For us, figuring out where we are or where our resources are has always been im.ortant. While technology has greatly benefited this quest, real-tim. interior locating rem.ins a daunting problem. from.conventional instrum.nts like sextants to contem.orary outside GPS devices. With the introduction of 5G m.bile networks, network-based location becam. a practical option. With the help of sophisticated radio technologies, decreased end-to-end latency, specialist control protocols, and increased processing power at the network edge, 5G's full prom.se for indoor and outdoor placem.nt could now be realized. This study provides a thorough introduction to network-based positioning, exam.ning advanced m.chine-learning-supported solutions as well as underlying ideas. A detailed com.arison of learning m.thods used in network-based positioning is a significant addition. The article provides a forward-looking strategy to positioning using these advanced networks, as we expect the progression to 6G networks. Various application exam.les from.different sectors are offered to highlight the topic's practical ram.fications, with a focus on industrial industry vehicular applications. Data at present has em.rged as the life blood for all businesses across the globe, as the world turns toward abundance of availability of data, it brings with it a few challenges as well;this paper deals with such challenges that the data scientists or analysts face will using big data m.dels in the retail sector. The present research uses the DEA technique to analyze the variables that are efficient or inefficient while deploying the defined big data m.del in the retail sector. The project aim. to m.ke sm.rt patient m.nitoring devices m.re private. This is crucial to healthcare IoT network security. Strong security is needed to protect patient data in a growing digital healthcare system. Our research develops a whole security system.with sophisticated encryption, user-centric identity, blockchain integration, and deep learning to detect unusual activity. As m.ntioned before, sophisticated patient m.nitoring gadgets in contem.orary healthcare have increased security vulnerabilities. A powerful and adaptable security system.is needed to secure patient data;hence, a m.ltidim.nsional approach is studied. This study's approaches include experim.ntal design, dataset preparation, and m.asure choice. The security fram.work uses cutting-edge cryptography, including ECC, hom.m.rphic encryption, and blockchain. Also crucial are recognizing users based on biological features and spotting abnorm.lities using deep learning and LSTm.networks. m.xed m.thods m.tigate all security issues. The findings reveal that the recom.ended strategy boosts encryption to 256 bits. Since authentication accuracy has reached 98%, user-centered authentication approaches work. Cryptographic processes em.loy resources effectively, and anom.ly detection rates reflect how successfully the approach detects unusual device behavior. Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), which m.y give 256-bit encryption, is stronger than sym.etric encryption (128 bits). User-centric authentication was 98% accurate, outperform.ng public key infrastructure (95%). With a 92% success rate, LSTm.networks can predict abnorm.l activity in connected devices. The proposed approach perform. cryptographic operations fast, with 120 operations per unit tim.. In conclusion, this research introduces a healthcare IoT security solution. The load frequency control (LFC) is crucial for stabilizing the frequency of the power grid in the interm.ttency of renewable energy sources. m.dern LFC system. utilize open com.unication and autom.tion networks that expose power system. to potential cyberattacks, which could lead to frequency instability throughout the network. Current research often treats frequency control and cybersecurity independently, which could lead to ineffective solutions and increased system.instability. This paper introduces a cyber-resilient LFC strategy that im.roves both control perform.nce and security. We em.loy reinforcem.nt learning for adaptive frequency control and integrate it with a graph convolutional neural network to enhance control responses during a cyberattack event. Our strategy also includes a graph auto encoder-based attack detector that is trained in various scenarios and has shown m.re than 92% in detection rate while tested on the Iberian power system.topology, which includes 486 buses. This highlights the robustness and reliability of our approach in ensuring resilience against cyberattacks within the realm.of frequency control in power system.. © 2024 IEEE.

m.ntal stress, or psychological stress, arises when individuals perceive em.tional or psychological strain beyond their coping abilities. Various factors such as personal relationships, work pressure, financial problem., or m.jor life changes, im.act both em.tional and physical well-being. Electroencephalography (EEG) signals serve as insightful indicators of brain activity, resem.ling tiny electrical whispers exchanged between brain cells. These brain cells are characterized by EEG patterns such as alpha, beta, theta, and gam.a frequency band waves, and offer valuable insights such as frequency analysis, categorization of valence and arousal, and m.chine learning techniques, into distinct m.ntal states and neural activity. The exploratory data analytics (EDA) techniques using m. m.thods (KNN, SVm. and RF) on EEG dataset is being perform.d to analyze m.ntal stress detection. Furtherm.re, m.an Absolute Error (m.E) scores of the KNN, SVm. and RF m.dels are com.ared based on the num.er of folds, which shows that KNN has the lowest m.E of 0.62, com.ared to SVm.scores of 0.83 and RF score of 1.47 respectively. As a result, the KNN m.del is selected for stress detection due to its superior perform.nce in reducing m.E in both iterations and training data sizes. Furtherm.re, the study concisely also reviews an existing literature on m.ntal stress detection using EEG signals, highlighting prevalent challenges and research gaps.

m.chine reading com.rehension not only involves reading unstructured text but also understanding it. Com.ared to questions of a sim.ler kind, this job calls for m.re sophisticated reading com.rehension, such as logical reasoning, sum.arizing, and com.utation. They dem.nd the intelligent system.s ability to understand hum.n language, m.king it an essential tool for testing its capabilities. We used unstructured corpora such as ARC corpora and Aristo m.ni corpora as contexts to answer m.ltiple choice questions, which are indexed using ElasticSearch API. To answer m.ltiple choice questions, we assigned questions from.subjects such as Chem.stry, and Biology; The goal is to target science-related questions instead of general questions, as they are clearly m.re difficult to answer. We have developed an autom.ted m.ltiple choice question answering tem.late that is deployed on localhost using the Flask fram.work; the m.del accepts a question followed by a series of answer choices, and there is a PDF file upload function where the user can also upload a PDF file containing a question or a set of questions followed by a pair of candidate answers options. Searching the corpus for the appropriate context for each question is an im.ortant part of answering the question, using discrim.nators such as the answer discrim.nator and the docum.nt discrim.nator, because it was found that the TF-IDF score alone does not always provide the result. The best possible docum.nts to answer the question in hand. UnifiedQA was used for m.deling and a m.del without discrim.nators was also m.de to com.are the results, and it was found that with discrim.nators, better perform.nce was achieved at the expense of com.utational speed. A current increase of up to 7% was observed, which is huge, so better context has been shown to im.rove m.del perform.nce and accuracy.

Privacy and security are m.jor concerns when it com.s to digital identities, particularly in centralized system. where data can be easily hacked or where people engage in identity fraud. These issues can be addressed using blockchain technology since it allows for the creation of a decentralized digital identity that is both secure and tam.er-proof. This study em.loys Kaggle dataset to docum.nt the transactions and the devices involved to m.ke the distinctions on how blockchain can boost privacy and security. Predom.nantly, various m.chine learning algorithm. are used to analyze blockchain applications, and the results em.hasize the fact blockchain system. greatly enhance transaction viability and dim.nish fraudulent actions. Therefore, the study argues that blockchain-based identity m.nagem.nt system. offset the shortcom.ngs of the centralized m.del by enhancing data ownership and com.ating fraud. Owing to the position of the fire safety properties and battery reaction in buildings, the Firefly and Particle Swarm.optim.zation algorithm. have been exerted on the iterations with objective values used for analysis in the iterative process using m.tlab 2021 software. Two well-known algorithm. are com.ared to see which provides the best results. computer science research has grown increasingly diverse, with authors investigating a broad spectrum.of topics. This paper analyzes the self-reported research interests of the top 3,260 m.st cited computer science scholars, according to Google Scholar. By leveraging the scholarly Python library, we system.tically retrieved and classified each researcher’s interests into predefined categories grounded in the computer science Ontology (CSO). Our results reveal a clear hierarchy of prim.ry focus areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Software engineering, Data m.ning, and computer System.. We further exam.ne how these interests are distributed, shedding light on which fields are em.rging as popular, which are well-established, and which receive com.aratively less attention. In the world of 6G networks, the m.rging of m.cro-services-oriented designing and intelligent network m.nagem.nt dem.nstrates the central role of neural networks (AI), m.chine learning (m.), and supervised learning (DL). This study looks into strengthening the security of 6G com.unications networks through the developm.nt of a new anom.ly recognition System.for 6G Connections (AD6GNs) utilizing ensem.le learning (EL). The EL-ADCN workflow com.rises prior processing, feature selection utilizing the hybrid m.thodology CFS-RF, and intruder detection applying hybrid EL m.thods. The system.shows im.ressive perform.nce on datasets with nam.s like NSL-KDD, UNSW-NB2015, CIC-IDS2017, when CICDDOS2019, getting accuracy of 99.5%, 99.9%, 99.8%, while 99.95426%, respectively, with low false alarm.rates. The com.ination of assistance vector m.chines (SVm. particularly random.forest com.uting (RF) as EL techniques further im.roves the efficiency of packing and adaboosting in guaranteeing network that self-sustainability and preventive threat prevention in the envisioned 6G m.del. © 2024 IEEE.
