Diabetes poses a considerable global health challenge,with varying levels of diabetes knowledge among healthcare professionals,highlighting the importance of diabetes *** Language Models(LLMs)provide new insights into diabetes training,but their performance in diabetes-related queries remains uncertain,especially outside the English language like *** first evaluated the performance of ten LLMs:ChatGPT-3.5,ChatGPT-4.0,Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,LlaMA2-7B,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,MedGPT,HuatuoGPT,and Chinese LlaMA2-7B on diabetes-related queries,based on the Chinese National Certificate Examination for Primary Diabetes Care in China(NCE-CPDC)and the English specialty Certificate Examination in Endocrinology and Diabetes of Membership of the Royal College of Physicians of the United ***,we assessed the training of primary care physicians(PCPs)without and with the assistance of ChatGPT-4.0 in the NCE-CPDC examination to ascertain the reliability of LLMs as medical *** found that ChatGPT-4.0 outperformed other LLMs in the English examination,achieving a passing accuracy of 62.50%,which was significantly higher than that of Google Bard,LlaMA-7B,and *** the NCE-CPFC examination,ChatGPT-4.0,Ali Tongyi Qianwen,Baidu ERNIE Bot,Google Bard,MedGPT,and ChatGPT-3.5 successfully passed,whereas LlaMA2-7B,HuatuoGPT,Chinese LLaMA2-7B,and LlaMA-7B ***-4.0(84.82%)surpassed all PCPs and assisted most PCPs in the NCE-CPDC examination(improving by 1%–6.13%).In summary,LLMs demonstrated outstanding competence for diabetes-related questions in both the Chinese and English language,and hold great potential to assist future diabetes training for physicians globally.

Genetic Algorithm in Image Inserting with Modified Least significant Bit Method to Find The Best MsE Value

Inserting data into digital media tends to change the large size of the media cover file, this is because the inserted pixel has a different size from the insertion value, i.e. with a larger or smaller value, for example a pixel value of 10 is inserted with larger or smaller data from the value 10. so that the pixel value is getting further from the value of 10, this causes the value of Mean squared Error (MsE) of the media of the cover (cover) to become larger. In this study, the selection of pixels in the image is in accordance with the value of the insertion data as the insertion place with the Genetic algorithm (GA). Insertion of data on selected pixels using the GA algorithm is performed using the Modified Least significant Bit (MLsB) algorithm at the position of the least significant bits. To find out the reliability of the proposed algorithm, the data insertion experiment was carried out by comparing the conventional LsB algorithm with the proposed algorithm where the results obtained a significant MsE value, i.e. the average MsE value of the LsB algorithm was 20.54 and the proposed algorithm was 7.12.

Although tuberculosis is a curable disease and, in most cases, with low cost drugs, its mortality still is a global concern. This facts turns our attention to management issues and the difficulties related to retrieving data of interest that are powdered on many applications. This work presents a semantic web approach to achieve functional and semantic interoperability between two applications in state of são Paulo that contain tuberculosis data. By combining a theoretical-practical development, the geolocalization tool created is a proof of concept that could help managers to take strategic decisions and develop better health policies by showing the distribution of tuberculosis cases across the state. This work stands out the importance of working in solutions that could improve the quality of data in health field and daily activities of health professionals.

Background and Objective: Mobile applications could be effectively used for dietary intake assessment, physical activity monitoring, behavior improvement, and nutrition education. The aim of this review is to determine the effectiveness of mobile applications in improving nutrition behaviors through a systematic review of literature. Methods: The review protocol was registered with PROsPERO: registration number CRD42018118809, and followed PRIsMA guidelines. We involved original articles including mobile electronic devices for improving dietary intake, physical activity, and weight management in adult populations in this review. Data were retrieved from January 2010 to December 2018 with PubMed, Web of science, Excerpta Medica Database (Embase), and Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature (CINAHL) as data sources. Authors individually screened the titles and abstracts, then full articles in order to obtain papers that met inclusion criteria. Results: The database search yielded 2962 records. After removing the duplicates and analyzing the full text papers a total of 8 original articles were reviewed. Two articles showed obvious bias and were not included in our results or discussion. The remaining six articles with low to moderate bias risk were included in this systematic review. Three selected studies were randomized control trials (RCTs) with over 180 participants each. The other three studies were a nested trial, a case-control trial, and a pilot RCT with 36, 162, and 24 participants respectively. All larger RCTs and the small case control trail showed significant improvements in some nutritional-health objectives measured. The other two trials showed insignificant improvements in outcomes measured between groups. In railways, brake control is the important factor on safety, punctuality and etc. However, the slip is likely to occur during brake control since the wheels and rails are made of metal. The slip makes the brake distance longer and the wheels damaged. The condition of the slip is mainly due to various factors such as the load, the state of the contact surface between the wheels and the rails, so the slip becomes a high uncertainty matter. Actual train uses the blending control of regenerative brake and pneumatic brake for wheel-slide-protection (WsP), but it can be more efficient to divide braking force because each of them performs independent. In this paper, we will construct a system that distributes braking force throughout the entire train set including not only pneumatic brake but also regenerative brake. And we will evaluate of the train set brake control with electro-pneumatic blending control.

In digital world, data and information is very valuable and much targeted by unauthorized parties. One way to secure messages is cryptography. Cryptography itself is a branch of science in concealing messages. In further development a hybrid cryptosystem was formed which combines symmetrical and asymmetric cryptography, which in this paper uses VMPC and Multi-Power.. The RsA Multi-Power algorithm is an asymmetric algorithm that is excellent at message encryption but requires a long process time because it uses very complicated calculations. While VMPC has advantages in the process with fast time and relatively small size of ciphertext. Here we have analyzed the performance of various variants of RsA that have been hybridized with VMPC and given the results.

Data sharing, information exchange, knowledge acquisition and health intelligence are the basis of an efficient and effective evidence-based decision-making tool. A decentralized blockchain architecture is a flexible solution that can be adapted to institutional and managerial culture of organizations and services. Blockchain can play a fundamental role in enabling data sharing within a network and, to achieve that, this work defines the high-level resources necessary to apply this technology to Tuberculosis related issues. Thus, relying in open-source tools and in a collaborative development approach, we present a proposal of a blockchain based network, the TB Network, to underpin an initiative of sharing of Tuberculosis scientific, operational and epidemiologic data between several stakeholders across Brazilian cities. © 2019 The authors and IOs Press.
