The process of blast furnace ironmaking is com-posed of several sub-processes. The process of blast furnace smelting is complicated and the data of each sub-process are scattered and not concentrated. The traditional working mode of subjective judgment based on manual experience is not conducive to the stable production of the blast furnace. Therefore, this paper develops a big data system for the production process of blast furnace, which is of great significance to realize the digital production and intelligent production of blast furnace. According to the system architecture of blast furnace ironmaking, this paper mainly designs and develops the data acquisition layer, data storage layer, data analysis layer and data application layer of the big data system.

Path planning and obstacle avoidance in 3D terrain have been identified as a monumental challenge for a UAV in a variety of autonomous missions, such as disaster management and search and rescue operations. In large terrain areas, it’s a key problem for traditional approaches to search within the point-cloud maps to find a global path for a UAV considering the flight safety, maneuverability, weather constraints, and fuel cost. Hence, this paper proposes a trajectory planning technique for global and local path planning of a fixed-wing UAV above 3D terrain under static and dynamic constraints. For global path generation, a novel Feature Selection and Learning-based Model (FSLM) has been introduced to select the features of a point-cloud map and transform them into the feature set. The feature set is utilized by an improved A* planner with an extensive search area to deliver an optimal global path. The global path is assumed as the UAV's reference waypoints. The motion of the UAV on reference waypoints is simplified with two coordinates (R, d), where R is the cumulative distance covered by the UAV along the reference waypoints and d is its offset distance from the reference line segment in time t. For any local collision, offset trajectories are generated along with reference waypoints to avoid collision. Cost functions have been added so that the best global and local path can be chosen, taking into account altitude, weather, and fuel constraints. The simulation results show the performance of this approach in various complex terrains by considering weather and dynamic constraints, and the results are also compared to other 3D UAV path planning techniques. © 2022, The Authors. This study investigated the optimal tracking performance (OTP) of multi-input multi-output (MIMO), discrete- time networked control systems (NCSs). The limits of tracking performance (TP) under the influences of bandwidth, encoding- decoding, and additive coloured Gaussian noise (ACGN) are derived using the techniques of coprime decomposition and all-pass decomposition. The results reveal the negative impact of non-minimum phase (NMP) zeros and unstable poles of the plant as well as network communication constraints on the TP of NCSs. Finally, a numerical simulation is discussed and verifies our conclusions.

Live-maintaining work is essential for continuous power supply to the substation. To improve the safety and efficiency of live-maintaining work, this paper proposes an equipotential live-maintaining robot system suitable for 110kV voltage levels. Considering the narrow space, complex working conditions and strong electromagnetic interference in substations, binocular vision technology, manipulator trajectory planning algorithm based on time-energy optimization, high voltage electromagnetic shielding technology are utilized to develop the system, and the live-maintaining robot is successfully applied in actual substation. By accurately identifying and locating the joint bolts and insulator, the robot system can achieve equipotential live-disassemble, live-assemble the joint bolts within 18 minutes and live-clean insulator within 5 minutes, demonstrating its the effectiveness and practicability. © 2023 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

Grid-forming inverter is widely used in grid-connected systems of distributed generation because of its frequency and voltage support capacity and good stability in microgrid, but its large inertia will affect the dynamic response speed of grid-forming inverter. In order to solve this problem, this paper introduces the loop that affects the dynamic response of grid-forming inverter, and carries out small signal modeling for active loop, analyzes the dynamic performance indicators and determinants of typical second-order system. Thus, a method of adding power feedforward coefficient to the forward channel of the power loop is designed, and the response speed of the system with or without feedforward coefficient under the unit step response is compared. Finally, the simulation results show that adding the power feedforward coefficient can improve the response speed of the grid-forming inverter during startup and power switching, then achieves the effect of fast control.

As a part of rehabilitation training,rehabilitation gymnastics plays an important role in restoring the patients’ bodily *** facilitate the evaluation of rehabilitation exercises,in this work we propose multi-view on a motion transfer framework which is based on GANs and parameterized human *** we can generate virtual exercise images sampled from the front and back view of one person with the appearance *** transfer methods based on 2D information can hardly deal with the ambiguity of human pose and lack of appearance ***,this work uses a 3D parametric human model to represent the human body and poses,sampling,and combining pixels from pictures token from both front and back view of a source character,to generate target images under given *** whole framework we used can be divided into three stages.1) In the first stage the 3D human mesh will be reconstructed.2) In the second stage,transformation maps of multi-view will be calculated,which can show the coordinates of required pixels for sampling and placing.3) In the third stage,a generated adversarial network is employed to optimize the coarse result from the second stage and make it more *** our experiments,the whole framework achieves good results,especially it is proved that sampling features from both the front and back view can preserve more details of appearance by comparison experiment.

Different road conditions and dynamic environment bring significant challenges to the control system of autonomous driving vehicle（ADV）. As is known, historical data collected from ADV contains valuable information about control systems,therefore, it is a promising thing to study adaptive control algorithms that have certain learning ability. In order to improve the control performance of ADV and the efficiency in data usage, in this paper, a model free adaptive control algorithm based on regularized online sequential extreme learning machine（ReOSELM） is introduced, it is difficult to analyze the algorithm based on neural network, and the system stability by improved update algorithm of ReOSELM is proved. Simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm is effective in improving control precision when ADV is turning, and experimental results on an autonomous driving vehicle show that this algorithm is effective in real environment.

Online progressive instance-balanced sampling for weakly supervised object detection

Based on multiple instance detection networks (MIDN), plenty of works have contributed tremendous efforts to weakly supervised object detection (WSOD). However, most methods neglect the fact that the overwhelming negative instances exist in each image during the training phase, which would mislead the training and make the network fall into local minima. To tackle this problem, an online progressive instance-balanced sampling (OPIS) algorithm based on hard sampling and soft sampling is proposed in this paper. The algorithm includes two modules: a progressive instance balance (PIB) module and a progressive instance reweighting (PIR) module. The PIB module combining random sampling and IoU-balanced sampling progressively mines hard negative instances while balancing positive instances and negative instances. The PIR module further utilizes classifier scores and IoUs of adjacent refinements to reweight the weights of positive instances for making the network focus on positive instances. Extensive experimental results on the PASCAL VOC 2007 and 2012 datasets demonstrate the proposed method can significantly improve the baseline, which is also comparable to many existing state-of-the-art results. In addition, compared to the baseline, the proposed method requires no extra network parameters and the supplementary training overheads are small, which could be easily integrated into other methods based on the instance classifier refinement paradigm. Measurement while drilling(MWD) is a widely used signal transmission technology in the drilling *** present,the domestic pulse identification method is relatively simple,using the basic threshold method to identify,only set the threshold which will leading a number of missing detection mud pulse in the complex working *** this paper,a novel data processing algorithm is proposed for measurement while drilling *** method designed in this paper identifies the start time of data frame by using correlation coefficient and synchronization head model,then,based on the principle that the amplitude of mud pulse signal is larger than that of noise pulse signal,the maximum pulse signal in the length of a group of mud pulse series is extracted as mud pulse *** simulation is executed using the data from the actual drilling process and the results show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

This paper presents the stabilization problem of a class of discrete-time stochastic linear systems with time delay using an event-triggered control(ETC) strategy. For the general linear systems, we propose a new event triggering mechanism and deduce sufficient conditions for mean square exponentially stabilizability(MSES) and almost sure exponentially stabilizability(ASES) via ETC. The results show that the stability of the system depends on the system parameters (time delay, noise, event trigger threshold parameter, and unstable characteristic value of the original system). When the feedback control is disturbed by low-intensity noise, the unstable system can be stable in the mean square. Finally, the validity of the theoretical results is illustrated through a simulation example.
