Every day,the media reports tons of crimes that are considered by a large number of users and accumulate on a regular *** news exists on the Internet in unstructured formats such as books,websites,documents,and *** such homogeneous data,it is very challenging to extract relevant information which is a time-consuming and critical task for the public and law enforcement ***-based information Retrieval(IR)systems rely on statistics to retrieve results,making it difficult to obtain relevant *** are unable to understandthe user’s query and thus facewordmismatchesdue to context changes andthe inevitable semanticsof a given ***,such datasets need to be organized in a structured configuration,with the goal of efficiently manipulating the data while respecting the semantics of the *** ontological semantic IR systemis needed that can find the right investigative information and find important clues to solve criminal *** semantic system retrieves information in view of the similarity of the semantics among indexed data and user *** this paper,we develop anontology-based semantic IRsystemthat leverages the latest semantic technologies including resource description framework(RDF),semantic protocol and RDF query language(SPARQL),semantic web rule language(SWRL),and web ontology language(OWL).We have conducted two *** the first experiment,we implemented a keyword-based textual IR systemusing Apache *** the second experiment,we implemented a semantic systemthat uses ontology to store the data and retrieve precise results with high accuracy using SPARQL *** keyword-based system has filtered results with 51%accuracy,while the semantic system has filtered results with 95%accuracy,leading to significant improvements in the field and opening up new horizons for researchers.

Twitter has been observed to be one of the essential data resources for dependable event accreditation. In any case, Twitter-based event affirmation structures can't guarantee assessment concerning their attestation results. Talk statement has been locked in starting late to enable liberal event Recognition. This problem is not yet evident in light of the assumption that most people tend to think that they have a specific limit to the data on Twitter that have frames based on events based on Twitter. Current appraisals see new pieces by seeing and looking at the significant psychological aspects of hitting the details on Twitter. No matter, the scale of the visual cues can be well established, with the intention that it is essential to design an integrated Twitter experiment with another set of extensible data resources to rectify this problem. The problem is the processes by which you should wholeheartedly investigate all converted data because it has different data structures, transfer times, etc. This issue of address, the paper proposes a framework for evaluating the use of Twitter-based events and examines two types of data resources for the reliability of impact testing. Our framework uses the resultant of the request obtaining by various events and relevant to the articles on it. This paper has improved the cleaning test with the proposed process how the integrity estimation of twitter based event can be recognized with the help of group of analyzed data. The evaluation indicates that the proposed system provides visible high-level testing events and a variety of low-level testing events. © 2024 IEEE.

Spreadsheets contain a lot of valuable data and have many practical *** key technology of these practical applications is how to make machines understand the semantic structure of spreadsheets,e.g.,identifying cell function types and discovering relationships between cell *** existing methods for understanding the semantic structure of spreadsheets do not make use of the semantic information of cells.A few studies do,but they ignore the layout structure information of spreadsheets,which affects the performance of cell function classification and the discovery of different relationship types of cell *** this paper,we propose a Heuristic algorithm for Understanding the Semantic Structure of spreadsheets(HUSS).Specifically,for improving the cell function classification,we propose an error correction mechanism(ECM)based on an existing cell function classification model[11]and the layout features of *** improving the table structure analysis,we propose five types of heuristic rules to extract four different types of cell pairs,based on the cell style and spatial location *** experimental results on five real-world datasets demonstrate that HUSS can effectively understand the semantic structure of spreadsheets and outperforms corresponding baselines.

The proposed system for recognizing Myanmar sign language between individuals who are deaf. The aim of this study is to develop deep learning models for the purpose of accurately identifying dynamic hand gesture images depicting 14 classes of Myanmar words and numbers. The present system utilizes a new dataset comprising 7834 images for 14 classes obtained through Webcam. The objective of this study is to enhance the robustness of the new model. Next, we proceed to evaluate the proposed model by comparing them to those of existing convolutional neural network models. These models are generally recognized as effective deep-learning approaches for recognition tasks. The proposed model exhibits a performance level of 96% for both validation and testing accuracies. Furthermore, the experimental finding demonstrates that the model, convolutional layers, achieved an accuracy of 100% in recognizing Myanmar Sign Language (MSL). © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2025.

In face-To-face conversations, facial expressions help humans communicate nonverbally. Since the early 1990s, academics' focus on automatic facial expression detection, which is essential for human-machine interfaces, has grown. Traditional machine learning techniques can demand a difficult feature extraction procedure and yield subpar results. Using current developments in deep learning, we present efficient deep Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) that can automatically and accurately evaluate the semantic information contained in faces and speech without manually defining feature descriptors. Additionally, in order to develop an effective CNNs based emotion recognition system with a high degree of classification capability, we employ various loss functions and training techniques. The experimental results demonstrate that, the proposed method outperforms existing solutions in terms of performance and makes it ideal for real-Time systems. © 2022 IEEE.

The exponential growth of web content necessitates efficient and personalized methods for information retrieval. This research introduces an innovative approach to web crawling, centered on adaptive strategies guided by ontological user interest modeling, aiming to enhance the precision of personalized content retrieval. The proposed method employs a dynamic user interest model, constructed, and continually refined through user interactions, leveraging ontology to represent and understand the complex and evolving nature of user interests. In contrast to traditional web crawlers that operate on fixed algorithms, the adaptive crawler anticipates changes in user interests and adjusts its strategies, accordingly, ensuring relevance and timeliness of the retrieved content. The system architecture integrates a multi-faceted profiling mechanism that captures and evolves with user preferences, combined with an intelligent crawling algorithm that prioritizes content based on predicted user interest levels. Empirical results demonstrate a significant improvement in retrieval precision and efficiency, highlighting the crawler's ability to discern and adapt to the nuanced shifts in user interests. Furthermore, the research delves into the implications of such personalized crawling on user privacy and web dynamics, offering insights and recommendations for a balanced approach. This work contributes to the fields of semantic web, personalized content retrieval, and adaptive systems, proposing a novel pathway for the next generation of intelligent web crawlers. © 2024 IEEE.

This research introduces novel methodologies in graph convolutional networks (GCNs) to enhance semantic relationship mining within large-scale ontologies. Traditional approaches to understanding and extracting meaningful patterns from ontological structures often struggle with the complexity and scale of data. The proposed framework leverages advanced GCNs, incorporating a series of innovative mechanisms designed to optimize performance, accuracy, and scalability. Firstly, an enhanced graph convolutional layer is introduced, specifically tailored to capture the nuanced hierarchical and relational data typical of extensive ontological datasets. This layer employs a multidimensional feature extraction technique, significantly improving the depth and quality of semantic relationship identification. Secondly, the paper presents a unique embedding algorithm that efficiently maps semantic and relational data into a lower-dimensional space, facilitating faster computation while retaining critical information. To address the challenges of scalability, a distributed processing architecture is also proposed, enabling the handling of ontologies at an unprecedented scale. Empirical evaluations demonstrate the superiority of the approach in terms of precision, recall, and computational efficiency compared to existing methods. This research contributes to the field by providing a robust tool for experts and practitioners involved in knowledge discovery, data mining, and semantic web technologies, paving the way for more intelligent and efficient ontology management. © 2024 IEEE.

As the need for data transfer in wireless networks grows, cognitive radios are likely to meet a large part of that need. Cognitive radio nodes can sense what's going on around them, figure out what's best for using the radio spectrum by allocating resources in terms of time, frequency, and space, and then act on that information. AI and machine learning are often combined with cognitive radio to create smart and flexible sharing, which makes real-time operations more effective. This research talks about cognitive radio networks and their goals, problems, resources, and limits. There is a research into how learning affects cognitive radios and methods for AI and machine learning are shown. This section gives an outline of the newest research on how machine learning can be used in cognitive radios. A number of AI techniques are used to organize the literature review, such as neural networks, fuzzy logic, case-based reasoning, entropy, Bayesian analysis, Markov models, multi-agent systems, and artificial bee colony algorithms. Cognitive radio uses and possible learning barriers are also talked about. © 2024 IEEE.
