We propose an intelligent correlation system for control and initiation of malfunctions of sucker-rod pumping units (SRPU). It is shown that by memorizing the reference force curve of dynamometer charts of characteristic malfunctions and alternately comparing them with the force curves of the current dynamometer charts by the number of the reference dynamometer chart, at which the estimate of the correlation coefficient takes a maximum value, it is possible to identify the current malfunction of SRPU. Implementation of this technology in oil production with the help of inexpensive technical means allows at the expense of significant reduction of control period and early troubleshooting, as a result of increase of overhaul period, to considerably increase the profitability of oil wells. © 2023 IEEE.

This article discusses the problems of developing rational technologies and remote control systems for the processes of water injection into the reservoir (pumping stations to maintain reservoir pressure) and oil production using mechanized methods (rod pumping units, electric centrifugal pumps, etc.) in the late stage of oil field operation, which is characterized by difficult oil *** main problems of the process of pumping water into the formation to maintain the pressure necessary to displace the oil-water mixture to production wells, and ways to extract them from production wells, are explored. For this purpose, the concentration of water and oil in the total amount of produced fluid is determined depending on the flow rate of the well, and the function of the dependence of the concentration on the flow rate for selected wells is formulated. The problem of optimizing the well flow rate and methods for solving them are *** issue of technical and computer software for the optimization problem is considered. A block diagram of the system for rational control and management of oil production processes in the late stage of operation is presented, which allows the implementation of the created technologies, algorithms and software for pumping water into the reservoir through pumping stations for injection and production from wells using deep-well pumps. oil production by achieving an increase in the oil/water ratio when extracting oil using mechanized methods. © 2024 IEEE.

It is shown that at the present time increasing the degree of safety in rail transport requires an increase in the level of intellectualization of the relevant control and diagnostic systems. Here, first of all, it is necessary to create intelligent technologies for monitoring the beginning of the latent period of malfunctions both on the running gear of rolling stock and on the railroad bed, bridges and tunnels. Taking into account the particular importance of vibration diagnostics, an adaptive-intelligent system of vibration monitoring of malfunctions on rail transport is proposed. Here, the characteristics of useful vibration signal, vibration signal noise and interrelations between them are used as the main carrier of diagnostic information. We also consider the possibility of building an 'intelligent system for identifying the track hauls that require out-of-turn control of the railroad bed', the transmitting part of which is installed in one of the cars of rolling stock. The result of monitoring of railroad bed malfunctions through 'means of communication' from the rolling stock is transmitted to the track hauls where the 'malfunction detection system' by analyzing the received information for a day determines the hauls that need to be controlled out of turn. © 2024 IEEE.

It is shown that a transport corridor comprises trunk transport communications, as well as numerous centers and organizations that regulate its operation. It is shown that failure of one of facilities in a transport corridor reduces the reliability of the entire system and increases the risk of accidents. Analysis of this problem shows that monitoring of a transport corridor involves monitoring the technical condition of each of the facilities separately. Therefore, special technical devices and sensors are installed for each facility. Noisy signals coming from these sensors consist of a useful signal and a noise. These noises can be both correlated and not correlated with the useful signal. In the first case, the presence of a noise indicates a malfunction in the technical condition of the facility. In the second case, the emergence of noise is due to a change in the influence of external factors in the operational state of the facility. In this case, different operational states are associated with different levels of danger of transition of the facility to a non-operational state corresponds. A change in the external factors is indicated by the characteristics of the useful component of the noisy signal. In this regard, we propose technologies for determining the level of danger of transition of the facility from an operational state to a non-operational state. For this purpose, algorithms are developed to calculate such characteristics of the useful signal as variance, distribution law and high-order moments. technologies for determining the early period of change in external factors, creating a knowledge base and building a model of the operational state of a transport corridor facility are developed. It is noted that the use of the results of monitoring of the transition of the facility from one operational state to another can reduce the risk of possible defects, malfunctions and accidents, ensure control over the durability and increase the reliability of tr
