With the increasing requirement of people, the functions of in-vehicle infotainment systems are becoming more and more abundant, and their security also affects the safety of vehicles. Therefore, it is more and more important to evaluate the security of the IVI system. This paper proposes a security evaluation framework for in-vehicle infotainment systems based on threat analyses and penetration tests. By constructing the data flow diagram of application scenarios, analyzing threats, combing the attack link diagram, combining white-box audit and black-box test, we use the characteristics of high efficiency of automatic tools and high accuracy of manual methods to set factor sets, and then the whole IVI system is evaluated by Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the continuous development of intelligent connected vehicle industry, cameras and other vehicle-mounted devices are widely used, so the amount of data collection is increasing. There is a large amount of sensitive information hidden in the image data generated by connected vehicles. Once the data leakage event occurs, it may cause very serious consequences. In order to improve the security of connected vehicle data and reduce the threat of sensitive information leakage in image data, this paper provides a desensitization process of connected vehicle image data, and desensitizes sensitive information based on instance segmentation technology. In this paper, a real road image dataset is collected, and realizes desensitization of the modified dataset based on proposed framework. © 2023 SPIE.

As the application of smart contracts in blockchain technology becomes increasingly widespread, their security issues have emerged as a focal point of both research and practice. Although symbolic execution technology has been extensively applied for the detection of security vulnerabilities in smart contracts, its limitations in terms of execution efficiency and code coverage remain significant. In response to these challenges, this study introduces an innovative method named HoneyToken-DetectorRev, which optimizes traditional symbolic execution through program slicing technology, aiming to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of smart contract security detection. By selecting ten smart contracts from the Ethereum platform, which vary in business logic and complexity, we conducted an empirical analysis of HoneyToken-DetectorRev. The experimental results demonstrate that this method significantly improves the efficiency of smart contract detection without sacrificing precision. This research not only provides an effective technical approach for the security detection of smart contracts but also offers theoretical and practical guidance for further enhancing the security of blockchain applications. © 2024 IEEE.

As large language models (LLMs) rapidly advance, rigorous testing and evaluation of these models grows increasingly crucial. To address this need, we have developed three types of questions: Chinese contextual, English contextual, and language context-independent. testing in both Chinese and English probes the LLMs' hallucination tendencies. We investigate the impact of language on hallucinations from two perspectives: The type of language used in the input prompt and the cultural context underlying the prompt's content. Additionally, 52 multi-domain single-choice questions from C-EVAL are presented in original and randomized order to assess robustness to perturbations. Among the five LLMs, the tests demonstrate GPT-4 has the strongest anti-hallucination and robustness capabilities, answering with greater accuracy, consistency, and reliability. ChatGLM ranks second and outperforms GPT-4 on Chinese context-dependent questions. Emergent testing phenomena are analyzed from the user's perspective. Hallucinated responses are categorized and potential causal factors leading to hallucination and fragility are examined. Based on these findings, viable avenues for improvement are proposed. © 2023 IEEE.

The development of deep learning has driven the development of ReID, and more and more excellent methods have been proposed, but most of these are artificially designed network backbones. Automation is a trend in the development of deep learning. This paper propose FAS-ReID(Fair Architecture Search for Person Re-IDentification), which can automatically design and generate a neural network backbone for ReID. This paper compare operation selection to competition, and inject noise to make the competition fairer, while making the architecture of automated search More adaptable to ReID We use TriHard loss to improve the feature extraction ability. Our experiments show that the backbone searched by FAS-ReID is better and reduces the search time. Meanwhile, as for the problem of performance collapse caused by skip-connection enrichment in the search process, FAS-Reid does not use the early stop strategy to avoid performance loss like other solutions, which is also the reason why our method is more reliable and robust. © 2023 IEEE.

With the continuous development of deep learning, reid has been continually improved. However, the network backbones of reid are mostly manually designed. This paper proposes RGA-Reid based on auto-reid. NASBR-Reid obtains the network backbone through neural architecture search. It replaces the part-base module in the auto-reid search algorithm with the RGA module, which effectively integrates global relationships to enhance attention training between different parts. Experimental results demonstrate that RGA-Reid can retrieve superior network backbones. © 2023 IEEE.

Stream computing engine is an important part of big data system, and benchmarking is one of the main means to measure the engine's performance. In this paper, we compare the differences between two engines, Spark Streaming and Flink, in stream processing technologies. Then the open source benchmarking frameworks supporting stream processing and their respective characteristics are studied, and the HiBench testing framework is selected to test the two stream processing engines. The test results show that Flink is better than Spark Streaming in terms of performance in shuffle, stateful computation and windowed computation. © 2022 IEEE.

Reinforcement learning has been successfully applied in software testing, but the existing testing methods cannot perform effective testing according to the characteristics of applications, and using outdated interactive experience during training, resulting in inefficient testing. In this paper, we propose BSDRtesting. Firstly, the demonstration experience of human users is collected according to the functional scenarios and business logic of each application, and combining reinforcement learning and imitation learning to maximize rewards while imitating user behavior, experience replay aims to sample experiences from the agent's self-exploration and expert demonstrations to improve sampling efficiency. At the same time, according to the input rules, the black-box testing method is used to fully test the input events, and finally an experience filtering mechanism is proposed, and the reward value and TD-Error are used as the basis for priority sampling. The experimental results on 10 open source applications show BSDRtesting has achieved significant improvements in code coverage and branch coverage compared with existing methods. © 2023 IEEE.

Community smells are sub-optimal developer community structures that hinder *** studies performed smell prediction and provided refactoring guidelines from a top-down aspect to help community ***,refactoring smells also requires bottom-up effort from every ***,supportive measures and guidelines for them are not available at a fine-grained *** recent work revealed developers'personalities and working states could influence community smells'emergence and variation,we build prediction models with experience,sentiment,and development process features of developers considering three smells including Organizational Silo,Lone Wolf,and Bottleneck,as well as two related classes including smelly developer and smelly *** predict the five classes in the individual granularity,and we also generate forecasts for the number of smelly developers in the community *** proposed models achieve F-measures ranging from 0.73 to 0.92 in individual-wide within-project,time-wise,and cross-project prediction,and mean R2 performance of 0.68 in community-wide Smelly Developer *** also exploit SHAP(SHapley Additive exPlanations)to assess feature importance to explain our *** conclusion,we suggest developers with heavy workload should foster more frequent communication in a straightforward and polite way to build healthier communities,and we recommend community shepherds to use the forecasting model for refactoring planning.

Currently, large-scale vision and language models has significantly improved the performances of cross-modal retrieval tasks. However, large-scale models require a substantial amount of computing resources, so the execution of these models on devices with limited resources is challenging. Thus, it is paramount to reduce the model size and minimize computing costs of a model without sacrificing its performance. In this paper, we improved TERAN by dividing cross-modal retrieval into two stages: image-text coarse-grained matching and image-text fine-grained matching. Specifically, we present a novel approach called Two-Stage Cross-Modal Retrieval network(TSCMR). To reduce model size after model training, our approach utilized a new knowledge distillation method for Transformer-based models. Experiments have shown that our approach maintains a performance comparable to TERAN on the MS-COCO 1K test set, while being 2x smaller and 3.1x faster on inference. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.
