Since its birth, mobile communication has developed rapidly and has become the basic information network connecting human society. Now, the future oriented fifth generation mobile communication has become a global research and development hotspot. The fifth generation mobile communication technology is the latest generation of cellular mobile communication technology, which is also an extension after 4G (LTE-A, WiMAX), 3G (UMTS, LTE) and 2G (GSM) systems. Its performance goal is high data rate, reduce latency, save energy, reduce cost, improve system capacity and large-scale equipment connection. With the further development of intelligent communication, cloud computing, big data and other technologies are also emerging day by day. These technologies not only make the transmission of data information more convenient, but also meet the requirements of information data conversion and storage, and provide greater convenience for the expansion of communication network services.[1] The main content of this paper is optimization analysis of 5G+ frequency allocation problem and simulation experiments of some existing optimization algorithms. Integer frequency reuse (IFR) is a network structure that can optimize frequency allocation, and the intelligent optimization algorithms of simultaneous water filling (SWF) and transmit interference temperature limit (tx-ITL) based on integer frequency reuse (IFR) can greatly improve the user capacity and optimize frequency allocation. © 2022 IEEE.

He has played a major role in the implementation of the U.S. Government's Model Information Security Policy. The USAID PRIME Security Program Manager Computer Sciences Corporation in Arlington Virginia. He has MS degrees in information and telecommunications systems management and in military science. Cleveland has over 20 years of experience in the planning and management of a wide variety of functions including business process reengineering and IT security.

This article is derived from a Best Security Practice (BSP) developed by the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), Bureau for management, Information Resources management (M/IRM), Information Systems Security Team. The USAID is an independent agency that provides economic, development, and humanitarian assistance around the world in support of the foreign policy goals of the United States. It is located in the Ronald Reagan Building in Washington, D.C.

There is a very large demand for basic telephone service in developing nations, and remote parts of industrialized nations, which cannot be met by conventional wireline and cellular systems. This is the world's largest unserved market. We describe a system which uses recent advances in active phased arrays, fast-packet switching technology, adaptive routeing, and light spacecraft technology, in part based on the work of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory and on recently-declassified work done on the Strategic Defense Initiative, to make it possible to address this market with a global telephone network based on a large low-Earth-orbit constellation of identical satellites. A telephone utility can use such a network to provide the same modern basic and enhanced telephone services offered by telephone utilities in the urban centres of fully-industrialized nations. Economies of scale permit capital and operating costs per subscriber low enough to provide a service to all subscribers, regardless of location, at prices comparable to the same services in urban areas of industrialized nations, while generating operating profits great enough to attract the capital needed for its construction. The bandwidth needed to support the capacity needed to gain these economies of scale requires that the system use K(alpha)-band frequencies. This choice of frequencies places unusual constraints on the network design, and in particular forces the use of a large number of satellites. Global demand for basic and enhanced telephone service is great enough to support at least three networks of the size described herein. The volume of advanced components, and services such as launch services, required to construct and replace these networks is sufficient to propel certain industries to market leadership positions in the early 21st Century.
