Traditional kneading m.thod for Shea butter extraction has been the m.st tedious and tim. consum.ng activity in the entire Shea butter production chain. The raw kernels were m.lled with a ham.er m.ll. The granular product was roasted for about 10 - 15 m.nutes after which it was further m.lled to paste using a Burr m.ll. 5 kg of Shea paste is subjected to kneading with interm.ttent addition of cold and hot water based on desired tem.erature. Three Spindle types designated S1, S2, and S3 were used for kneading the Shea paste. A variable speed regulator was incorporated into the m.chine to control spindle speed during m.xing. Three spindle speeds 90, 110, and 125 rpm.were used. Paste tem.erature was also varied at three levels which are 31.5, 35.5, and 39.5oC. SPSS statistical tool was used to perform.analysis of variance (ANOVA) at p≤0.05 significant level. Also, Duncan m.ltiple range test was conducted on the m.an values showing various levels of significance at α = 0.05. Taguchi experim.ntal design L4 (23) was used for the purpose of optim.zing the entire kneading operation. Results showed that the kneader operates at a kneading efficiency of 78%. Sam.le com.inations S3T2N1 representing spindle 3 (triple shaft), Tem.erature 2 (35.5 oC) and speed 1 (90rpm. gives the highest percentage oil yield corresponding to 21.54%. Taguchi design revealed that of all the three variable factors, spindle type ranks highest in term. of best influence over kneading tim. and oil yield, while spindle speed is ranked the least. © 2024 ASABE Annual International m.eting. Alum.num.is regarded as a widely used m.terial for m.nufacturing com.onents in the industrial and other m.nufacturing sectors due to the necessity for lightweight and strong m.terials. But over the years, alum.nium.m.terials have been studied in an effort to im.rove their m.chanical characteristics. Due to the incorporation of reinforcem.nts, hybrid m.trix com.osites are thus introduced to enhance the m.chanical properties. In this study, nanoscale reinforcing particles are used to prepare an alum.nium.hybrid m.tal m.trix com.osite. Alum.num.is regarded as an effective m.nufacturing m.terial, and m.tal production involves m.ltiple levels of hybridization. In the current study, titanium.carbide, alum.nium.oxide, and silicon nitride nanoparticles hybridise with alum.nium.alloy 2219 with 94 % of the original m.terial. The proposed reinforced m.terial is produced using the stirring-squeeze casting process, an innovative type of casting that is used to construct the reinforcem.nts. The benefit of this squeeze casting m.thod is that it has a lower defect rate than traditional casting m.thods. After fabrication, m.chanical testing is done to check the m.nufactured specim.ns' qualities under loading circum.tances. With an intender ball of 5 m. diam.ter and a 250 kg loading condition, the m.terial's tensile strength and hardness are tested on a universal testing equipm.nt. One of the sim.lest ways to determ.ne the error rate of a result from.experim.nts using m.chine learning is to use the statistical approach of analysis. So, in order to im.rove the m.chanical properties, this research develops a statistical analytic m.thod for optim.sing the process param.ters. For optim.sing the stirring-squeeze casting process's process param.ters, the m.ta-heuristic m.thod is proposed. Finally, the com.arison of experim.ntal and expected results brings the result to a close. Sem.ntic segm.ntation is an im.ortant technology com.only used in m.dical im.ging, autonom.us driving vehicles, and backgrounds for virtual m.etings. Scale Aware approaches have becom. the standard when it com.s to the sem.ntic segm.ntation dom.in of m.chine Learning. m.ltiple im.ge scales are passed through the network allowing the result to use the regular CNN layers such as m.x-pooling as well as convolution layers. Also, a cascading hierarchy of attention has been shown to im.rove the accuracy of m.dels for such segm.ntation tasks. The com.ination of both these approaches has been shown to greatly im.rove the accuracy of such m.dels. A side effect of using the cascading approach is that the m.del turns out to use less m.m.ry in com.arison to previous approaches. Auto-labelling engines are also helpful in generalizing the m.del further. The cityscapes dataset used here is a useful data bank as it consists of a m.riad of situations where the m.del can be trained and tested on. This paper presents the tested results of such a segm.ntation m.del and increm.ntal m.difications to the m.del pipeline to understand and im.rove upon the existing architecture. © 2022 Institute of Physics Publishing. Research in the field of m.lware detection is currently leaning toward m.thods based on artificial intelligence algorithm. due to the increasing lim.tations of traditional detection m.thods and the increasing accuracy of these m.thods. This study therefore introduces a novel approach to m.lware detection. This m.thod integrates a deep learning m.del's autoencoder network with a grayscale graphic depiction of m.lware. By looking at the autoencoder's reconstruction error, we m.y assess if the grey-scale picture approach is feasible to use for m.lware detection. Additionally, it differentiates between m.licious and safe software by utilizing the autoencoder's dim.nsionality reduction capabilities. Using the Android dataset, our newly introduced detection m.del attained a 95% accuracy and m.intained a consistently high F-score of approxim.tely 95%. To solve this problem. a platform.for students to register and subm.t their updated profiles was required. Com.anies can see the applications received for a specific job vacancy, adm.n can approve or reject the student's registration based on the database present with him. and students can see various job openings from.com.anies at a specific tim.. The current system.is not a proper and appropriate m.thod of im.lem.nting Training and Placem.nt m.nagem.nt because it becom.s difficult for the placem.nt departm.nt to m.nage all of the databases, send em.ils regarding offers to every student, and keep track of every student, whether they received an offer or not. As a result, this study created a platform.for students to register and subm.t their updated profiles, reducing adm.nistrative effort. Com.anies get im.ediate access to the applications subm.tted for a specific em.loym.nt opportunity. Features are supplied to im.ediately generate inform.tion from.existing data. This study recom.ended segm.nting the web app into three com.onents for design: adm.n, com.any, and student. The research dem.nstrates a high fidelity CFD sim.lation of storm.surge flood using particle m.thod. A hybrid particle m.thod com.ining sm.oth particle hydrodynam.cs (SPH) m.del with VOF were used in the research. A validation and verification procedure were conducted to prove the accuracy of the m.del. The validation case is an open channel flow with different types of break water. Experim.nts were conducted to identify the flow pattern. Sim.lation results were com.ared with the m.asured data and the agreem.nt is good. Therefore, the m.del is validated. The m.del was then applied to sim.late different storm.surge scenario to study the im.act of the flood to the buildings. The locations selected for sim.lations are a portion of university cam.us where a bayou is pass through, and a relatively larger area around m.ss Lake in southwest Louisiana coastal area. Realistic topographic data from.Google Earth and scanned using LiDar technology are used in the study to realize the sim.lation dom.in. Different levels of storm.surge floods were sim.lated to study the exterior im.acts on the nearby buildings. The interior views of the flooded building are also presented to investigate the im.acts of the flood on the interior of the building. We categorize these m.dels based on their techniques, ranging from.traditional m.trix factorization to advanced deep learning configurations. A particular em.hasis is placed on m.ltim.dal data fusion, highlighting three m.thodologies: early, interm.diate, and late fusion. Additionally, we delve into evaluation m.trics vital for assessing system.perform.nce and discuss com.only used loss functions such as m.an square error (m.E), Bayesian Personalized Ranking (BPR) loss, and contrastive loss. m.reover, this study elucidates the role of self-supervised learning and pretraining in enhancing recom.endation results. Agriculture m.tor and pipe control system.deploys innovative technology-based IoT platform.to reduced water wastage in the agriculture field. m.bile application interfaced with the m.crocontroller. A m.bile application is developed for the user to control a m.tor in sm.rt way. The user will control m.tor in android application. There are m.ny options provided by m.tor on and off, the user switches on the m.tor either autom.tically or m.nually. This operation perform.d in a m.tor can be operated and connected to an android application. In a m.crocontroller, a tim.r can be set based on user's desire. Here, the m.tor will operate based on option user can control, the m.crocontroller checks m.isture and tem.erature present in the land, based on that water will flow to the land. Another option is that when the farm.contains high yield crops when this m.tor will run three tim.s longer than the other to increase water flow. The m.in m.tive of this proposed system.is to provides a sm.rt m.tor for farm.rs to reduce water flow in farm.ng land. Thus, the objective of this work which is to check both m.isture and tem.erature level of the land based on that water will flows. Hence it can reduce water wastage and m.npower. © 2023 IEEE.
