Recommendation of Resource Allocation Decision Based on Bipartite Graph Network Structure

In resource allocation decisions in business, fully understanding customers’ needs and preferences helps to maximise benefits. As a result, in the modern business environment, the design of customized recommendation systems has gained a lot of attention. To this end, the study designs a recommendation algorithm for resource allocation decision based on improved two-part graph network structure. In this algorithm, an improved K-means clustering algorithm is introduced to deeply mine potential information. The calculation of similarity between users is also optimised to assist the target user to find the real neighbouring users. The findings demonstrate that, in comparison to the other algorithms, the resource allocation recommendation algorithm based on improved bipartite graph suggested in the study has a greater hit rate. The hit rate of the suggested algorithm can reach 32.5% when the recommendation list length is 10, which is a 21.5% improvement over the collaborative filtering algorithm. The suggested algorithm’s popularity is only 39.1, which is 69.3 less than the collaborative filtering algorithm when the suggestion list length is 10. Furthermore, the suggested algorithm for resource allocation decision-making created by the research has a greater recommendation accuracy, more personalization, and diversity, as seen by the proposed algorithm’s mean Hamming distance of 0.976. Through an improved bipartite graph network, the algorithm can fully analyze the historical preference information of users, effectively capture the complex relationship between users and products, generate personalized recommendation lists, and improve user satisfaction and purchase conversion rates. It provides an effective recommendation role for resource allocation decisions in modern business and helps to create greater economic benefits. © 2025 Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea. Enhanced Financial Performance Classification Using an Improved ID3 Algorithm with Decision Coherence

The evaluation of enterprise financial performance is of great significance to investors, creditors and managers. Through the performance evaluation, we can judge the comprehensive strength of the enterprise and then take corresponding countermeasures. The study mainly quantifies the three financial performance factors of profitability, operating ability and solvency in segments. At the same time, variables are constructed for the statement subjects other than the performance factors. In addition, an iterative binary tree three-generation algorithm model based on decision coordination degree is introduced to classify and measure the financial performance of enterprises. The study used 528 financial statements from a manufacturing industry and employed a mean imputation strategy and Z-score standardization method for preprocessing. Ultimately, 19 variables were selected for financial performance evaluation. Using the model's construction time, classification accuracy, and area under the curve as evaluation indicators, verify the performance advantages of the proposed model in financial performance evaluation. The results show that when the sample size is 300, the construction time of the improved model is only 120ms, and out of 50 financial statements, only 7 financial statements with "poor" profitability are misclassified as "excellent". The average classification accuracy of the improved model is 87.57% and the average area under the curve is 0.8369. In the solvency test, the average classification accuracy of the improved model in the solvency indicator is 84.21%. In the test of operating capacity indicators, the mean value of classification accuracy of the improved model proposed by the Institute in operating capacity indicators is as high as 85.16%. The results show that the classification model proposed by the Institute has the least construction time and the highest classification accuracy. In 2023,pivotal advancements in artificial intelligence(AI)have significantly *** that in mind,traditional methodologies,notably the p-y approach,have struggled to accurately model the complex,nonlinear soil-structure interactions of laterally loaded large-diameter drilled *** study undertakes a rigorous evaluation of machine learning(ML)and deep learning(DL)techniques,offering a comprehensive review of their application in addressing this geotechnical challenge.A thorough review and comparative analysis have been carried out to investigate various AI models such as artificial neural networks(ANNs),relevance vector machines(RVMs),and least squares support vector machines(LSSVMs).It was found that despite ML approaches outperforming classic methods in predicting the lateral behavior of piles,their‘black box'nature and reliance only on a data-driven approach made their results showcase statistical robustness rather than clear geotechnical insights,a fact underscored by the mathematical equations derived from these ***,the research identified a gap in the availability of drilled shaft datasets,limiting the extendibility of current findings to large-diameter *** extensive dataset,compiled from a series of lateral loading tests on free-head drilled shaft with varying properties and geometries,was introduced to bridge this *** paper concluded with a direction for future research,proposes the integration of physics-informed neural networks(PINNs),combining data-driven models with fundamental geotechnical principles to improve both the interpretability and predictive accuracy of AI applications in geotechnical engineering,marking a novel contribution to the field.

In this article, we propose to study a novel research problem to boost group performance, that is, social-aware diversity-optimized group extraction (SDGE), which takes into consideration the two important factors: 1) group diversity and 2) social tightness. We prove the NP-hardness of SDGE and propose an effective algorithm, named group shrinking for diversity maximization (GSDM) with a performance guarantee, that is, GSDM is a three-approximation algorithm to the SDGE problem studied in this article. We further propose three effective pruning strategies that are able to boost the efficiency of GSDM but do not deteriorate its performance. We conduct extensive experiments on multiple large-scale real datasets to evaluate the performance of GSDM. The experimental results show that our proposed GSDM outperforms the other baseline approaches significantly, in terms of solution quality and efficiency. Moreover, the experimental results also confirm that our proposed pruning strategies indeed boost the efficiency of the algorithm. © 2014 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence was recently implemented in various fields. One of these applied artificial intelligence systems was the Performance Monitoring System "SiMoniK"for MSMEs. This system was designed through the C4.5 algorithm and the Porat-Rank method. The C4.5 algorithm was applied to classify the MSMEs into three classifications, e.g. the micro enterprise classification, the small enterprise classification, and the medium enterprise classification. Moreover, the Porat-Rank method was also applied to distribute the solving-problem recommendations and to improve the independence of MSMEs. The result of this study was that the C4.5 algorithm could classify the MSME data correctly in the form of an accuracy value of 99.2%. Besides, the Porat-Rank method could also provide recommendations in the form of outstanding quality with an NDCG mean value of 0.87. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, research has been conducted to establish a method for quickly and appropriately determining damage to buildings during an earthquake using sensors, and it’s useful to appropriately evaluate the maximum and residual displacement during an earthquake. The purpose of this study is to propose a disaster assessment method using a satellite positioning system that directly measures the response displacement of a building from satellite positioning information. In this paper, the positioning accuracy is verified when calculating the relative displacement using two movable vibration tables that assume the top floor of a building and the ground surface under earthquake. © 2024 Architectural Institute of Japan. The quadcopter has a fairly simple mechanical design because it does not require other drives to perform various movements such as roll, pitch, and yaw. The simplicity of this mechanical design has a considerable impact on the complexity of its control. Therefore, it is necessary to have a good control method to maintain the stability of the quadcopter. The research aims to maintain stability of quadcopter by using a combination of the Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC) with the Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) method, where FLC is used to initialize the input of the PID method to find the quadcopter stability point. The application of fuzzy methods for the initial tuning of PID parameters has proven effective in enhancing the system's fundamental performance, such as overshoot, rise time, and settling time, compared to the conventional PID approach. The proposed method can reduce overshoot by over 20%, with reductions reaching up to 88% in yaw motion. Additionally, the Fuzzy-PID approach significantly improves stability, shortening the time to achieve steady-state by less than 1 seconds for all movements while PID did more than 2s for pitch and roll motions and over 1s for yaw motion. © 2024 IEEE.

Fully homomorphic encryption (FHE) is a useful cryptographic primitive. It makes a third-party manipulate data in the ciphertext space and therefore is a key technology for privacy-preserving outsourcing services. Theoretically, FHE can evaluate any circuits. However, the implementation is not trivial. The reason it lacks lots of basic operations like conditional check and branch control. In this paper, we focus on extended Euclidean algorithm operation over FHE. We introduce the problems we encounter and show how we solve these issues. We implement our design and evaluate its performance on a real computer. Electrochemical affinity biosensors have the potential to facilitate the development of multiplexed point-of-care diagnostics in complex biological fluids. However, their commercial viability has been hindered by challenges such as electrode biofouling and the lack of inherent redox properties. To address this unmet need, we have developed a universal nanocomposite coating which is unique in its ability to not only allow oriented conjugation of the biorecognition element but also specific detection directly in complex biological fluids like serum and urine owing to its built-in antifouling and redox capabilities, thus improving suitability for point of care testing. This multifunctional coating comprises a 3D porous crosslinked bovine serum albumin matrix for oriented conjugation and antifouling properties with embedded graphene nanosheets modified with amino-ferrocene for enhanced conductivity and mediator-free biosensing. The coating showed minimal signal degradation despite prolonged exposure to 1% bovine serum albumin, artificial urine and untreated human serum for up to 30 days. To demonstrate its utility, we fabricated and tested proof-of-concept electrochemical immunosensors for bladder cancer protein biomarkers, specifically interleukin-8 (IL-8) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). The practical feasibility was highlighted by the excellent sensitivity and specificity observed for IL-8 and VEGF with a limit of detection of 41 pg mL−1 and 67 pg mL−1, respectively. Consequently, this universal nanocomposite-based electrochemical biosensing platform can be extended to the point of care testing of a broad spectrum of biomarkers present in complex biological fluids, thus enabling reliable and early diagnostics. © 2024 The Royal Society of Chemistry
