In this paper we revisit the problem of global asymptotic stabilization of the double integrator system subject to output saturation. We first observe that the double integrator system cannot be asymptotically stabilized by linear static output feedback. We then establish that there exist linear dynamic output feedback laws that globally asymptotically stabilize the double integrator system subject to output saturation. The determination of the linear output feedback laws is presented in the form of an algorithm. Simulation results illustrate that the linear dynamic output feedback laws have the ability to achieve global asymptotic stabilization of the double integrator system subject to output saturation.

Gaussian mixture model(GMM) monitoring method is commonly used for non-Gaussian process monitoring. In GMM monitoring method, the final number of Gaussian components and the statistical distribution parameters are estimated through the improved Figueiredo-Jain(F-J) algorithm in the modeling phase. However, the data dimensionality of modern industry is high, the number of initial Gaussian components is large for the accuracy of the algorithm. Under this condition, the relative small number of samplings makes the denominator in the weight estimation formula of the improved F-J algorithm become zero and the algorithm suspends. To make the algorithm work well in an acceptable modeling time, we deduce the Initial-ParameterCriterion among initial Gaussian components, data dimension, sampling number and propose the Initial-Parameter-Criterion based GMM(IPC-GMM) monitoring method. The proposed monitoring method is used for TE process monitoring, simulation results reveal the effectiveness and necessity of IPC-GMM monitoring method.

Aiming at the current situation of poor quality of artificial intelligence teaching and weak students' interest in learning, a case teaching method is proposed. This paper analyzes the teaching status of artificial intelligence firstly, and then systematically describes the case teaching method. Finally, the necessity of introducing case teaching method into artificial intelligence teaching is studied. Practice shows that the case teaching method can effectively enhance students' self-learning ability, improve students' comprehensive innovation ability, and promote the development of artificial intelligence teaching.

In view of the rapid development of contemporary computer technology, the problems that can be solved by computer technology are more and more complicated. Therefore, it is required that contemporary college students need to master certain computer operation skills and basic application skills of computer software combined with their professional knowledge before they officially enter the society. In this context, aiming at the computer-based teaching mode of non-computer majors in colleges and universities, the author analyzes the current situation of computer basic teaching in colleges and universities through his many years of teaching experience, and discusses the shortcomings in the development of computer courses in colleges and universities. Based on the degree of social requirements for contemporary college students to master computer technology, how to make university computer teaching cater to the continuous development and progress of computer science and technology, combined with the future computer skills of undergraduate students, the author puts forward some computer teaching reform opinions.

Self-Driving Car research problem requires several sub-topics that need to be discussed more deeply. Such as Deep Learning, computer Vision, Fusion Sensor, Localization, control, until Path Planning. All of them are fusion of several fields of study. This paper discusses the results of implementation of lane detection algorithm on toll road Cipularang as parts of self-driving car system. Video image taken using action camera mounted on top of the vehicle, with 1280×720 resolution. Average speed of the vehicle is 100 km per hour. Programming language of image processing using Python 3. Image processing method are a combination of methods of colour region, line selection, canny edge detection, and Hough transform. The result shows this algorithm needed to be add some method that can changing the parameters during day and night adaptively. Because constant parameters can only be used in the same lighting conditions. Overall the implementation method in Python Language can successfully detect the road lane with an accuracy above 90 percent. © 2017 IEEE.

With the increase of wind power capacity incorporated into the grid, the permeability of wind power increases continuously, which leads to the reduction of the equivalent inertia of the system. Rotor speed recovery will cause the secondary frequency dips when DFIG uses rotor inertial control to participate in system frequency modulation. In order to optimize the secondary frequency dips, this paper uses PSO(Particle Swarm Optimization) to optimize the Parameters of Variable Power Functions on the basis of the previously proposed variable power curve strategy. This article simulates this strategy through setting up a system by Simulink. Simulate the results of optimization, compared with the traditional recovery strategy, validity of the proposed strategy is demonstrated through simulation and analysis.

When the wind turbine adopts the rotor inertia control to participate in grid frequency regulation, it is easy to cause the second frequency drop, which will be more serious when applied to the wind farm. To solve this problem, the influence of wind speed on the unit's ultimate support time under the constant power support mode is analyzed quantitatively and wind turbine recovery time is defined. The functional relationship between the unit's support time and recovery time suitable for engineering application is given. A wind farm frequency regulation optimization model aiming at the longest supporting time of all units in the whole station is established, and the wind farm coordinated frequency regulation control strategy based on decentralized exit is proposed, taking full account of capacity differences of units under different working conditions. Simulation examples show that the real-time coordination of the exit of the wind turbine frequency regulation can effectively alleviate the secondary frequency drop problem of a wind farm.

In heterogeneous networks (HetNets), user association and resource allocation (UARA) is a great challenge for radio resource management (RRM). In this paper, a novel QoE-aware UARA scheme is proposed. The delay factor is introduced to QoE metric to weight delays' effect on service transmitting. Then the UARA scheme based on QoE is formulated as an optimization problem which is a mixed integer nonlinear programming (MINLP) problem. To solve the problem, we adopt the genetic algorithm (GA) and associate the user association and the resource with population and fitness respectively. Through the evolutions of genetic algorithm, the optimal UARA scheme can be worked out. The simulation results indicate that the proposed scheme can reduce packet loss rate, and improve the system load balancing performance.

Stability and Performance Analysis of Saturated systems Using an Enhanced Max Quadratic Lyapunov Function

This paper revisits the problem of estimating the domain of attraction and the nonlinear L2 gain of a saturated system with an algebraic loop. A max quadratic Lyapunov function, the maximum function of a group of quadratic Lyapunov functions, is proposed for use in the stability and performance analysis for a saturated system. The max quadratic Lyapunov function involves a partitioning of the state space. Exploiting the special properties of regions of the state space, we propose in this paper an enhanced max quadratic Lyapunov function, which results from adding a term that characterizes the regions of the state space to the max quadratic Lyapunov function. The matrix associated with the enhanced max quadratic Lyapunov function is not required to be positive definite, and thus a set of less conservative stability and performance conditions are established, from which a larger estimate of the domain of attraction and a tighter estimate of the nonlinear L2 gain can be obtained. Simulation results indicate the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method. © 2017
