Knowledge resource and information system/technology (IS/IT) capability have been considered to improve firm performance, however there is still a gap regarding the sustainability of supply chain to face and recover from disruption (e.g., COVID-19). Questionnaire-based surveys was adopted and received feedback from sixty (160) Indonesian companies or about 28.07% of response rate. © 1973-2011 IEEE.

Directorate General of Taxes for Republic of Indonesia has an internal unit named data processing centre (DPC) that has main duty to process paper tax return delivered from tax office. DPC practically implemented new tax return processing system to replace the old system, however the performance of the new system was not on a par with the old one, at the beginning. Then, DPC made several improvements to increase new system's performance. This study aims to measure the improvements made by DPC by using Six Sigma approach. The approach is functioned to assess data processing performance through DMAIC concept: i.e. define, measure, analyse, improve, and control. With the DMAIC concept, improvement exposes better result, the average value of six sigma significantly escalated by 0.97 to 2.56. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Currently, research in music informatics focuses extensively on music theory, particularly on the theoretical systems of Western classical music dating back to the 19th century. However, contemporary popular music genres such as pop, rock, and jazz often rely on jazz music theory, which is an evolution from classical music theory. To make music informatics research more practical and relevant to modern music composition, it is essential to explore music analysis based on jazz music theory using computational methods. In this study, we attempt to perform jazz music analysis computationally. Jazz music theory primarily centers around chord progressions. Therefore, Tonal Pitch Space (TPS) and its extension to jazz music theory, TPS-ExJ, are valuable tools for our investigation. We implement and modify these computational music theories to calculate the "chord distance,"a metric indicating the naturalness of chord progressions. This allows us to estimate the "key"of a piece of music, a concept determined by human sensibility, using computational techniques. Although the experimental results for key estimation are not particularly high, we believe that the theoretical framework proposed in this study forms a solid foundation for complex chord progressions' key estimation in jazz music. © 2023 ACM.

Human performers interpret and perform a piece of music based on their own musical sensibilities and the musical characteristics they read from the information in the score. In doing so, the changes in speed and volume that appear in the performance are called performance expressions. This performance expression changes each time the music piece or performer changes, and we believe that formalizing this expression will make it possible to perform more human-like performances on a computer. In this study, we focused on the fact that Generative Theory of Tonal Music (GTTM) [1], one of the cognitive music theories, uses a parameter called tension value to analyze a piece of music. However, one method of calculating tension values, hierarchical tension values, is not suitable for automatic analysis because it requires consideration based on advanced musical knowledge when calculating them. Therefore, this study uses a parameter called sequential tension value, which is obtained by a different calculation method. Although sequential tension values are less accurate than hierarchical tension values, they have the advantage of being easy to calculate and suitable for automatic analysis. This paper discusses how to improve the accuracy of analysis of musical pieces using sequential tension values and how each component of the musical structure that makes up the sequential tension value affects the analysis results. Multiple regression analysis is used for this analysis, with the musical expression obtained from the local tempo and volume changes for each event calculated from the score data as the objective variable and the musical symbols in each event as the explanatory variables. The accuracy of the obtained regression model is compared with the methods used in previous studies, indicating that the analysis using sequential tension values is useful for music analysis. © 2023 ACM.

Current technological developments are directly proportional to the number of information technology projects made. This project is usually in the form of a program formed from a code. To facilitate version control and contributions between developers, git tools are usually used which are placed on an online platform such as Github. If a repository on an online platform contains sensitive information such as secret key variables and the repository can be accessed by the public, then this can be used to harm the company or organization that owns the repository. Several ways have been done before to detect this secret key variable by using the regex method and using machine learning to minimize false positive results. In this research, we will try to build a text or file classification model that contains secret key variables using the character level CNN and Shannon entropy. The Shannon entropy algorithm is used during pre-processing to retrieve the group of words with the largest entropy value and the CNN character level will be used because it is considered suitable for this case since the value of the secret key is abstract and does not require a sequence context for the said secret key in a file. The results of this study were able to obtain an accuracy value of 96.1% for the accuracy value for the classification of files containing secret key. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

The Brimob Corps is a special police force, just like the special military detachments held by the TNI such as Paskhas and so on. At present brigade corps police national is busy being discussed in the real world and cyberspace, especially on social media twitter. Many opinions about the brigade corps police national so there are positive and negative opinions. Social media twitter is now one places to spread information about brigade corps police national. This study cases uses text mining techniques with support vector machine (SVM) method which aims to classify public sentiments towards brigade corps police national on twitter. The dataset used is tweet in Indonesian with keyword "Brimob" with a total dataset of 1000 tweets. Text mining, transform, tokenize, stemming, and classification, etc. techniques are useful for building classification and analysis of sentiment. RapidMiner and Gataframework are also used to help create sentiment analysis to measure classification values. Accuracy values obtained with support vector machine (SVM) approach 86,96%, with precision values of 86,96%, and recall values of 86,96%. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Oil palm fruit farming is one of the most leading agriculture industries in the South East Asia region. Unfortunately, most of the harvesting method is still done through manual labor. Multiple research has been conducted to help farmers automatically detect the ripeness level of the oil palm fruit. We conducted an experiment of detecting the ripeness level of oil palm fruit by using one of the state-of-the-art computer vision approaches, which was deep learning with a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN). The dataset used consists of 7 levels of ripeness with 400 images of oil palm fruits. The models used in this test scenario were both AlexNet and DenseNet. The result of this study showed that DenseNet has been proven to outperform AlexNet by 8.5% in terms of accuracy and 8% in F1 score. © 2021 IEEE.

Representing computational activities is still an open problem in the field of Activity-Aware Computing. In this paper, drawn from our experiences çdeveloping activity-aware applications in support of two populations: nurses working in hospitals and elders living independently;we defined the Context Aware Representational (CARe) model. CARe is an ontology that enables the representation and management of computational activities. We illustrate, through application scenarios, that the CARe ontology is flexible enough to enable developers to customize the computational representation of healthcare activities. Application architecture and information technology systems in the company should be able to support the company's policy that leads to their alignment with the business objectives. As a company engaged in IT consulting, project management system is one form of application systems that support core business objective of the company: to produce high-quality software. Nevertheless, the project management system should be able to work together with other supporting information systems, so that the flow of information within the company can run effectively. To achieve these objectives, required the analysis and design of an integrated system, which can be achieved through a service-oriented architecture based system. which includes the stages of requirements and analysis, design and development, and the last is the IT operations. This study proposes a smart contract risk management model built on the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) to help identify, assess, and manage the risks of smart contracts. While smart contracts are beloved as a means to automate and disintermediate business processes, their security vulnerabilities can be critical. The main issue discussed in this paper is the lack of a holistic approach to risk management smart contracts. The resulting framework consists of six steps: Risk identification, assessment, prioritization, mitigation, testing, and continuous monitoring (and was developed through reviewing existing literature on smart contract security and the NIST RMF). It is recommended that a case study be performed to prove the proposed model's effectiveness in managing the risks of smart contracts and minimizing financial losses and reputational harm. The paper presents a risk management framework for smart contracts to increase trust and adoption to enhance security while reducing financial losses and reputation damage. This has wider implications for the security of smart contracts and can be used as a starting point for future work. This study is expected to significantly contribute to smart contract security by introducing an organized way to address these contracts' risks using the NIST RMF. © 2023 IEEE.
