With the rise and codevelopment of complex network in recent years, more and more researchers have began to use it to solve problems in other fields, such as life science and engineering. Thus, complex network theory is gradually penetrated into many different disciplines, and also many traditional industries are trying to apply complex network theory into practical problems. In this paper, the research history and basic theory of complex network are firstly introduced. Then taking the research of interpersonal relationship and communication strategy as examples, we build the application model of complex network in tradition industry, and the common approaches for these problems are also provided.

This paper studied the asymptotic behavior of a class of nonlinear functional differential equations by using the Bellman-Bihari inequality. We obtain results which extend and complement those in references. The results indicate that all non-oscillatory continuable solutions of equation are asymptotic to at+b as t -> infinity under some sufficient conditions, where a,b are real constants. An example is provided to illustrate the application of the results.

Concentration degree prediction of AWJ grinding effectiveness based on turbulence characteristics and the improved ANFIS

In this paper, turbulence characteristics and an improved adaptive neural fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) have been presented, in order to predict and assess the concentration degrees of abrasive waterjet (AWJ) grinding effectiveness on given workpiece surface. Firstly, grinding effectiveness was defined to introduce the influence mechanism of waterjet flow that quantitatively describing the practical performances of AWJ grinding;then, an improved ANFIS was established to predict the concentration degrees of grinding effectiveness on targeted surface. Statistical analysis supports its accuracy and reliability in practical machining performances;therefore, a more stable prediction and clearer results can be ensured. It was concluded that this proposed ANFIS system can be used as a suitable and effective tool to investigate the complicated influential relationship between waterjet characteristics and grinding effectiveness in different conditions, which provides an applicable guidance to monitor AWJ machining operation in return.

Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy and poor robustness of the existing zero-speed detection methods, an effective gait cycle segmentation method is adopted and a Bayesian network model based on inertial sensor measurements and kinematics knowledge is introduced to infer the zero-speed interval;The method can effectively reduce the ambiguity of the zero velocity (ZV) boundary. Support vector machine has the advantages of versatility, simple calculation, high operation efficiency and perfect theory. It is a relatively mature and efficient algorithm in the current network security situation algorithm. And a looped Bayesian network model for probabilistic safety assessment of simple feedback control systems is established.

In this paper, a Ni-P electroless composite coating containing nano SiC particles was produced. The wearability of the composite coating was studied. Temperature, PH of the plating liquid and the concentration of SiC nanoparticles in the plating liquid were taken as parameters and the experiment with three factors and five levels was designed through the method of quadratic orthogonal rotation combination. SiC nanoparticles were dispersed by ultrasonic. The influence of the testing parameters on the hardness of the coating was studied intensively. The optimal parameters were obtained when the temperature is 86 +/- 1 degrees C, PH is 6 +/- 0.5 and the concentration of SiC nanoparticles is 6g/L. The maximal hardness of the coating is over 1700HV after heat treatment.

The gradual spreading of internet offers a new opportunity for the development of English teaching modes in the universities and colleges. In order to innovate the English teaching modes in the universities and colleges and improve the talent cultivating effect in such schools from the internet perspective, the paper sets to reform the English teaching modes in the universities and colleges mainly by implementing the MOOC idea, constructing new English teaching system, introducing the network platform into the teaching, and proposing about the ISTP creative teaching mode. The so-called ISTO creative teaching mode means a mode that combines information, self-study, and thinking with practice and displays such features as high efficiency, strong practicableness, and outstanding achievements. It makes in-depth improvement of the traditional training mode. Against the present English teaching mode troubled with bad pertinence and unreasonable class hour allocation in the universities and colleges, the adoption of ISTP talent training mode can better improve the English teaching quality and students' English capability, and promote the development of English teaching in the universities and colleges.

Improved corrosion resistance properties of CSS-42 L alloy fabricated by strengthening grinding process

The present study focuses on the influence of the strengthening grinding process (SGP) on the corrosion resistance of CSS-42 L alloy. To this end, the surface and cross-sectional characteristics of samples before and after SGP treatment were examined. In this regard, the surface morphology, roughness, microstructure, and phase content were analyzed. The results demonstrate a dense surface layer and a high surface roughness in SGPtreated samples. Through electrochemical and salt spray tests, it is confirmed that SGP treatment for 3 and 6 min improves the corrosion resistance of samples. It was found that the highest corrosion resistance can be achieved after SGP treatment for 6 min. The enhanced corrosion resistance of the SGP-treated samples originates from the synergistic effects of various factors, including surface roughness, dislocation density, the presence of compressive residual stress, the precipitation of Cr-phases, and the deformation of a dense surface layer.

Robust semi-supervised learning with reciprocal weighted mixing distribution alignment

Recent semi-supervised learning(SSL) methods have achieved great success owing to the impressive performances brought by the combination of pseudo-labeling and consistency regularization. These methods often use pre-defined constant thresholds or dynamical thresholds to select unlabeled samples that contribute to training. However, many correct/incorrect pseudo-labels may be ignored/selected. Especially in distribution mismatched scenario, threshold-adjusted strategy is often complex and ineffective. To alleviate this issue, we develop a simple yet powerful framework whose idea is to abandon this strategy and utilize distribution alignment to adjust the predictions generated from a biased model softly. Specifically, first, we create two classifiers to predict pseudo-label(i.e., the sample belongs to a specific category) and complementary pseudo-label(i.e., the sample does not belong to a specific category), respectively. Second, by maintaining the distributions of pseudo-labels, complementary pseudo-labels and their reverse versions from past iterations, we enforce a reciprocal weighted mixing according to the predicted category weights. Third, a reciprocal distribution alignment is applied to the mixed distributions to adjust the predicted distributions. Finally, we propose Implication Alignment Loss , which keeps consistency between the predictions of the same implications but from different versions. We empirically demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed method in comparison with state-of-the-art benchmarks. Especially, our method achieves a 1.18% error rate reduction over the latest state-of-the-art method MutexMatch on CIFAR-10 with 2 labels per class and exhibits robustness in the scenario of mismatched distribution.

Smart fuzzy irrigation system for litchi orchards

Sustainability of orchard crop production can be improved by developing more efficient irrigation control sys-tems. Soil moisture deficiency can lead to yield reduction;however, excess soil moisture can reduce the diffusion of oxygen to the root system, which can result in hypoxia that causes harmful results. The particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm can fall into the local optimal solution, and therefore, it requires further optimi-zation. In addition, a mathematical model that can effectively describe the system is difficult to obtain in complex systems with nonlinear characteristics, such as in irrigation systems. Therefore, a smart irrigation fuzzy control system based on an improved PSO algorithm is proposed in this study. Simulation and field experiments were conducted to analyze the effectiveness of the system. The simulation results showed that the proposed irrigation control algorithm achieved better transient performance and control precision. Further, the time required to enter the steady state and the overshoot were reduced by 40% and 76%, respectively, compared to the values for general fuzzy control. The experimental results showed that the irrigation system proposed in this paper can increase the average soil moisture of litchi orchards to 16.43% with an average deviation of 0.00826. The general fuzzy irrigation system achieved an average soil moisture of 16.83% with an average deviation of 0.01107, which implies the proposed irrigation system's good control performance. The results indicate that the system is more efficient for making the soil moisture suitable for litchi growth. This research was meaningful with regards to controlling the soil moisture stably and thereby providing a valuable reference for the litchi orchard's irrigation.
