Text mining can be used to classify opinions about complaints or not complaints experienced by XL customers. This study aims to find and compare classifications in the sentiments of analysis from the view of XL customers. This dataset was derived from tweets of XL customers written on myXLCare Twitter account. In text mining techniques, 'transform case', 'tokenize', 'token filters by length', 'n-gram', 'stemming' were used to build classification and sentiments of analysis. Gataframework tools were used to help during preprocessing and cleansing processes. RapidMiner is used to help create the sentiment of analysis to search and compare two different classifications methods between datasets using the Naïve Bayes algorithm only and Naïve Bayes algorithm with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE). The results of the two methods in this study found that the highest results were using the Naïve Bayes algorithm with Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) with an accuracy of 86.33%, precision 82.85%, and recall ratio 92.38%.

Nowadays, computer networks are widely used to exchange valuable and confidential data information between servers to computers or cellular devices. Access to user control and use of software or hardware as a firewall often experience security problems. Unauthorized access to information through computer networks continues to occur and tends to increase. This study examines the attack detection mechanism by using three data mining algorithms based on particle swarm optimization (PSO), namely PSO-K Nearest Neighbor, PSO-Random Forest, and PSO-Decision Tree in the Canadian Institute for Cybersecurity Dataset (CICIDS2017). The initial experiment showed that the approach using the PSO-RF method was able to produce the highest accuracy of attack detection. Accuracy values generated using the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 in the CICIDS2017 dataset are intact higher than other proposed algorithms. The highest accuracy of attack detection in the CICIDS2017 dataset is intact, which is 99.76%. In the CICIDS2017 dataset 50% Benign and 50% Attack it turns out that the PSO-RF algorithm with a combination of the number of trees and maximal depth = 20 also gets the highest accuracy value of 99.67%.

This review presents a comprehensive perspective on the genomic surveillance of SARS-CoV-2 in Taiwan, with a focus on next-generation sequencing and phylogenetic interpretation. This article aimed to explore how Taiwan has utilized genomic sequencing technologies and surveillance to monitor and mitigate the spread of COVID-19. We examined databases and sources of genomic sequences and highlighted the role of data science methodologies in the explanation and analyses of evolutionary data. This review addressed the challenges and limitations inherent in genomic surveillance, such as concerns regarding data quality and the necessity for interdisciplinary expertise for accurate data interpretation. Special attention was given to the unique challenges faced by Taiwan, including its high population density and major transit destination for international travelers. We underscored the far-reaching implications of genomic surveillance data for public health policy, particularly in influencing decisions regarding travel restrictions, vaccine administration, and public health decision-making. Studies were examined to demonstrate the effectiveness of using genomic data to implement public health measures. Future research should prioritize the integration of methodologies and technologies in evolutionary data science, particularly focusing on phylodynamic analytics. This integration is crucial to enhance the precision and applicability of genomic data. Overall, we have provided an overview of the significance of genomic surveillance in tracking SARS-CoV-2 variants globally and the pivotal role of data science methodologies in interpreting these data for effective public health interventions.

The Brimob Corps is a special police force, just like the special military detachments held by the TNI such as Paskhas and so on. At present brigade corps police national is busy being discussed in the real world and cyberspace, especially on social media twitter. Many opinions about the brigade corps police national so there are positive and negative opinions. Social media twitter is now one places to spread information about brigade corps police national. This study cases uses text mining techniques with support vector machine (SVM) method which aims to classify public sentiments towards brigade corps police national on twitter. The dataset used is tweet in Indonesian with keyword 'Brimob' with a total dataset of 1000 tweets. Text mining, transform, tokenize, stemming, and classification, etc. techniques are useful for building classification and analysis of sentiment. RapidMiner and Gataframework are also used to help create sentiment analysis to measure classification values. Accuracy values obtained with support vector machine (SVM) approach 86,96%, with precision values of 86,96%, and recall values of 86,96%.

Developing a prototype concurrent design tool for composite topside structures

Mr. Dirlik recently completed a master of science program in applied physics at The Johns Hopins University and currently works in the Radar Cross Section and Target Physics Branch of the Signatures Directorate at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Corderoke Division. He has worked on Navy low observable programs since 1990. Stephen Hambric:is a research associate at the Applied Research Laboratory at The Pennsylvania State University. He received his B. S. and M.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his D. Sc. in mechnical engineering from the George Washington University. He has worked on several computer aided multidiscikplinary design and optimization projects over the years including an automated propeller design system and a structural acoustic optimization capability. Dr. Shpour Azarm:is currently working as an associate professor with the Design and Manufacturing Group of the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of maryland at College Park. Dr Azarm's expertise is in the areas of optimization-based designed and concurrent design and optimization of multidisciplinary systems. A prototype concurrent engineering tool has been developed for the preliminary design of composite topside structures for modern navy warships. This tool, named GELS for the Concurrent Engineering of Layered Structures, provides designers with an immediate assessment of the impacts of their decisions on several disciplines which are important to the performance of a modern naval topside structure, including electromagnetic interference effects (EMI), radar cross section (RCS), structural integrity, cost, and weight. Preliminary analysis modules in each of these disciplines are integrated to operate from a common set of design variables and a common materials database. Performance in each discipline and an overall fitness function for the concept are then evaluated. A graphical user interface (GUI) is used to define requirements and to display the results from the technical analysis modules. Optimization techniques, including feasible sequential quadratic programming (FSQP) and exhaustive search are used to modify the design variables to satisfy all requirements simultaneously. The development of this tool, the technical modules, and their integration are discussed noting the decisions and compromises required to develop and integrate the modules into a prototype conceptual design tool.

He currently the program manager for the Sustainable Hardware and Affordable Readiness Practice Program (SHARP). is a Navy-wide logistics research and development prgram aimed at the successful transiton of proved technologies inot the fleet. SHARP focuses on reducing acquisition performance capability reliability maintainability and readiness of these systems. Mr. Grubb has served as a department director for the past eleven years. His most recent assignment was as director of the Tactical Computer Resources and Test Equipment Department. This organization provided acquisition and in-service engineering support of the Navy's tectical embedded computers priphirals displays and mass memory storage devices. The organization also provided a complete range of product engineering and metrology engineerig services for SSP NevSeaSysCom and the Trident Program. Prior to this appointment Mr. Grubb was deptuy director psysical security programs department and site responsible for program management and system integration of ashore integrated security systems. Mr. Grubb holds a B.S. degree in industrial engineering from Iowa State Universtiy an M.S. degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and has copleted the course work (Dec.'96 for a master's degree in public and environment affairs at Indiana University-Purdue Univeristy Indianapolis. In an era of fiscal austerity, downsizing and unforgiving pressure upon human and economic capital, it is an Augean task to identify resources for fresh and creative work. The realities of the day and the practical demands of more immediate fleet needs can often dictate higher priorities. Yet, the Navy must avoid eating its seed corn. Exercising both technical insight and management foresight, the fleet, the R&D community, the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations (OpNav) and the product engineering expertise of the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) are joined and underway with integrated efforts to marry new, fully demonstrated technologies and operational urgencies. Defense funding today cannot sponsor all work that can be mission-justified over the long term because budgets are insufficient to support product maturation within the classical development cycle. However, by rigorous technical filtering and astute engineering of both marketplace capabilities and currently available components, it is possible in a few select cases to compress and, in effect, integrate advanced development (6.3), engineering development (6.4), weapon procurement (WPN), ship construction (SCN), operation and maintenance (O&M,N) budgetary categories when fleet criticalities and technology opportunities can happily meet. In short, 6.3 funds can be applied directly to ''ripe gateways'' so modern technology is inserted into existing troubled or aging systems, sidestepping the lengthy, traditional development cycle and accelerating practical payoffs to recurrent fleet problems. To produce such constructive results has required a remarkable convergence of sponsor prescience and engineering workforce excellence. Influence of human engineering on manning levels and human performance on ships

The objectives of Human Engineering (HE) are generally viewed as increasing human performance, reducing human error, enhancing personnel and equipment safety, and reducing training and related personnel costs. There are other benefits that are thoroughly consistent with the direction of the Navy of the future, chief among these is reduction of required numbers of personnel to operate and maintain Navy ships. The Naval Research Advisory Committee (NRAC) report on Man-Machine Technology in the Navy estimated that one of the benefits from increased application of man-machine technology to Navy ship design is personnel reduction as well as improving system availability, effectiveness, and safety The objective of this paper is to discuss aspects of the human engineering design of ships and systems that affect manning requirements, and impact human-performance and safety The paper will also discuss how the application of human engineering leads to improved performance, and crew safety, and reduced workload, all of which influence manning levels. Finally, the paper presents a discussion of tools and case studies of good human engineering design practices which reduce manning.

He holds a BSEE from North Carolina State University and a MSEE and professional degree from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. During his naval career he served on USSIndependence (CVA-62) and USSLuce (DLC-7/DDC-38). He also served at Supship Quincy Mass. and Hunters Point Naval Shipyard. He was stationed in Washington D.C. with assignments at CNO (OP 98) ASN (S&L) and the Naval Sea Systems Command. Captain Vinroot was technical director of the Battleship Reactivation Program (PMS 378) technical director of the Destroyer Acquisition Program (PMS 389) and deputy program manager of the Amphibious Warfare and Strategic Sealift Program (PMS 377). Most recently he served as program manager for Gas Turbine Surface Combatants (PMS 314) and Surface Combatants (PMS 330). Captain Vinroot is now employed by PRC Inc. and serves as technical director for the Advanced Technology Division in Crystal City Va. Jeffery G. Ornergraduated from Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio in 1979 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and earned a master's of science degree in business from The American University in Washington D.C. in 1982. He has ten years of professional experience with the Naval Sea Systems Command in positions with responsibilities for logistic support planning policy and delivery computer-aided acquisition and logistic support and Fleet Modernization Program (FMP) and ship construction issues. He was a key player in establishing the current FMP integrated logistic support (ILS) process and in implementing of the Ships' Configuration and Logistic Support Information System (SCLSIS). His current position as Fleet Logistic Support Branch head for the Surface Combatant Program includes responsibility for logistic support and management of ship configuration and logistic data for all surface combatant ships (except for Aegis ships). USS Ingraham (FFG-61) is the prototype ship for NavSea's Advanced Technical Information System (ATIS). ATIS is a digital technical library, which holds on optical disks the ship's 2,000 technical manuals and 73,000 drawing sheets. It contains a detailed ship's configuration index (derived from SCLSIS) to lead the user to the proper drawing or manual, and it replaces the ship's aperture cards and the second (library) copy of the technical manuals. ATIS, and the data standards established and tested through ATIS development, will be the technical library portion of micro-SNAP and SNAP III. It also forms an important part of NavSea's plans to utilize EDMICS data. This paper describes the goals and technical concepts behind the development of ATIS. Problems encountered, solutions developed, and lessons learned are detailed. Special attention was paid to the application of the computer Aided Acquisition and Logistic Support (CALS) standards, problems caused by conflicts and ambiguities in those standards, the standards. Original program goals are compared with actual operational experiences. Plans for future expansion are outlined, including applications of this technology in the availability planning and execution process. A comparison is developed among the various methods of optical imaging and their costs and benefits.
