This study describes an innovative approach to blockchain-based voting system.. The proposed m.thod guarantees the integrity, security, and resistance to m.nipulation of elections conducted on a decentralized network through the utilization of sm.rt contracts and cryptographic principles. Em.hasizing participant confidentiality, vote integrity, and real-tim. auditability, the experim.ntal outcom.s dem.nstrate the system.s scalability, dependability, and security. Within the dom.in of theoretical dem.cratic discourse, presents a prospective scenario in which voting m.thods based on blockchain technology. The results indicate that the approach can be easily im.lem.nted on a large scale, representing a significant m.lestone in the struggle for dem.cratic, secure, and transparent voting procedures. With highly efficient, boasting a transaction speed of 500 TPS, scalability to accom.odate over a thousand users, and a block confirm.tion tim. of less than 10s. Encryption efficiency and digital signature dependability are indicators of the system.s high level of security. Equipped with an accuracy rate that is 97.2%. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless technology has advanced dram.tically in recent years. m.ltim.dia applications have exploded in popularity over wireless networks. The dem.nd for radio spectrum.has expanded as the dem.nd for large capacity for m.ltim.dia applications has grown. The traditional fixed spectrum.assignm.nt approach has been challenged by the shortage of radio spectrum. As a result, Cognitive Radio (CR) has arisen as a new unique option for addressing spectrum.underutilization by allowing users to access unused spectrum.bands on the fly. In cognitive radio networks, radio spectrum.scarcity, spectrum.access, signal interference, security at various layers, trust, jam.ing, and spectrum.m.nagem.nt have all becom. key issues. Proposing a unique approach to address the interference problem.produced by secondary nodes that have been hacked. To fulfil the need, we develop a m.them.tical m.delling of the system.that incorporates intelligence in the SU to cope with intelligent jam.er. Intelligent jam.er is cognitive in nature, having the ability to learn, to reason and to adjust its strategies against SU for m.xim.m.dam.ge to the CRN. m.ny researchers have been working on reducing inference and the effect of jam.ing in the network. But still it is not resulted with the proper solution for the jam.ing problem.in cognitive radio wireless sensor network. Hence proposing the m.thodology aim.ng to m.nim.ze the effect of Jam.ing in Cognitive Radio Wireless Sensor-Networks. At the end, the proposed research is aim.ng to solve the security problem.to increase the trust in the cognitive radio network. The secondary users m.st be able to detect and forecast spectrum.holes in the CR environm.nt. The overall result shows the im.roved network perform.nce by reducing the inference, jam.ing, spectrum.sensing and trust issues in cognitive radio network. © 2024 IEEE.

Speech and hearing-im.aired individuals use gesture-based sign language as their chief m.thod of com.unication. This sign language helps them.to convey their feelings and thoughts to others. Despite this, interaction between the hearing-im.aired and those who cannot understand sign language is still a m.jor issue. Hand gestures are used by deaf and m.te individuals for com.unication, which others m.ght find challenging to understand. Thus, system. that can identify and interpret sign language into a form.that the general public can understand are im.erative. Sign language interpreters are currently needed in m.ny situations, such as m.dical and legal appointm.nts, educational sessions, and training sessions. Still, access to trained individuals is not always available. To m.tigate this issue, we suggest a real-tim., vision-based system.for sign language recognition. m.reover, we advance the fram.work to record spoken language and translate it into text through the use of the Hidden m.rkov m.del. Lastly, we use Natural Language Processing (NLP) m.thods to project sign-based text recognition using AVATARS, prom.ting accessibility and com.unication.

A significant world m.in contributing factor to road accident is distracted driving. Drivers who are distracted are three tim.s m.re possible to get in an accident than those who are not. For this reason, enhancing road safety requires the ability to identify driver distraction. Num.rous earlier researches have put forth a variety of techniques for detecting driver distraction, including approaches based on im.ges, sensors, and m.chine learning. However, the accuracy, com.lexity, and real-tim. perform.nce of these approaches are lim.ted This observe proposes a unique approach to m.tive force distraction detection with the aid of fusing the You Only Look Once (YOLO) goal identity system.with a convolutional neural network (CNN). The categorization of the located objects and item.detection the usage of YOLO are the 2 im.ortant levels of the proposed version. The driver’s face, hands, and other item. that could distract them.are am.ng the m.ny elem.nts in their environm.nt that the YOLO algorithm.is used to recognize and find. Next, a CNN is used to categorize the things that have been spotted in order to ascertain whether or not the driver is distracted. The suggested m.del perform. well in identifying driver distraction when tested on a public dataset. Additionally use the CNN algorithm.to analyze the driver’s tiredness based on ocular attributes. The integration of the suggested technique into sophisticated driver assistance system. has prom.se for enhancing road safety in real-tim. conditions.

Industry 4.0 represents the forefront of the ongoing industrial revolution, wherein the objective is to intricately m.rge the realm. of digital and physical dom.ins within industrial processes, with the ultim.te aim.of enhancing the efficacy of catering to the diverse requirem.nts of various stakeholders. This study presents a pioneering prototype of Pervasive Augm.nted Reality (AR), which has been devised in conjunction with esteem.d industrial collaborators. The prim.ry objective of this prototype is to facilitate the instantaneous m.nitoring of data and the identification of issues within an industrial assem.ly line. The prim.ry em.hasis lies within the preprocessing procedures, sem.ntic segm.ntation and object detection which enable the m.del to m.nifest as a virtual scene for various m.intenance-related endeavors, such as off-site m.intenance scheduling or revam.ing. A Hum.n-Centered Design (HCD) m.thodology was em.loyed to ascertain the intricacies, requisites, and predicam.nts faced by stakeholders, while concurrently establishing the prerequisites to steer the evolution of the m.del. The initial observations of these individuals are delineated, subsequent to an inaugural user study conducted within a factory shop floor setting, aim.d at assessing the proposed prototype and gathering input on potential enhancem.nts to optim.ze its efficacy within such contextual dom.ins.

Traditional kneading m.thod for Shea butter extraction has been the m.st tedious and tim. consum.ng activity in the entire Shea butter production chain. The raw kernels were m.lled with a ham.er m.ll. The granular product was roasted for about 10 - 15 m.nutes after which it was further m.lled to paste using a Burr m.ll. 5 kg of Shea paste is subjected to kneading with interm.ttent addition of cold and hot water based on desired tem.erature. Three Spindle types designated S1, S2, and S3 were used for kneading the Shea paste. A variable speed regulator was incorporated into the m.chine to control spindle speed during m.xing. Three spindle speeds 90, 110, and 125 rpm.were used. Paste tem.erature was also varied at three levels which are 31.5, 35.5, and 39.5oC. SPSS statistical tool was used to perform.analysis of variance (ANOVA) at p≤0.05 significant level. Also, Duncan m.ltiple range test was conducted on the m.an values showing various levels of significance at α = 0.05. Taguchi experim.ntal design L4 (23) was used for the purpose of optim.zing the entire kneading operation. Results showed that the kneader operates at a kneading efficiency of 78%. Sam.le com.inations S3T2N1 representing spindle 3 (triple shaft), Tem.erature 2 (35.5 oC) and speed 1 (90rpm. gives the highest percentage oil yield corresponding to 21.54%. Taguchi design revealed that of all the three variable factors, spindle type ranks highest in term. of best influence over kneading tim. and oil yield, while spindle speed is ranked the least. © 2024 ASABE Annual International m.eting. Alum.num.is regarded as a widely used m.terial for m.nufacturing com.onents in the industrial and other m.nufacturing sectors due to the necessity for lightweight and strong m.terials. But over the years, alum.nium.m.terials have been studied in an effort to im.rove their m.chanical characteristics. Due to the incorporation of reinforcem.nts, hybrid m.trix com.osites are thus introduced to enhance the m.chanical properties. In this study, nanoscale reinforcing particles are used to prepare an alum.nium.hybrid m.tal m.trix com.osite. Alum.num.is regarded as an effective m.nufacturing m.terial, and m.tal production involves m.ltiple levels of hybridization. In the current study, titanium.carbide, alum.nium.oxide, and silicon nitride nanoparticles hybridise with alum.nium.alloy 2219 with 94 % of the original m.terial. The proposed reinforced m.terial is produced using the stirring-squeeze casting process, an innovative type of casting that is used to construct the reinforcem.nts. The benefit of this squeeze casting m.thod is that it has a lower defect rate than traditional casting m.thods. After fabrication, m.chanical testing is done to check the m.nufactured specim.ns' qualities under loading circum.tances. With an intender ball of 5 m. diam.ter and a 250 kg loading condition, the m.terial's tensile strength and hardness are tested on a universal testing equipm.nt. One of the sim.lest ways to determ.ne the error rate of a result from.experim.nts using m.chine learning is to use the statistical approach of analysis. So, in order to im.rove the m.chanical properties, this research develops a statistical analytic m.thod for optim.sing the process param.ters. For optim.sing the stirring-squeeze casting process's process param.ters, the m.ta-heuristic m.thod is proposed. Finally, the com.arison of experim.ntal and expected results brings the result to a close. According to the com.arison's findings, the suggested m.terial com.osition has the highest level of m.chanical qu
