This paper investigates the method for estimating the domain of attraction of the origin for a class of fractional order system subject to actuator saturation with the fractional order 0 < α < 1. The sufficient condition on the asymptotic stability are obtained using Lyapunov direct approach and fractional order inequality. The method for the estimation on the contractively invariant ellipsoid is derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities(LMIs), and hence can be easily adopted for controller synthesis. Two numerical examples are provided to illustrate the effectiveness of the developed method.

Spherical surfaces are utilized widely in precision bearing, MEMS and parts of precision engineering. Constantly growing needs in the high motion performance of spherical parts, sphericity error is becoming an indispensable component in the control of form error. However, currently the quality control of a spherical surface is restricted by the lack of science-based mathematical models. This paper presents a unified approach to evaluate sphericity error using three methods: Least Square Sphere, Minimum Zone Sphere, Maximum Inscribed Sphere. The research originated from the need compare the effectiveness of these methods for different requirements for measurement accuracy. Three experiments are used to verify the effectiveness of the methods with 28, 36 and 50 datasets measured on Coordinate Measuring Machines. Presents a mathematical models of sphericity measurement and comparative results of the verification of these models.

Tunable linear time-varying filters are widely used in many adaptive and signal processing applications. In this paper we consider a problem of stability analysis of tunable time-varying band-pass filters and prove that for a certain realization of these filters stability is ensured under assumption that tuning signal, namely a central frequency of the filter, is bounded and strictly above zero. We present a new output control approach for a class of MIMO systems with the input delay and unknown multisinusoidal disturbance affected the inputs and the outputs. We combine the well-known predictor feedback approach with the state observer and adaptive scheme for feed-forward disturbance rejection based on disturbance observer. Compared to the existing approaches, our adaptive scheme is applicable to plants that are unstable, non-minimum phase, and have an arbitrary relative degree and delay.

Since the heat dissipation problemis harsh in high power LED lamp, in our studywe suggest an optimal design method of high-power LED lamps radiator based on the equivalent thermal circuit method, we abstract mathematical model of the heat dissipation system of the lamps, then chose several key parameters of radiator--spacing of fins S, height of fins H, thickness of fins t and number of Micro Heat Pipe ArrayN Has design parameters, and set minimum temperature of the chips as optimization objective. Based on the optimization algorithm we have mentioned, we designed a new radiator for high power LED lamps, through steady-heat-thermal analysis in ANSYS software, the junction temperature is far below the requirement. Therefore, the optimization algorithm can be effectively applied to radiator design of high power LED devices with the advantage of accuracy and swiftness.

In the brand new era of “big data”, finding creative strategies for information fusion in a complicated system is important. Previous researchers have introduced a model called “Local Strongly Coupled system”, in which every agent stochastically communicates only with its neighbours (i.e. “coupled” nodes). However, the meaning of a system's intrinsic a priori constraints is always neglected. And we assume that in practical instances, the whole system is supposed to take on a consistent result, or “consensus” decision. This paper, taking constraints into account, presents a new strategy to help minimize the filtering error. Furthermore, based on consensus policy, the approach is applied to local strongly coupled systems, especially systems with packet loss. Effectiveness and practicability of all the proposed algorithms are shown through simulations.
