The relationship between food and disease holds significant importance in traditional medicine and healthcare practices. However, when it comes to disseminating dietary and health-related information, the news media often falls short in terms of authority and accuracy. To address this issue, this paper introduces a method for extracting relationships among food, herbals, diseases, and symptoms leveraging BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) framework. The method utilizes Transfer Learning to fine-tune the BERT pretraining model on an existing dataset to enable the model to recognize entities such as food, herbals, diseases, symptoms from unstructured text found in various literature sources. Following entity recognition, an entity embedding masking process is employed to construct a tailored training dataset specifically designed for entity relationship extraction. By combining entity recognition and relationship extraction, this method effectively uncovers the connections between food, herbals, diseases, and symptoms. The experimental results: Named Entity Recognition precision rate of 93.51%, a recall of 92.22%, and F1 of 92.86%. Relation Extraction accuracy of 91.99%, F1 of 93.88%. This method addresses the scarcity of annotated data in this domain, offering a method for automatic extraction of entity relationships, even without the need for expert annotations. © 2024 IEEE.

In modern supermarkets, given the limited shelf life and the propensity for rapid declines in the sales of perishable goods, such as vegetables, it becomes imperative to conduct daily restocking based on historical sales and consumer demand to preclude the occurrence of undersold items the following day. Consequently, conducting restocking and pricing strategies based on sales and demand holds significant research importance for supermarkets. This study initially employs a multiple linear regression model to investigate the impact on profit by adjusting total sales (Q), sales price (P), and each component of cost-plus pricing (C, T, L, A), thereby determining the relationship between total sales and cost-plus pricing for each vegetable category, as well as the functional relationship between total sales and cost-plus pricing for each vegetable category. Based on the derived functional relationship, time series prediction and linear programming models are utilized to forecast the market demand for each vegetable category over a one-week period, subsequently formulating the daily restocking plan and pricing strategy for each vegetable category in the subsequent week to maximize supermarket profit while satisfying market demand. Finally, an analysis of saleable vegetable items reveals that 29 vegetable items can be displayed, with a total profit of 846.35 yuan. Upon testing the sales data of 300,000 vegetables, compared to the conventional display method sans the use of this model, the overall profit margin surged by 269.75 yuan, an increment of 47% relative to the initial profit, effectively enhancing the operational efficiency and profitability of the supermarket. © 2024 IEEE.

The classification of programming code has been significantly advanced by the application of deep learning techniques. Compared to traditional manual classification methods, the employment of deep learning allows for the automatic extraction of code features and their classification. Previous researches have investigated various methods to convert code into an abstract syntax tree (AST) and input them into a neural network model, such as convolutional networks and bidirectional recurrent neural networks (BiRNNs). However, convolutional networks process each tree node independently, without considering their order or context, while BiRNNs can address the context issue but loses global dependency across the entire code. To address these challenges, this paper proposes a novel neural network model that applies BiRNNs to extract sequence information from the code and employs multi-head attention to compensate for the missing global dependencies from BiRNNs. The experiments conduct on C/C++ programming language datasets from the public benchmark OJ and confirm the effectiveness of this model in comparison to existing techniques. © 2023 IEEE.

New energy automobile industry plays an important role in building a green, low-carbon and recycling industrial system. In this paper, the prediction simulation training and prediction accuracy comparison study are carried out with the help of the newly constructed GRA-LSTM model, Biological Neural Network model and the first-order one-variable gray GM (1, 1) model. The LSTM model is created and trained by Learning Rate Decay function. The Learning Rate Decay callback function is set, and the learning rate is gradually reduced during the training process to carry out simulation training, and finally the trained model is used to make predictions, and the time for the Yangtze River Delta region to reach carbon peak is 2028, and the time to reach carbon neutrality is 2060, and at the same time this paper analyzes and finds out that the higher the new energy automobile market ownership is, the shorter the time for carbon peak and carbon neutrality will be.2.

This research aims to produce spectrum analyzer instructional media that will be implemented in Radio Transmission Operations and Maintenance subjects. Research development adopts the ADDIE model according to William W. Lee & Diana L. Owens, which includes: analysis, design, development and implementation, and evaluation. In the development and implementation steps, there are activities in the form of expert validation of instructional media based on Android applications. Theory experts, media experts, and users were necessary for the evaluation. Furthermore, the spectrum analyzer instructional media was tested on learning activity in Telecommunication Transmission engineering Skill Competency at SMK Telkom Jakarta. The gain from the range of questionnaire values is converted to determine the eligibility category. The results showed that teaching and learning activities in operating and maintaining radio transmission subjects require instructional media for practical activity learning in the form of software on an Android-based smartphone consisting of theory, quiz, and job sheets;and a manual guide of media. The research results show that the value of the spectrum analyzer instructional media quality, in general, is 3.46, which is interpreted in the excellent category. Because the Android-based spectrum analyzer instructional media obtained an excellent feasibility value, this media reliable to be implemented in classroom learning. © 2022 IEEE.
