mANET is an infrastructure less network. It has various applications in fields like military, commercial sector, local level, etc. mANET is easy to setup, configure and build. Due to infrastructure less network, mANET relies on the cooperation of nodes for communication. In mANET, communication between the nodes is possible with the help of protocols which are categorized into three types like reactive, proactive and hybrid. In the reactive category of protocol, a path is established at the real time. In the proactive category, protocols have predefined routing tables for each node. The hybrid category is the combination of both these categories. modified Ad-hoc On-Demand Distance Vector (mAODV) is the reactive protocol which defines all possible routes among source node and the destination node which are maintained during data transmission. In the case of a disappointment of definite route, the data packets are transferred through secondary routes which were established with the help of routing tables that stores the multiple route paths to the destination. In the real world, nodes in mANET are allowed to transfer in any direction. Thus movement models like Random Way Point (RWP), Random Walk (RW), Random Direction (RD) and Gauss-markov (Gm) are taken as they have different mobility patterns. Therefore, m-AODV is implemented over different mobility models to compute parameters like End to End Delay (E2E Delay), Average Hop Count (AHC), and Throughput.

Over the last few years, DC/DC buck converters have been the subject of great interest due to its higher utility for different applications. In this review paper, we explain about various types of controlling method of dc-dc buck converter for closed loop feedback system. The study is focused on various specified application such as wireless network, computer server, computer CPU, telephonic system etc. Here we consider about linear, nonlinear, voltage control, current control, and switch mode controller for design the closed loop system. In linear controlling method, we consider about PID controller, its tuning process, and finding other system parameter. But linear systems fails to work properly in real-time applications, hence we have to think about nonlinear controller and due to this reason, we consider switching mode controller, Hysteretic current and voltage mode controller etc.

The ability to modulate vocal sounds and generate speech is one of the features which set humans apart from other living beings. The human voice can be characterized by several attributes such as pitch, timbre, loudness, and vocal tone. It has often been observed that humans express their emotions by varying different vocal attributes during speech generation. Hence, deduction of human emotions through voice and speech analysis has a practical plausibility and could potentially be beneficial for improving human conversational and persuasion skills. This paper presents an algorithmic approach for detection and analysis of human emotions with the help of voice and speech processing. The proposed approach has been developed with the objective of incorporation with futuristic artificial intelligence systems for improving human-computer interactions. Copyright © 2017, The Authors. Robotics is a branch of artificial intelligence. This branch deals with the design, construction, operation and application of robots. Nowadays robots are used in various fields to perform difficult tasks with high precision. In this paper various robotic arm movement techniques are briefly described. User interface, mode of transmission, controller and the limits of each technique is also pointed out. Comparison of various techniques are done and the relatively better technique is suggested.

A major issue with adhoc networks is energy consumption since nodes are sometimes mobile and batteryoperated. In this paper we have compared the performance of ad-hoc routing protocols during a network wherever every taking part mobile node contains a given battery life and can shut-down once a threshold is reached, we have studied 2 routing protocols, Dynamic supply Routing (DSR), and Destination-Sequenced Distance-Vector Routing (DSDV), by examination the node termination rate further because the overall goodput of the network. From the simulations we have a tendency to determine that in high node density, DSR performs higher than DSDV. The performance gap is attenuated by smaller range of nodes within the network or a lot of path loss and shadowing variance.

Ontology matching systems take a prominent position in solving semantic heterogeneity problems to facilitate sharing and reuse of ontologies. The process of generating ontology alignments through ontology matching techniques purely lies on how the concepts and relationships are modeled. This paper focuses on designing an ontology matching system in which concepts are modeled based on cognitive units of knowledge comprising of objects, attributes and relationships. The proposed cognitive based ontology matching system(COGOm) identifies semantically related concepts by aggregating the attribute similarity degree, structural similarity degree and semantic conception degree. The similarity computation is adapted from the Tversky psychological model of similarity. The proposed ontology matching system is adaptive in nature because of the cognitive based knowledge expression and the computational overhead of generating alignments is improved by forming quality clusters of semantically correlating concepts thus reducing the concept match space. The precision and recall metrics are used for evaluation of the proposed system using the benchmark data sets of OAEI 2015.

Large amount of data is being generated from sensors, satellites, social media etc. This big data (velocity, variety, veracity, value and veracity) can be processed so as to make timely decisions by the decision makers. This paper presents results of the proposed Hadoop framework that performs entity resolution in map and reduce phase. mapReduce phase matches two real world objects and generates rules. The similarity score of these rules are used for matching stream data during testing phase. Similarity is calculated using 13 different semantic measures such as token-based similarity, edit-based similarity, hybrid similarity, phonetic similarity as well as domain dependent Natural language processing measures. Semantic measures are implemented using Hive programming. The proposed system is tested using e-catalogues of Amazon and Google.

The core functionality of a network is packet processing. Fast Path is the functional area that handles processing of packets. The Fast Path functionalities is predominantly hardware driven and is very difficult to port on other platforms. This is because the APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) used for developing fast path applications is system on chip specific. To enable the easy migration of fast path applications across hardware requires a harmonized API set. Open data Plane (ODP) is open source initiative in this direction. The Fast Path packet processing can be implemented using Open Data Plane (ODP) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) to achieve hardware or platform independence.

In recent years, Online Social Networks(OSNs) are one of the most popular and powerful interactive medium to communicate and share a considerable amount of human life information. The best entertainment for the people is given in the form of Social networking sites. But the fundamental issues in OSNs are to give the users the ability to control the information posted on their private walls and to validate the data inputted by the users. The aim of the present work is therefore to propose and experimentally examining an automated system, called Filtered Wall(FW) able to filter undesired information from OSN user wall and to check whether the data inputted by the user is valid or not. The system use a machine Learning based text classifier to enforce customizable Content-based Filtering and it give users the ability to control the information posted on their own private space to avoid that undesired information to be displayed in online social networking environment and to validate the data inputted by the user.

The property of scalability for a given system indicates the ability of a system or a subsystem to be modified with changing load on the system. For a sufficiently large complex system, there are several factors that influence the ability of the system to scale. It is necessary to incorporate solutions to these factors (or bottlenecks) in the design for scalability of a given system. Sensor networks have all the basic features of ad hoc networks but to different degrees - for example, much lower mobility and much more stringent energy *** design principles to handle the key factors that influence the scalability of large complex systems are explained further. Protocols can support simple, innovative, and relatively less expensive methodology to guarantee that a large complex system (such as network of sensors) is scalable under varying load conditions. These sensor networks connect large numbers of independent sensor nodes to make measurements of interest over a geographic region. Because of their small physical size and low cost, sensor nodes have a number of constraints in their operation: they have limited processing ability, limited storage on the node itself, and limited power. A sensor network system and protocol design aims to reduce and optimize the power usage of sensor nodes. Here the current state of research and evaluate open issue scalability in development of scalable wireless sensor networks is analyzed.
