Floor plans can provide valuable prior information that helps enhance the accuracy of indoor positioning systems. However, existing research typically faces challenges in efficiently leveraging floor plan information and applying it to complex indoor layouts. To fully exploit information from floor plans for positioning, we propose a floor plan-assisted fusion positioning algorithm (FP-BP) using Bluetooth low energy (BLE) and pedestrian dead reckoning (PDR). In the considered system, a user holding a smartphone walks through a positioning area with BLE beacons installed on the ceiling, and can locate himself in real time. In particular, FP-BP consists of two phases. In the offline phase, FP-BP programmatically extracts map features from a stylized floor plan based on their binary masks, and constructs a mapping function to identify the corresponding map feature of any given position on the map. In the online phase, FP-BP continuously computes BLE positions and PDR results from BLE signals and smartphone sensors, where a novel grid-based maximum likelihood estimation (GML) algorithm is introduced to enhance BLE positioning. Then, a particle filter is used to fuse them and obtain an initial estimate. Finally, FP-BP performs post-position correction to obtain the final position based on its specific map feature. Experimental results show that FP-BP can achieve a real-time mean positioning accuracy of 1.19 m, representing an improvement of over 28% compared to existing floor plan-fused baseline algorithms. Proposal generation aims to generate bounding box candidates that contain objects. The key for proposal generation is to produce very few bounding boxes that can achieve high recall. In this paper, we propose a novel proposal generation algorithm which introduces visual relationship into proposal generator. The intuition is that objects always exist in co-occurrence, which can be clues for generating proposals coherently. Specifically, it is achieved by concatenating a novel relationship network with region proposal network, and jointly training them end-to-end. Experimental results on Visual Relationship demonstrate that our method can achieve better performance compared with state-of-the-art, especially when evaluating at the top limited number of generated proposals. © 2018 IEEE.

Device-free indoor localization is an emerging technology enabling the localization of a target without equipped any devices in an area of interest, which is widely applied in the field of security and home care. Interrupted by the multipath effect, previous Received Signal Strength (RSS) based localization systems often suffer from low accuracy when localization. Motivated by this, we explore the stability of channel state information (CSI) in IEEE 802.11n and propose a device-free indoor localization system based on CSI through convolutional neural networks (CNN), where we combine the space diversity, time diversity and frequency diversity of CSI to design the more abundant localization features. Moreover, we use a denoising method to improve the efficiency of extracting features from the human body's influence on the CSI and improve the accuracy of the localization. The experiment demonstrates that the average accuracy of the proposed method could reach more than 97% in a typical office. © 2018 IEEE.

Vehicular ad-hoc network has the characteristics of Delay Tolerant Network and social network. In this background, we take the social attributes of Delay Tolerant Network as starting point and study the macroscopic dynamic features, micro dynamic features and dynamic contact features of vehicles. In this paper, we proposed a geographic multicast routing based on social dynamic features aware which solves messages transmission problems in vehicular ad hoc network. Different from the existing mobility-aware geocast algorithm, our algorithm takes into account not only the relationships between vehicles mobility and geographical location, but also the contact features between vehicles and destination areas. Finally, it is proved that our algorithm is superior to the existing mobilityaware geocast algorithm in term of delivery rate, network overhead and average delay by the real mobile data model simulation in large vehicular ad-hoc network. The results prove the effectiveness of our algorithm, and the routing protocol we proposed is suited for large urban vehicular ad hoc networks. © 2018 IEEE.

To satisfy the strict latency requirement of Ultra Reliable Low Latency Communications (URLLC) traffic, it is usually scheduled on resources occupied by enhanced Mobile Broadband (eMBB) transmissions at the expense of a highly degraded eMBB spectral efficiency (SE). In this paper, we propose a back propagation neural network (BPNN) based punctured scheduling scheme to address the URLLC placement problem on eMBB traffic within mini-slots. In the proposed scheme, we first design a three-layer BPNN to predict decoding probability of eMBB users with different puncturing situation, then scheduler will select the eMBB user with the least potential throughput loss to puncture. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can efficiently reduce the loss of throughput and improve the reliability of eMBB users.

In this paper, we propose an optimized polarization filtering based digital self-interference (SI) cancellation (OPC) scheme for full-duplex communication. The proposed OPC scheme utilizes polarization to increase the distinction between the desired signal and the SI and maximizes the signal to interference plus noise ratio (SINR) of the output signal. In order to achieve an optimal trade-off between the desired signal reception and the SI cancellation, an appropriate polarization state (PS) should be selected on the great circle polarization track, which is determined by the PSs of both the SI and the desired signal. Analysis and numerical results demonstrate that the proposed scheme can guarantee that the SINR gain is always positive in the case of any polarization dissimilarity coefficient. In addition, the performance of the OPC scheme can reach the theoretical upper limit in polarization SI cancellation schemes.

Mobile edge caching is able to reduce transmission latency and relieve the traffic load of backhaul links in the delivery of mobile video contents. However, the content caching remains a challenging problem considering the relatively limited cache capacity and the heterogeneous user demand. Recommendation system, with the ability to shape users' demand, can be leveraged to improve the performance of mobile edge caching efficiency. In this paper, the caching policies and recommendation strategies are designed for the cache-enabled wireless networks. Considering popularity difference among segments in a single video content, a more fine-grained segment-based proactive caching policy is introduced, which is different from the existing works that focus on content-level caching. Besides, the impact of recommendation system on users' request patterns is taken into account. In order to effectively reduce the content transmission latency, a joint caching and recommendation optimization problem is formulated. Due to the NP-hard nature, the problem is divided into two convex subproblems and a heuristic iterative algorithm is proposed. Numerical simulation results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms in terms of both average transmission latency and cache hit ratio.

With the in-depth deployment of software-defined networks in various business scenarios, controller deployment problem has become a hot issue for software-defined network. At the same time, with the development of the private network of the smart grid, the demand for security, real-time and reliability of the grid transmission service has been continuously improved. In order to solve the problem of wide distribution of power grid system, large amount of data and high delay requirements, we propose an SDN controller deployment scheme based on simulated annealing-genetic hybrid algorithm. This algorithm combines the simulated annealing algorithm and the genetic algorithm. After the simulated annealing algorithm is used to quickly search for a better solution, the positive feedback information is used to narrow down the maximum number of searches and find the optimal path faster. Finally, simulation experiments show that this algorithm can achieve a lower cost controller deployment solution while ensuring the delay between the switch and the controller, and the time required for deployment is shorter. © 2018 IEEE.

Currently,the photovoltaic（ PV） cloud network is an important research point in energy Internet. From the perspective of the robustness analysis of PV cloud network,traditional robustness index,the relative size of the giant connected component before and after the cascading,which is focused on the giant component,is not appropriate for the distributed PV network because of the big difference between PV generators and large power grid. In this paper,a new index is proposed,the minimum removed nodes number（ MRNN）,which can make the entire system collapse,to evaluate the robustness of PV cloud network system. Simulation results show that MRNN can clearly indicate the system robustness under different parameters.

Device-to-device (D2D) communication has been recognized as a promising technique to improve spectrum efficiency. However, D2D transmission as an underlay causes severe interference, which imposes a technical challenge to spectrum allocation. Existing centralized schemes require global information, which can cause serious signaling overhead. While existing distributed solution requires frequent information exchange between users and cannot achieve global optimization. In this paper, a distributed spectrum allocation framework based on multi-agent deep reinforcement learning is proposed, named Neighbor-Agent Actor Critic (NAAC). NAAC uses neighbor users' historical information for centralized training but is executed distributedly without that information, which not only has no signal interaction during execution, but also utilizes cooperation between users to further optimize system performance. The simulation results show that the proposed framework can effectively reduce the outage probability of cellular links, improve the sum rate of D2D links and have good convergence.
