Taking a military operation as an example, this paper makes an in-depth study of what tactics a single UAV should adopt when facing the interception of multiple enemy UAV groups. According to the analysis of the impact diagram, the aerial range of the UAV standoff defines a threat area, that is, when the UAV arrives at the threat area, it needs to adopt a strategy for penetration, or it will be intercepted. The strategy adopted by UAV in the threat area is analyzed, and the decision control method is made.

To obtain lower inference latency and less memory footprint of deep neural networks, model quantization has been widely employed in deep model deployment, by converting the floating points to low-precision integers. However, previous methods (such as quantization aware training and post training quantization) require original data for the fine-tuning or calibration of quantized model, which makes them inapplicable to the cases that original data are not accessed due to privacy or security. This gives birth to the data-free quantization method with synthetic data generation. While current data-free quantization methods still suffer from severe performance degradation when quantizing a model into lower bit, caused by the low inter-class separability of semantic features. To this end, we propose a new and effective data-free quantization method termed ClusterQ, which utilizes the feature distribution alignment for synthetic data generation. To obtain high inter-class separability of semantic features, we cluster and align the feature distribution statistics to imitate the distribution of real data, so that the performance degradation is alleviated. Moreover, we incorporate the diversity enhancement to solve class-wise mode collapse. We also employ the exponential moving average to update the centroid of each cluster for further feature distribution improvement. Extensive experiments based on different deep models (e.g., ResNet-18 and MobileNet-V2) over the ImageNet dataset demonstrate that our proposed ClusterQ model obtains state-of-the-art performance.

The traditional association rule representation method has no way to show the essential relationship between concepts and lacks understanding of the concept level. Concept lattice is a kind of data structure which can show the relationship between concepts, concept lattice also has unique advantages in the visualization and discovery of potential knowledge of association rules. In this paper, a visualization algorithm of association rules based on concept lattice is proposed. The algorithm visually displays the association rules extracted from concept lattice. Finally, this article combines the chronic disease record data of a certain hospital to analyze and visualize the association rules. The implementation results show that the visualization method has good effects in knowledge analysis and data display.

PSSL: Self-supervised learning for personalized search with contrastive sampling

Personalized search plays a crucial role in improving user search experience owing to its ability to build user profiles based on historical behaviors. Previous studies have made great progress in extracting personal signals from the query log and learning user representations. However, neural personalized search is extremely dependent on sufficient data to train the user model. data sparsity is an inevitable challenge for existing methods to learn high-quality user representations. Moreover, the overemphasis on final ranking quality leads to rough data representations and impairs the generalizability of the model. To tackle these issues, we propose a Personalized Search framework with Self-supervised Learning (PSSL) to enhance data representations. Specifically, we adopt a contrastive sampling method to extract paired self-supervised information from sequences of user behaviors in query logs. Four auxiliary tasks are designed to pre-train the sentence encoder and the sequence encoder used in the ranking model. They are optimized by contrastive loss which aims to close the distance between similar user sequences, queries, and documents. Graph pattern matching has been widespread used for protein structure analysis, expert finding and social group selection, ect. Recently, the study of graph pattern matching using the abundant attribute information of vertices and edges as constraint conditions has attracted the attention of scholars, and multi-constrained simulation has been proposed to address the problem in contextual social networks. Actually, multi-constrained graph pattern matching is an NP-complete problem and the fuzziness of constraint variables may exist in many applications. In this paper, we introduce a multi-fuzzy-constrained graph pattern matching problem in big graph data, and propose an efficient first-k algorithm Fuzzy-ETOF-K for solving it. Specifically, exploration-based method based on edge topology is adopted to improve the efficiency of edge connection, and breadth-first bounded search is used for edge matching instead of shortest path query between two nodes to improve the efficiency of edge matching. The results of our experiments conducted on three datasets of real social networks illustrate that our proposed algorithm Fuzzy-ETOF-K significantly outperforms existing approaches in efficiency and the introduction of fuzzy constraints makes our proposed algorithm more efficient and effective. © 2020 - IOS Press and the authors. Patient similarity measurement is an essential step in discovering clinically meaningful subgroups and building case retrieval systems. Most existing studies implement this procedure using similarity measurement algorithms on the multivariate clinical time-series (input space) or the low-dimensional patient representation (representation space) learned by a representation learning model. However, they either suffer from the adverse effects of irrelevant variables in the data or fail to assess the fine-grained similarity underneath the disease progress. In this paper, we propose a method to measure more fine-grained patient similarity in the state space, where each patient is represented by a series of state representations that reveal the dynamic health status. We discuss three desiderata, including stability, personality, and interpretability, for the state representations, and on this basis, develop a supervised predictive model that learns good state representations for identifying similar patients and predicting patient outcomes. Experimental results on the publicly available dataset MIMIC-III show that our method offers a promising direction for precisely identifying similar patients at the state trajectory level, as well as accurately predicting outcomes.

One chatbot per person: Creating personalized chatbots based on implicit user profiles

Personalized chatbots focus on endowing chatbots with a consistent personality to behave like real users, give more informative responses, and further act as personal assistants. Existing personalized approaches tried to incorporate several text descriptions as explicit user profiles. However, the acquisition of such explicit profiles is expensive and time-consuming, thus being impractical for large-scale real-world applications. Moreover, the restricted predefined profile neglects the language behavior of a real user and cannot be automatically updated together with the change of user interests. In this paper, we propose to learn implicit user profiles automatically from large-scale user dialogue history for building personalized chatbots. Specifically, leveraging the benefits of Transformer on language understanding, we train a personalized language model to construct a general user profile from the user's historical responses. To highlight the relevant historical responses to the input post, we further establish a key-value memory network of historical post-response pairs, and build a dynamic post-aware user profile. The dynamic profile mainly describes what and howthe user has responded to similar posts in history. To explicitly utilize users' frequently used words, we design a personalized decoder to fuse two decoding strategies, including generating a word from the generic vocabulary and copying one word from the user's personalized vocabulary. Cross-modal retrieval is crucial in understanding latent correspondences across modalities. However, existing methods implicitly assume well-matched training data, which is impractical as real-world data inevitably involves imperfect alignments, i.e., noisy correspondences. Although some works explore similarity-based strategies to address such noise, they suffer from sub-optimal similarity predictions influenced by modality-exclusive information (MEI), e.g., background noise in images and abstract definitions in texts. This issue arises as MEI is not shared across modalities, thus aligning it in training can markedly mislead similarity predictions. Moreover, although intuitive, directly applying previous cross-modal disentanglement methods suffers from limited noise tolerance and disentanglement efficacy. Inspired by the robustness of information bottlenecks against noise, we introduce DisNCL, a novel information-theoretic framework for feature Disentanglement in Noisy Correspondence Learning, to adaptively balance the extraction of MII and MEI with certifiable optimal cross-modal disentanglement efficacy. DisNCL then enhances similarity predictions in modality-invariant subspace, thereby greatly boosting similarity-based alleviation strategy for noisy correspondences. Furthermore, DisNCL introduces soft matching targets to model noisy many-to-many relationships inherent in multi-modal input for noise-robust and accurate cross-modal alignment. Extensive experiments confirm DisNCL's efficacy by 2% average recall improvement. Mutual information estimation and visualization results show that DisNCL learns meaningful MII/MEI subspaces, validating our theoretical analyses. Copyright © 2024, The Authors. All rights reserved.

ADA-GAD: Anomaly-Denoised Autoencoders for Graph Anomaly Detection

Graph anomaly detection is crucial for identifying nodes that deviate from regular behavior within graphs, benefiting various domains such as fraud detection and social network. Although existing reconstruction-based methods have achieved considerable success, they may face the Anomaly Overfitting and Homophily Trap problems caused by the abnormal patterns in the graph, breaking the assumption that normal nodes are often better reconstructed than abnormal ones. Our observations indicate that models trained on graphs with fewer anomalies exhibit higher detection performance. Based on this insight, we introduce a novel two-stage framework called Anomaly-Denoised Autoencoders for Graph Anomaly Detection (ADA-GAD). In the first stage, we design a learning-free anomaly-denoised augmentation method to generate graphs with reduced anomaly levels. We pretrain graph autoencoders on these augmented graphs at multiple levels, which enables the graph autoencoders to capture normal patterns. In the next stage, the decoders are retrained for detection on the original graph, benefiting from the multi-level representations learned in the previous stage. Meanwhile, we propose the node anomaly distribution regularization to further alleviate Anomaly Overfitting.
