A variety of heterogeneous information is produced after the application of various emerging technologies in education, which is of great research value as educational assets. The traditional educational asset management system has emerged. In view of the disadvantages of traditional system centralization process, people begin to use decentralized blockchain technology for innovation. This paper proposes an educational digital asset management system architecture based on blockchain 3.0 technology system, which forms various data formed by students in and out of class learning process, courseware and experience data generated by teachers in the process of teaching into educational digital assets, and carries out the right confirmation and storage on the blockchain. The system can use a variety of heterogeneous data in digital assets to analyze the development status of school users, achieve the teaching purpose of teaching students according to their aptitude and different people.

In this paper, we study two-player evolutionary prisoner's dilemma on regular graphs and identify the stochastically stable equilibria for infinite populations. We consider four different update rules: Birth-death(BD), death-birth(DB), imitation(IM) and pairwise comparison(PC). With the same values of cost and benefit of cooperation, we show that there is a unique stochastically stable equilibrium for evolutionary prisoner's dilemma on regular graphs. If the benefit-to-cost ratio is larger than k + 2 (k is the degree of a regular graph), the networked game has a higher fraction of cooperators than that for a well-mixed population. Under certain conditions, the lower graph connectivity can lead to the emergence of more cooperators. Besides theoretical analysis, we demonstrate our results through numerical computations and simulations as well. © 2018 IEEE.

Parallelizing metaheuristics has become a common practice considering the computation power and resources available nowadays. The aim of parallelizing a metaheuristic is either to increase the quality of the generated output, given a fixed computation time, or to reduce the required time in generating an output. In this work, we parallelize one of the best-performing ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithms and apply it to the electric vehicle routing problem (EVRP). EVRP is more challenging than the conventional vehicle routing problem, as with the consideration of electric vehicles additional hard constraints arise within the EVRP due to their limited driving range (e.g., the consideration whether electric vehicles need to visit a charging station during their daily operation). The proposed parallel ACO algorithm with several colonies also uses a migration policy to allow communication between the different colonies. From the simulation studies it is shown that parallelizing ACO algorithms, both with and without a migration policy, is highly effective.

A Facial Expression Emotion Recognition Based Human-robot Interaction System

A facial expression emotion recognition based human-robot interaction(FEER-HRI) system is proposed, for which a four-layer system framework is designed. The FEERHRI system enables the robots not only to recognize human emotions, but also to generate facial expression for adapting to human emotions. A facial emotion recognition method based on2D-Gabor, uniform local binary pattern(LBP) operator, and multiclass extreme learning machine(ELM) classifier is presented,which is applied to real-time facial expression recognition for robots. Facial expressions of robots are represented by simple cartoon symbols and displayed by a LED screen equipped in the robots, which can be easily understood by human. Four scenarios,i.e., guiding, entertainment, home service and scene simulation are performed in the human-robot interaction experiment, in which smooth communication is realized by facial expression recognition of humans and facial expression generation of robots within 2 seconds. As a few prospective applications, the FEERHRI system can be applied in home service, smart home, safe driving, and so on.

With the booming installed capacity of permanent magnet synchronous generator (PMSG) for wind energy generation, the grid becomes weaker and the oscillation events are frequently observed in weak-grid-tied large-scale grid-connected PMSG wind farms. Although the impedance-based method is effective to analyze the stability of grid-connected systems, the mathematical relationship between external impedance characteristics and the internal controllers has not been quantitatively analyzed in depth, which is beneficial to the controller design. This paper studies the influence of phase-locked loop (PLL) on the impedance characteristics based on the analytical sequence impedance model of PMSG with typical topology and control structure. The shaping effect of PLL on the impedance characteristics is described so as to clearly describe the relationship between the external impedance characteristics of the wind turbines and the internal controller. Finally, the stability analysis of the grid-connected PMSG wind turbine system is provided in Matlab and simulation results are given to verify the oscillating mechanism caused by PLL.

Multi-agent task assignment problem exists in collaborative target tracking, collaborative rescue, regional search, etc. Most researchers regarding multi-agent task assignment only consider static tasks. However, in complex scenarios, the states of tasks (e.g., Monitoring of hazardous environments) are time-varying. This type of the task can be modeled as a multi-point dynamic aggregation (MPDA) process. This paper proposes a distributed task assignment method for the MPDA task. This method firstly adopts an auction algorithm to obtain a pre-allocation planning that can ensure every task can be completed. Then, the agents who complete the pre-allocation planning will evaluate the uncompleted tasks and assist other agents to complete these tasks, so that tasks can be completed as soon as possible. Compared with the optimal solution, simulations show that the task allocation method can obtain satisfied allocation solutions with a lower computational cost. The gap from the optimal solution is only 8% on average. Especially, for problems including more than 100 tasks, the proposed method can obtain planning solutions within one second, and the makespan of the MPDA task is more than 50% better than the best one of the 1000 random sample solutions. © 2018, Curran Associates Inc. In order to improve the accuracy of short-term power load forecasting, an algorithm that simultaneously optimizes SVR parameters and optimizes the selection of input features is proposed. Firstly, the input features are selected by BP neural network. In order to avoid the influence of the randomness of the initial weights and thresholds on the optimization, the GA algorithm is used to optimize the weights and thresholds. Secondly, using GA algorithm to optimize the parameters of support vector regression, a short-term load forecasting model based on GA-BPNN-SVR optimization algorithm is obtained. Finally, the GA-BPNN-SVR model is applied to practical short-term power load forecasting, and the forecasting effect is compared with that of GA-SVM and BPNN-SVR models. The results show that the average absolute percentage error obtained by this method is only 1.74%, which is 1.64% and 3.11% lower than the average absolute percentage error obtained with GA-SVM model and BPNN-SVR. In this paper, the fault detection problem has been investigated for networked singularly perturbed systems with time delays under the stochastic communication protocol (SCP). To avoid/alleviate the undesired data collisions, the SCP is introduced to schedule the data transmissions, under which the sensor nodes obtain access to the communication network according to a stochastic sequence with a known probability distribution. Our aim is to design a fault detection filter (FDF) such that, for all external disturbances and the transmitted measurements under the SCP, the error between the residual and the fault is made as small as possible. Based on the discrete Wirtinger-based inequality, a sufficient condition in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) is derived, which guarantees the existence of the desired FDF for any singular perturbation parameter belonging to a predefined interval. When these LMIs are feasible, the parameters of the desired FDF are explicitly given. In this paper, two cooperative guidance laws based on the area around the target of multi- attackers are designed to deal with the problem of cooperative encirclement or simultaneous attack in the case of known target acceleration and unknown target acceleration. Multi-attacker commu- nication network only needs to contain a directed spanning tree, and does not require all attackers to observe the target information, where at least one can observe the target. The components along the attacker-target line of sight in the novel guidance laws can reduce the relative remaining distance between the attacker and the target at the same speed, thus completing simultaneous attack and avoiding the calculation of the remaining time. The components of the guidance laws perpendicular to the attacker-target line of sight can make the normal overload of relative motion zero, so that the trajectory will not be distorted and the collision problem within the attacker group can be avoided. The simulation results verify the practicability of the novel guidance laws. Copyright © 2019, The Authors. All rights reserved.

Recently, with the development of both 3D sensors and 3D virtual network that bring the needs of interaction with the real world, many 3D applications burst out. However, it is difficult to understanding these three-dimensional scenes with a fixed program. Then, a data-driven method is required to process these 3D data, which brings a strong demand of 3D Deep Learning in 3D data. Towards this goal, with an end-to-end deep learning, the experiment is based on PointNet++, a well proposed method for feature extraction. The experiment optimizes the network structure and parameters to improve the classification results. Finally, the network is applied to tooth model for classification and identification so that the dental model can be found from different perspectives.
