Cohomology and Deformation Theory of O-Operators on Hom-Lie Conformal Algebras

In the present paper, we aim to introduce the cohomology of $\mathcal{O}$-operators defined on the Hom-Lie conformal algebra concerning the given representation. To obtain the desired results, we describe three different cochain complexes and discuss the interrelation of their coboundary operators. And show that differential maps on the graded Lie algebra can also be defined by using the Maurer-Cartan element. We further find out that, the $\mathcal{O}$-operator on the given Hom-Lie conformal algebra serves as a Maurer-Cartan element and it leads to acquiring the notion of a differential map in terms of $\mathcal{O}$-operator $\delta_\T$. Next, we provide the notion of Hom-pre-Lie conformal algebra, that induces a sub-adjacent Hom-Lie conformal algebra structure. The differential $\delta_{\b,\a}$ of this sub-adjacent Hom-Lie conformal algebra is related to the differential $\delta_\T$. Finally, we provide the deformation theory of $\mathcal{O}$-operators on the Hom-Lie conformal algebras as an application to the cohomology theory, where we discuss linear and formal deformations in detail. © 2024, The Authors. Accurate image segmentation facilitates image analysis. Gaussian mixture models (GMMs) are widely used for image segmentation due to their low complexity and high accuracy. However, the model assumes that the intensity distributions of images are symmetric, which makes it hard to obtain ideal results for images with asymmetric distributions. In addition, the model dose not consider any noise, which makes it difficult to obtain ideal distribution fitting results when images contain severe noises. And the model does not use any spatial information, which makes it sensitive to noise. To address these issues, we model the noise using a normal distribution and couple it into a skew normal mixture model to reduce the model's sensitivity to asymmetric distributions and noise. To further reduce the effect of noise, we propose a new anisotropic spatial information constraint term that preserves detailed information while reducing the effect of noise. Finally, an improved EM algorithm is proposed to solve the parameters of the model. Experimental results on synthetic and natural images illustrate that our model outperforms other state-of-the-art segmentation methods. © 2022, The Authors. All rights reserved.

In the present paper, we aim to introduce the cohomology of O-operators defined on the Hom-Lie conformal algebra concerning the given representation. To obtain the desired results, we describe three different cochain complexes and discuss the interrelation of their coboundary operators. In this paper, a novel method is proposed, which is suitable for shape transformation. This method is based on Lengyel-Epstein (LE) model, which is condensed from the Chlorite—Iodide—Malonic Acid (CIMA) chemical reactions. A minor adjustment to the original LE model is that $v_0-v$ replaces $u$ in the system. Five point difference scheme and seven point difference scheme are adopted to discrete the Laplace operator in two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) space. Meanwhile, the explicit Euler's method is considered to solve the discrete system. Through a series of numerical experiments, it is demonstrated that shape transformation can be effectively achieved in both 2D and 3D spaces using the proposed model. Additionally, we simulated the denoising process and performed image segmentation. Therefore, the modified LE model offers a novel approach applicable to a variety of tasks. © 2024, The Authors. K-means plays a vital role in data mining and is the simplest and most widely used algorithm under the Euclidean Minimum Sum-of-Squares Clustering (MSSC) model. However, its performance drastically drops when applied to vast amounts of data. Therefore, it is crucial to improve K-means by scaling it to big data using as few of the following computational resources as possible: data, time, and algorithmic ingredients. We propose a new parallel scheme of using K-means and K-means++ algorithms for big data clustering that satisfies the properties of a "true big data" algorithm and outperforms the classical and recent state-of-the-art MSSC approaches in terms of solution quality and runtime. The new approach naturally implements global search by decomposing the MSSC problem without using additional metaheuristics. This work shows that data decomposition is the basic approach to solve the big data clustering problem. The empirical success of the new algorithm allowed us to challenge the common belief that more data is required to obtain a good clustering solution. Moreover, the present work questions the established trend that more sophisticated hybrid approaches and algorithms are required to obtain a better clustering solution. © 2022, CC BY-SA.

This article considers the problem of the impact of the pandemic on medical personnel in the Russian Federation. During the pandemic, one of the most acute problems is the shortage of medical personnel. The study of the issue of shortage of medical personnel is relevant both for the whole world and for Russia. The authorities of several Russian regions at once, against the backdrop of an increase in the incidence of coronavirus, announced an acute shortage of doctors and mid-level health workers. In Russia, first of all, there was a shortage of primary health care doctors - general practitioners, general practitioners, and pediatricians. Staffing problems were discussed even before the pandemic, but during the pandemic, the workload on the medical staff increased and existing specialists began to leave. This paper presents possible solutions. Such as increasing wages and attracting students to increase staff. The purpose of the study is to analyze the reasons for the lack of personnel, identify existing problems, and formulate recommendations for their elimination.
