between nodes in a 2-ringlet optical network. The solution of creating opto-electro-opto conversion at each node and then processing individually the information being sent on each wavelength leads to expensive equipment cost as well as issues such as strict synchronization and limited bit-rate. Light-trails, on the other hand provides a solution that optically is able to broker the bandwidth between multiple nodes on the same wavelength leading to low cost implementations, while guaranteeing the dynamic bandwidth requirements that are a necessary prelude to provisioning revenue bearing services. A light-trail is a generalization of a lightpath [5], such that multiple nodes on the trail can take part in uni-directional communication within the trail without the need for optical switch reconfiguration. Light-trails can be pragmatically implemented [1] and provide for sub-wavelength optical communication by creating time differentiated flows between individual nodes. In this paper we study the implementation of light-trails to facilitate RPR. Through a simulation study we identify the constraints that affect a light-trail network and how it performs as compared to an RPR network. The intuitive benefit in cost savings using a light-trail network is somewhat offset by the need for aggregation of traffic at the data layer (like RPR) as well as the wastage of bandwidth in the broadcast medium (light-trail). © 2005 OSA.
