This paper deals with the three-dimensional(3D) coordinated control of satellites formation motion along a set of given closed orbits, where each satellite has intrinsic second-order Lipchitz nonlinear dynamics and the commutation topology among satellites is directed. A projection-based orbit extension method is presented by extending our previous concentric compressing method. The control for the orbit-tracking subsystem and the formation motion subsystem are designed respectively at first, and then the overall closed-loop coordinated orbit-following system is regarded as a cascade system. By using tools from Input-toState stability(ISS) theory and the extension of Barbalat's lemma, it is shown the closed-loop coordinated orbit-tracking system is asymptotic stability if the directed communication topology contains a directed spanning tree. The effectiveness of the analytical results is verified by Satellite Tool Kit(STK).

A novel method for nonlinear time-varying systems identification based on multi-dimensional Taylor network and variable forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm is proposed. In this paper, the connection weight coefficients of multi-dimensional Taylor network are regarded as time-varying parameters, which are trained by the variable forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm, to reflect the input-output change of nonlinear time-varying systems. To minimize power losses in microgrids, we concentrate on reactive power compensation by microgenerators connected to microgrid via electronic interfaces. Comparing exits works, not only the constraint of power balance, but also the bounded capacity of microgenerator is taken into account. We propose a distributed algorithm for the reactive power compensation problem with a fully connected communication network, to solve the optimal reactive power compensation problem in microgrids. Case study illustrates the proposed algorithm can effectively solve the reactive power compensation problem.

This paper studies the problem of robust decentralized control for a class of large-scale interconnected systems subject to uncertainties and disturbances via a generalized active disturbance rejection control method. First, a novel extended state observer(ESO) is constructed separately for each subsystem with less dependence of the precise system information and structure. Second, an explicit formula of the decentralized active disturbance rejection control(DADRC) law is presented by utilizing the output feedback domination approach. It is shown that by a delicate analysis procedure, the closed-loop system can be rendered semi-globally asymptotically stable only using decentralized output feedback anti-disturbance controller. Numerical simulations show the efficiency of the proposed method.

Autonomous localization is a primary and crucial issue in mobile robot navigation tasks. In this article, the long-distance robust localization problem of indoor mobile robots is studied and solved by a combination style of using a laser scanner and an odometer. Firstly, a point-to-line iterative closest point(PLICP) approach is adopted to match the successive environmental information collected by a laser scanner to estimate the relative pose transformation of the robot. And then the multi-sensor fusion technology based on bounded-error set-membership estimator is proposed to to use scan matching results to correct the cumulative error of the odometer periodically to achieve precious location of the robot in indoor environments. Experimental results show that the accuracy and robustness of the proposed localization system has been improved greatly with respect to the single odometer localization approach.

An optimal stochastic problem of production scheduling for uncertain re-entrant assembly workshops(URAWs) was studied, in which the assembly process is repeated on the basis of quality inspection result and the number of repeats is uncertain. According to analysis of URAWs, a stochastic expected value model of production scheduling was built up. In order to solve the model conveniently, the model was then converted into a deterministic model. A genetic simulated annealing algorithm based on feasible region(FR-GSAA) was designed to solve this model. Finally the result of simulation examples indicates that the model and the algorithm are feasible and practical.
