Application of factor analysis method to support the users acceptance model of ERP systems implementation

An e-Commerce company has been using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for several years, but is still constrained in its implementation, this is reflected in the number of issue/change request tickets submitted by users who have not been able to reach ideal conditions. To overcome this problem, we need an appropriate reference model, the ERP system user acceptance model in companies. The study conducted factors that influence the level of acceptance of SAP ERP users in the XYZ group to then determine a model that is able to explain practically the level of ERP system user acceptance, which in turn can produce concrete proposals to increase ERP system user acceptance. Research is quantitative descriptive using factor analysis and regression analysis methods. The research method uses a questionnaire with a total of 107 valid respondents coming from 8 company names under the XYZ group in 6 Southeast Asian countries. The conclusion of the study is that there are 24 indicators and 4 factors that influence user acceptance of the SAP ERP system. These four factors are the low contribution of the ERP system, the quality of ERP systems and data, the development of ERP systems, and also the low quality of ERP system supporters. It is hoped that by optimizing the value of the 4 factors, the XYZ group can increase user acceptance of the SAP ERP system so that the system can provide benefits expected by the company to be competitive advantage.

The research objective of this is to see how to apply science practicum online using Microsoft Teams and Learning management System (LMS). The form of this research is classroom action research which aims to apply the online science practicum during the Covid 19 pandemic. Therefore, it is carried out using two cycles in the application of online science practicum. The subjects of this study were students of the seventh semester in the Natural Science practicum course. Through observation and evaluation, it is shown that in the cycle I the percentage of practicum implementation which includes aspects of preparation, process and data and practicum results is 87.5%, in cycle II it has increased to 92.5%. In the assessment aspect of the practicum report, the average practicum assessment obtained in the first cycle was 3.09 from the highest score of 4 and in the second cycle was 3.7, while the aspect of student knowledge about the use of the Microsoft team which was taken using google form was 93%. In the aspect of student knowledge about the use of Learning management System (LMS) by 75% and aspects of student understanding in the implementation of online science practicum using Microsoft Teams by 75%.

Maintenance is an activity to maintain facilities or equipment of the factory and make repairs or adjustments to the necessary replacement to satisfactory condition of production operations in accordance with what is planned. Companies often experience damage to the Blowing machine so that interconnected machines cannot be operated. The purpose of this study was to improve the performance of Blowing line 4 engines with the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) method at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit, also to determine the level of Blowing machine performance based on the analysis of overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) at PT. Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia Medan Unit. The method used in this study is the overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) method to measure Ishikawa's treatments and diagrams to compare and propose low engine performance. The results of data processing shows machine maintenance has not comply the OEE standards in July 81.48%, August 81.48%, September 78.07%, October 81.22%, November 78.08%, and those that fill the standards in June amount to 86.48%, with losses that most affect the effectiveness of equipment in line 4 blowroom machine is Equipment Failure Losses of 11.42% based on the results of the study, the proposed improvement in engine performance is to provide training to employees, and increase operator awareness. against engine damage, thus the production process will run smoothly. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Based on the results of the questionnaire distributed to Primary Teacher Education Students, 96% of students said that Physics is difficult to understand because the material is very complex, many formulas, especially the learning process is done online. This study aims to describe the influence of providing feedback on the motivation of Primary Teacher Education Students in primary school physics courses. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the instrument used was a questionnaire which was distributed to 115 elementary school education students. The result of the research shows that giving feedback consistently is able to motivate students. This can be seen from the results of the questionnaires distributed, each indicator is of very good value.

Flood is one of the disasters that have a big impact in Indonesia. Flooding can affect social, economic, agricultural aspects, etc. Flood disaster is a difficult thing to avoid, the best approach is to reduce the impact caused. Research on flood mitigation began to move to an artificial intelligence approach to providing information on early warning systems (EWS). EWS is a series of systems that function to inform of the occurrence of natural events in the form of floods that will notify the disaster-related floods that will occur. This research will build an intelligent system for building the EWS system. A smart AWS certainly requires various sensors to collect data for later analysis. One of the most important sensors to the construction of the EWS system is the automatic water level recorder (AWLR) sensor. In this paper will specifically discuss the design stages of the AWLR in conducting water level monitoring at the water-gate dam. The function of AWLR sensor is for monitoring and recording in a database with real-time sensing. The results of this research show that the low-cost AWLR sensor has reduced processing time by 92.7% compared to conventional data processing.

The purpose of this study is to provide information about areas that get raskin aid according to the variables specified. The variables consist of income, housing, clothing, food and education. The supporting variables are indicators in determining the decision making received, considered or rejected. The Decision Making uses the FUZZY-AHP method which is implemented using Geographic Information System based applications. The map used is Maps Android API. The output produced is the mapping of the raskin aid area.

Health service place in Palembang consists of puskesmas, hospitals, health clinics, and pharmacies. People in Palembang get information about health service place through information about the surrounding community, health service institutions and websites that are displayed separately. Geographic Information System (GIS) is used to provide complete information about health service place in Palembang. GIS technology can display spatial data such as a digital map of health service location consisting of puskesmas, hospitals, pharmacies, and health clinics. GIS produces web based system that can be accessed online and quickly. GIS applies google map API technology with prototype method as a system development technique.

Facing the 4.0 industrial revolution, it is necessary to carry out reforms and innovations related to national education. Reforms and innovations in the implementation of components of the education system involve changes in curriculum, graduate competencies and assessments, teacher qualifications, funding, facilities and infrastructure, decentralization and educational autonomy. Bali as a world tourist destination must be maintained and passed on to the younger generation. The younger generation can use information technology to help promote Balinese culture. Bali has a lot of local wisdom that can be implemented in the tourism sector. Therefore to promote those local wisdoms, a module that can be accessed through e-learning is developed to help students develop a cultural tourism package based on local wisdom to be promoted online. The modules developed have been tested by content and media experts, which can be used independently by students. Modules can be accessed online at e-learning and they are ready to use instructions for students so they can work on assignments and projects independently. Modules containing this theory and practice are for making brochures, tour packages, videos, and websites, all of which are connected to promote tourism based on local Balinese wisdom.

This study aims to develop a product such as "Digital storytelling of Physics (DiS-Phy)" that can be used as a physics' educational media for distance learning (PJJ) on magnetic field material. DiS-Phy developed as a digital storytelling media which is able to combine several learning media such as writing, pictures and learning videos in one medium. The developed DiS-Phy also equipped with scientific literacy questions. DiS-Phy can be accessed on all types of distance learning devices such as smartphones, laptops and tablets that are connected to the internet. DiS-Phy including the type of research and development (Research & Development) which refers to the ASSURE model. The result of validation test shows the percentages of 91,07%, according to subject-matter expert, 93,16%, according to media expert and 87,50% according to learning expert. DiS-Phy also tested by 4 physics teachers at senior high school in Jakarta that achieved 92,57% points that make this product has been qualified as a worthy physics' distance learning device. Also of 35 as respondents in this study shows the percentages of 87,48% points that make this product worthy to use as an educational media. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the DiS-Phy has been qualified as a worthy physics' distance learning device for teachers and students.

The scoreboard is designed and made for a universal use that can be used in matches in some sports such as basketball, futsal, ping pong, badminton, and others. The scoreboard is designed and made based on the needs of several sports in the Student Activity Unit at HKBP Nommensen University which can be easily moved. Scores displayed on the scoreboard is not only the result of the game but also displayed time in the countdown. This scoreboard can be operated by using a cable and can also without using a cable by using a mobile phone through communication using bluetooth. This scoreboard is based on a microcontroller and uses backup power through rechargeable batteries that can be automatically charged. In trials in several games, this tool works well with a few drawbacks in case of a match that takes more than 100 minutes because the time display can only display a maximum time of 99 minutes. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
