In order to satisfy the rapid load adjustment requirements of coal-fired units in the situation of alternate electrical power system, the optimal load dispatch in power plant prevents frequent coal mills operation based on speediness is studied in this paper. Firstly, the mathematical formulation of PPLD with POZs based on speediness is presented, and then strategy of POZs constraints and improved GA-TS algorithm to find the optimal solution are introduced. Finally, through simulation the effectiveness of the mathematical formulation of PPLD with POZs based on speediness is tested. The simulation result show: when the load is distributed with the economy and speediness as target separately, the distribution results are significantly different, and the load adjustment time with the aim of speediness is obviously shorter than that of economy. It shows that the optimal load dispatch in power plants based on speediness is an effective control strategy for the rapid load adjustment of units, which can contribute to the further improvement of the operating flexibility of coal-fired units in the new energy power system situation.

According to the standard for the GSM for railway(GSM-R) wireless systems in China train control system level 3(CTCS-3),the control data transfer delay should be no larger than 500 ms with greater than99% *** of both non-redundant networks and intercross redundant networks and cases of single Mobile terminals(MTs) and redundant MTs on one train are considered,and the corresponding vehicle-ground communication models,delay models,and fault models are *** simulation results confirm that the transfer delay can meet the standard requirements under all *** particular,the probability is greater than 99.996% for redundant MTs and networks,and the standard of transfer delay in CTCS-3 will be improved inevitably.

With economic and industrial restructuring, the number and size of commercial parks are increasing. The most basic function of energy storage system in commercial parks is to carry out the load side, Which also brings economic benefits and ensures the reliability of power grid. Therefore, it is of practical significance to study the control strategy of energy storage system in business parks. In this paper, a variable parameter power difference control strategy for energy storage system is proposed. Based on the typical daily load of the park, it divides the load interval and the SOC of the energy storage system. Different subspaces are provided with different strategies. Finally, a simulation analysis, taking a Shanghai business park as an actual data sample shows that the proposed method for the energy storage system is effective. © 2017 IEEE.

Air pre-heater of coal-fired power plant boiler is an important piece of engineering equipment,which is designed to heat air before combustion in furnace with the primary objective of increasing the thermal efficiency of the *** paper presents a mathematical model of heat exchange,which allows for the on-line monitoring of ash fouling in air *** model is built using dynamic heat balance method,in which the cleanliness factor is used to characterize the fouling *** ash fouling model is validated by using the actual data of a 300 MW power plant *** validation results show the effectiveness of the proposed *** can be used for the soot blowing optimization in most coal-fired power plant boiler with air preheaters,not requiring additional special instruments and complex computing systems.

In this paper, we study the semi-global output containment control problem of a multi-agent system in the presence of actuator saturation over a directed network. The leader and follower agents are of different dynamics, and the follower agents are affected by disturbances generated by the leader agents through directed paths in the communication topology. The control objective of the output containment control is to drive the output trajectories of the follower agents to converge to the convex hull spanned by the outputs of the leader agents in the presence of disturbances. Low gain feedback containment protocols are constructed based on the output regulation approach and distributed observers. It is shown that semi-global output containment control can be achieved by the proposed protocols, if each follower agent is connected to at least one leader agent through a directed path in the communication topology. Simulation results verify the theoretical conclusions.

We consider the problem of semi-global leader-following output consensus for a group of agents, consisting of a leader agent and some follower agents, which are described by discrete-time linear systems and connected on a directed network. For each follower agent, a distributed observer is built that estimates the state of the leader. Based on the estimates of the leader state and the solution of a parameterized algebraic Riccati equation, we design low gain consensus protocols that are shown to solve the semi-global output consensus problem as long as the leader agent is reachable globally on the network. Numerical simulation shows the performance of the proposed consensus protocols. © 2018 IEEE.

An important way for people to obtain information is vision. However, during the collection and transmission of digital images, there is often some noise that is not good for people to get information quickly and correctly. Therefore, before the image processing analysis, the image denoising pretreatment is particularly important. However, the traditional denoising method will lose the details of the image and the result of denoising is unsatisfactory. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of sparse representation theory, it has also made great progress in image processing and has been well applied in image denoising, which has become one of the most effective methods in current image denoising methods. Using sparse coding decomposes the image on sparse domain, and the handling of the sparse coefficient by setting threshold. And based on a sparse representation of an overly-complete dictionary, an image is represented by a linear combination of atoms in the dictionary. Its adaptability also brings better denoising effect.

This paper focuses on the problem of L 2 -L ∞ dynamic output feedback controller (DOFC) design for nonlinear switched systems with nonlinear perturbations in the Takagi- Sugeno fuzzy framework. First, the average dwell time approach is used to stabilize a nonlinear switched system exponentially under an arbitrary switching law. Then, based on the technique of piecewise Lyapunov functions, a fuzzy-rule-dependent DOFC is designed to ensure that the overall closed-loop system is exponentially stable with a weighted L 2 -L ∞ performance level (γ, α). The solvability condition for the desired DOFC is derived using a linearization technique. It is shown that the controller parameters can be obtained as solutions to a set of strict linear matrix inequalities that are numerically solvable with available standard software. Finally, two simulation examples illustrate effectiveness of the developed technique, including cognitive-radio systems.
