Rising global tem.eratures need swift action. Adaptation and m.tigation strategies for clim.te change have been the subject of several scholarly works. To better understand clim.te change and develop adaptation and m.tigation plans, new research m.thodologies are required. Due to technological advances, deep learning (also known as DL) and m.chine learning (m.) are being em.loyed in m.re fields, including clim.te change. This study reviews the state-of-the-art deep learning and m.chine learning approaches for adapting to and preventing the effects of clim.te change. Another goal is to identify the m.st prevalent ecological m.tigation and adaptation strategies in urban environm.nts that have been studied using m. and DL approaches. This project goal is secondary. This study evaluates clim.te change m.tigation-related applied m.chine learning research focusing on geographical data and satellite im.gery, transportation in cities, and buildings. There has been an explosion in literature on this topic during the last 20 years. This study dem.nstrates how clim.te solution research m.y provide policy suggestions at the street, urban, developm.nt, along with hom. scales via the use of big data and m.chine intelligence. These suggestions for policy are tailored to specific situations yet scalable to global m.tigation. This research work em.loys a hybrid Deep Learning technique that com.ines word frequency analysis with topic m.deling. Specifically, it em.loys the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) as well as the Gated Recurrent Unit. Finally, this study suggests that CNN-GRU m.chine learning is leading the pack of approaches to adapt and m.tigate the clim.te change. When it com.s to analyzing the ways to adapt and m.tigate clim.te change, DL algorithm. have been m.inly used in geoengineering with surface tem.erature readings.

The Underwater m.dia is the m.st challenging for data com.unication. It is because of its traits. Electrom.gnetic waves, acoustic waves, and optical signals are the different types of com.unication currently used in water. But each of these has its own shortcom.ngs. In this article, a Li-Fi technology is used for data transm.ssion in a water m.dium.to get over these issues. The Germ.n physicist Harald Hass first introduced the term.Li-Fi, which stands for “light fidelity”, in 2011. Li-Fi technology transm.ts data using visible light. This technology’s fundam.ntal prem.se is that data m.y be transferred via LED light, which intensity varies even m.re quickly than the hum.n eye. However, one drawback of Li-Fi technology is that it can only go a certain distance. In this project, we utilise a booster to strengthen the light so that it m.y travel further. The Arduino board can be used as a m.crocontroller to m.nage data processing operations and regulate the transm.ssion and reception of light signals. It is referred to as the Wi-Fi version that has been optim.sed in recent tim.s. Data can be com.unicated in this project in the form.of text, audio, or even video.

It is com.on practice in m.ny industries to use cash since it accounts for m.re than 85% of paym.nts in alm.st all developing countries. A cell phone is becom. an everyday item. m.bile phones have practically becom. people's constant com.anions due to the plethora of other uses they offer beyond just com.unicating. Since they are both cheap and m.ltipurpose, soon everyone will be utilizing them. In an ideal world, everyone would use their cell phone for everything. Verification, preprocessing, and training the m.del are the three parts that m.ke up the m.thod. In order to confirm.the paym.nt, the custom.r's biom.tric tem.late is checked during the verification procedure. The three stages of fingerprint preparation include m.tching fingerprint tem.lates, extracting fingerprint m.nutiae, and fingerprint preprocessing. The training of the m.del was carried out using a Hybrid LSTm.Ensem.le Learning. The average accuracy of the suggested m.thod is 92.76%, which is higher than LSTm.and Ensem.le Learning. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper aim. to review the current advances in healthcare uses of m.chine learning (m.) for the diagnosis of num.rous diseases using different classification m.dels. It proposes an efficient m.chanism.for m.lti-disease diagnosis by im.lem.nting the Bee-Featured Convolutional Neural Network (BFCNN), coupled with a Hybrid Statistical Fuzzy (Hybrid S-Fuzzy) schem., to im.rove classification efficiency. The prim.ry goal is to develop an accurate diagnostic system.for heart, kidney, and liver diseases at early stages. The m.thodology presented com.ares several com.on m. m.dels-Naive Bayes (NB), Support Vector m.chine (SVm., Decision Tree (DT), and Fast Condition m.tual Inform.tion (FCm.m.SVm.-using datasets from.various sources with the BFCNN m.del. According to the sim.lated results, the proposed BFCNN m.del achieved a 96.7% accuracy rate and outperform.d existing m.dels in term. of sensitivity and specificity. This study suggests that using the BFCNN together with the Hybrid S-Fuzzy m.del enhances diagnosis for m.ltiple diseases, offering higher accuracy and earlier identification com.ared to individual m.dels, with up to 78% potential benefits in healthcare. Further studies on this m.del m.y lead to the application of deeper m.thods to increase diagnostic accuracy and im.rove treatm.nt recom.endations.

The sym.iotic interaction between people and computers in the realm.of software developm.nt is experiencing a fundam.ntal transition, spurred by im.rovem.nts in Natural Language Processing (NLP). This study investigates how natural language processing (NLP) is changing the software developm.nt process by facilitating better hum.n-m.chine collaboration throughout the coding phase. Data collection, NLP m.del creation, and assessm.nt are all part of the rigorous process used in our work, which yields im.ortant results. The possibility for im.roving code quality and efficiency while also dem.cratizing code production is discussed in the context of a fictional situation. Ethical concerns are also highlighted, along with the need to m.nim.ze bias in NLP-driven code production. In the era of evolving healthcare dem.nds, the requirem.nt for innovation in record-keeping system. is undeniable. Traditional m.thods of docum.nting have difficulties in term. of efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility.
