Integrated navigation technology is widely used in aviation, aerospace, sailing and other ground-based navigation equipment, the inertial navigation system (INS) is the most common tool. In practice, the key to navigation is precise position, and the position is cooperated with the image matching. According to the label results after image matching, the position of sensor can be calculated. However, the label results cannot be get in every period, what’ more, he output results of the inertial navigation system (INS) is with big error, thus the article studied an algorithm of INS error correction based on the intermittent label measurement, in which the cubature kalman filter is used. After that, it also studied the influencing factor of the labels, such as the label error by match, the count of label, the area of label, thus the INS positioning error can be reduced in line with the engineering guarantee. © 2022, The Editor(s) (if applicable) and The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

For mixed-ship scenarios, traditional aircraft have limited ability to extract ship features due to the constraints of observation angles, making it difficult to effectively select the high-value ship targets. In this paper, a ship length and width reconstruction method adaptable to multi-aircraft cooperative detection is proposed, taking dual-aircraft radar cooperative detection as the research object. Under the premise of known heading, a ship size reconstruction model is established by combining the radial size information from different observation directions. Finally, the performance of the model under different detection conditions is analyzed. Simulation verification shows that the maximum length reconstruction error does not exceed 7.56% of the true length of the target, which can effectively restore the target size information and provide necessary support for effectively solving the problem of the high-value ship targets selection in mixed scenes. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In order to counteract the impact of passive jamming in unmanned airborne radar for search and attack missions against ships at sea, and to enhance the overall striking effectiveness at the UAV swarm level, a method is proposed to take the jamming scenario formed by the release of jamming from the ship as its set of game strategies, so as to construct a static zero-sum game model of the ship and UAV swarm, and then to take the mixed-strategy Nash equilibrium solution of the game as the method for the allocation of multi-radar anti-jamming strategies in the UAV swarm, and further gives a calculation method of the mixed-strategy Nash equilibrium solution of the game in the presence of risk by establishing the fitness evaluation function, compared with the Nash equilibrium solution of the game under no risk, the solution obtained by this method can enhance the expected benefit of the UAV swarm and better meet the actual tactical needs. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In this paper, the engineering problems in scene matching positioning system are studied, according to the scene matching positioning of satellite under the condition of denial, establish a volume of physical model, kalman filtering method of indirect filtering residual envelope method is adopted to improve the mismatching points out and jumping back and forth, filtering results using backtracking method to solve the problem of less The precise positioning of the aircraft's own position under the condition of satellite rejection is realized, so as to achieve accurate guidance and strike to the target. The simulation results show that the method described in this paper is effective and has good academic and engineering significance. © Chinese Institute of Command and control 2024.

The cooperative search strategy is designed with the distributed model predictive method in this paper. For the rationality of decision-making of UAV swarm in different stages of the cooperative search, a dynamic parameter selection method based on the expert system is proposed. The weight of the objective function is adjusted online through the expert system so that the result of the search decision is more in line with the task requirements. Besides, a jump grid method is proposed for grid selection in cooperative search so that the UAV can select non-adjacent grids as the search point for the next time. The UAV's search frequency and trajectory maneuverability can be changed by adjusting the number of jump grids through the expert system. The simulation shows that the UAV with the expert system can dynamically adjust the search interval and search requirements, making the UAV swarm able to quickly discover targets, explore unknown areas, ensure collision avoidance, and meet the boundary constraints. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

In order to monitor the health status of the rudder, this paper proposes a health monitoring method based on deep neural network through feature extraction. First, sufficient samples are obtained by data preprocessing. Then the feature dimension is reduced by using autoencoder, and the health monitoring can be carried out by combining with Softmax classifier. After proper tuning and comparison, proper network structure parameters can be obtained. Two kinds of images can be plotted by using the feature extraction of encoder to provide explicit contrast between the normal and abnormal rudders. The effectiveness of the proposed method can be demonstrated by numerical simulations. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper, based on the fusion tracking of infrared and radar, a federated kalman filtering algorithm based on adaptive fault tolerance is designed. According to the observation equation of infrared and radar, a distributed fusion federated kalman filtering structure is established by using three infrared sensors and three radar sensors. The sub nodes filter their detection information respectively, and the estimation results are obtained. After that, the sub nodes filter results are sent into their part of fault-tolerant judgment respectively, then we can get the weight information of each sub node, thus it can determine the degree of dependence of each node, and the filtering results of all sub nodes are fused into calculation by their weight. The final simulation shows that the algorithm can isolate the interference in the multi-mode fusion tracking process effectively , and get a stable state estimation output. © 2021 Technical Committee on control Theory, Chinese Association of Automation.

intelligent aircraft control is an important strategic development trend. Traditional aircraft control algorithms have a strong dependence on the system models, and it is difficult to cope with the increasingly complex battlefield environment for intelligent aircrafts. In this paper, an online intelligent controller design based on a weak-model reinforcement learning technology is proposed to solve stabilization problem of an aircraft. The control problem is firstly converted to an optimal control problem, then an adaptive dynamic programming (ADP) technology is applied for computing the corresponding nonlinear Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equation (HJB) equation. Then, actor-critic neural networks structures are established to learn the optimal controller online where only partial information of the aircraft dynamics is required. The proposed control strategy enables the aircraft to adjust and update its control strategy on-line according to the actual mission targets and environments, such that the requirements of autonomous learning and intelligent operation can be realized. Due to the uncertainties and various noises of the Hypersonic Aircraft(HA), traditional method of designing attitude controllers based on accurate models faces immense challenges. To solve those proposed urgent problems effectively, in this paper, a innovative data-driven RL algorithm called FR-PI2 is proposed for the task of Hypersonic Aircraft attitude control, wherein several key techniques are introduced. Firstly, Hypersonic Aircraft attitude control is transformed into a stochastic optimal control problem, and the numerical solutions of the proposed stochastic optimal control problem are obtained with a path-integral-based method, called Policy Improvement with Path Integrals(PI2). Secondly, a model-free policy parameterization method with PID controller is integrated into the PI2 algorithm to ensure a low dependency of the Hypersonic Aircraft system model. Thirdly, a brand-new sample filtration method is proposed to guarantee rapid convergence, and an online optimization technology called rolling optimization is applied to guarantee optimality and real-time performance. Zero-shot detection (ZSD) is a hot topic, which can detect unseen object without training on it. This new approach rises several challenges, e.g., the imbalance between positive and negative data, ambiguity between background and unseen classes, and how to align visual feature and semantic concept. In this paper, we apply an end-to-end zero-shot network to fulfil ZSD, where polarity loss is utilized to train detection model. polarity loss puts more importance on difficult data to reduce class imbalance and can maximize the difference between positive and negative predictions. Then, we use a semantic embedding method that use word vectors in both classification and regression subnets to better align visual features and semantic features. Finally, we use MS-COCO dataset as seen classes to train detection model, then we transfer the model for our own to detect warship object. Our model performs good on unseen classes and test accuracy of using polarity loss is apparently higher than that of using focal loss. © 2020 IEEE.
