The paper introduces a transformative Telemedicine Kiosk designed to enhance healthcare in remote areas by harnessing the synergy of computational intelligence and telemedicine. This advanced kiosk utilizes real-time video conferencing and comprehensive patient monitoring systems, all underpinned by Responsible AI practices that ensure ethical data management and the protection of patient privacy. Equipped with an ESP32 Wi-Fi module, the kiosk provides seamless communication between patients and medical officers, facilitating immediate care and consultation. The system goes beyond diagnostics: it supports healthcare professionals with an integrated medication dispensing mechanism powered by IoT technology. Our investigation delves into the implications of human factors, economics, and technological advances for the future of telemedicine. This paper presents an innovative H-plane crossover based on groove gap-waveguide (GGW) technology for high-performance millimeter-wave (mm-wave) circuits. The design facilitates the development of key transmission components, such as Butler matrices (BMs) and beamforming feeding networks (BFNs), for multi-beam antenna systems operating in the V-band spectrum (40–50 GHz). The proposed crossover is built by cascading two identical 3-dB/90° hybrid couplers. Each coupler is designed with GGW unit-cells constructed from metallic pins spaced less than a quarter-wavelength apart. This configuration creates a wide stopband of 20–57 GHz, ensuring minimal signal interference and strong impedance matching. The coupler achieves 90° phase shift, 50 dB isolation, and low insertion loss of 0.02 dB at 45 GHz, with a fractional bandwidth of 22.22%. The crossover demonstrates excellent performance over the entire V-band, making it suitable for advanced antenna systems in satellite communications and space applications. The design reduces complexity, cost, and losses typically associated with 3D and multilayer crossover technologies, providing a compact and efficient solution for mm-wave networks.

Today, with the digital world in its full swing, strong password management is key to protecting sensitive information from both internal and external threats. The current research explores the passwords managing behavior of the IT students at the University of Dunaujvaros. A survey made in May 2024 questioned 68 students, 59 males and 9 females, about behaviors such as using passwords with complexity, not repeating them for multiple accounts or machines, changing them regularly, and which applications they use for password management. The findings have depicted that, as a whole, students appear to be moderately sensitive about the password security instructions. Nonetheless, most continue to indulge in unsafe practices, including easily remembered or weak passwords and infrequent password changes. Furthermore, approximately half of the responders use password management applications, indicating room for significant improvement in the future. The results suggest that intervention and special education measures should be taken to enhance the practice of password security among future IT experts. This research has good potential to contribute toward strategies designed for people behaving safely in password management, and hence promote a secure digital environment.

This work focuses on Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) for extracting emotional states from speech signals, encompassing universal emotions like Happiness, Anger, Neutral, Calm, Sadness, Disgust, Fearful, and Surprised. The methodology involves extracting features such as Chromogram, Mel- frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC), Mel scaled spectrogram, Tonal Centroid and Spectral contrast, followed by classification using Artificial Neural Networks (ANN). A health-oriented aspect, is integrated in this model by providing personalized guided meditation sessions based on the user's emotional state to promote mental wellness. The main aim of this work is to broaden its reach and impact through ongoing refinement of the model and exploration of new implementation strategies, ultimately contributing to a healthier and happier society. The results of this work demonstrate promising accuracy, with the trained deep neural network (DNN) model achieving approximately 81.25% accuracy in recognizing speech emotions in comparison with the existing algorithms. DNN shows a 11%, 8%, 14% increase in accuracy with RNN & LSTM, SVM, GMM respectively.
