We conducted research to diagnose breast cancer by classifying malignant and benign tumors. Several machine learning algorithms are used for classification, including Logistic Regression, Decision Trees, and ANN. The aim of this research is to determine the comparison of the three algorithms that have the highest level of accuracy, as well as the parameters and methods for optimizing the training data process in breast cancer classification. This research uses a dataset from Breast Cancer Wisconsin with the Pearson correlation method as feature selection to optimize the dataset for preprocessing data with drop features that have a correlation of more than 0.95. The research results show that the Logistic Regression algorithm is the algorithm that achieves the highest level of accuracy of 97.368421%.

With the ever-increasing complexity of Internet security issues, new attack types can be detected every day. The Network Intrusion Detection System (NIDS) can quickly identify and deal with attacks. In this paper, we establish an intrusion detection model suitable for NIDS through incremental learning which can continuously learn the behaviors from new network flows. We utilize the UNSW_NB15 network intrusion dataset, and a portion of the data is used to train the initial model, while the remaining data simulates new network flows. Our proposed model can continuously learn new network flow patterns and adjust parameters without storing original data, while improving the model's training time and maintaining accuracy.

E-learning was disrupted by a new concept of education named microlearning that carried various digital learning materials in convenient learning paths that were customizable according to users' necessity by using digital application. The competitive advantage of microlearning has been published but caused ubiquitous bias definition. This study aims to identify and analyze fundamental components of existing microlearning research and implementations in e-learning platforms. 42 research articles from SCOPUS database were collected from 2018 to 2022. They were reviewed to discover fundamental components of microlearning that must be considered in its implementations. The result of this study uncovered 'Content's variety' the most fundamental components. In contrast, this study finds that advance technology is the least discussed but required in supporting specific usage of microlearning. Limitation of this study lies on the determination of database and keyword usage and the methodology. This study recommends to consider combination of microlearning components to concept a specialized microlearning for sustainable quality education. © 2023 IEEE.

Credit card use is becoming more and more commonplace every day. Financial organizations and credit card customers lose a lot of money because of complicated illegal transactions. Fraudsters constantly stay on top of new technology to quickly perpetrate fraud against customer transaction patterns. We analyze credit card transaction networks and identify suspicious patterns, such as transactions connected to multiple accounts or unusual transaction patterns, transactions made at unusual times, and to monitor credit card transactions in real-time and quickly identify suspicious transactions. TigerGraph is used to analyze data, display results on a dashboard, and send notifications via email. One meth'\ Vc 1``13-od commonly used in anomaly detection is to compare data values against the standard deviation. In this research, we explain the use of TigerGraph as a platform for anomaly detection above the standard deviation, as well as the use of the Louvain algorithm in finding merchant communities used by fraudsters. The data used in this study comes from Sparkov simulation data obtained from Kaggle. Our results show that by using TigerGraph, we managed to achieve a very high accuracy rate of 99.77%, precision 82.84%, recall 72.38%, and f1-score 77,26% in predicting transaction fraud on Sparkov simulation data. This is much better than the results reported in a paper that uses the supervised machine learning method with the AdaBoost algorithm which achieves the highest accuracy of 77%. © 2023 The Authors. This research focused on social media applications that had been used by large-scale users. Data might be in the form of text, image, video, each with its own data processing complexity. In this study, the researchers had performed a systematic review of literature on the development and usage of crowdsourcing data collection in recent days, with a range of techniques/methods/approaches to present meaningful data results/conclusions for environmental management. From the collected references, it is found that most papers discuss the monitoring and planning the environment through the use of social media data. An in-depth review of the literature was performed on the state-of-the-art environmental monitoring and planning and the general architecture of the data crowdsourcing system. Finally, based on the literature review, the challenge of data crowdsourcing for environmental monitoring and planning is identified and addressed. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Despite Indonesia's leading position in palm oil processing, the inaccurate assessment of oil palm fruit maturity poses challenges in determining the optimal harvest timing and maintaining product quality. With advancements in information technology, including image processing and object detection techniques like YOLO and EfficientDet, there is potential for automated and precise identification of palm fruit maturity. To explore this, the authors conducted research to identify the most suitable algorithm for detecting the ripeness of palm oil fruit. The study utilized a dataset consisting of 8299 images with six maturity levels, employing augmentation techniques to increase image variability. Results show that YOLO V8s outperformed EfficientDet Lite 4 in terms of object detection precision, achieving higher mean average precision (mAP) scores. YOLO V8s showed a 4% improvement in mAP@50 and a 16% improvement in mAP@50-95 compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. YOLO V8s achieved a mAP of 0.978 for mAP@50 and 0.765 for mAP@50-95, surpassing EfficientDet Lite 4. However, EfficientDet Lite 4 had an advantage in terms of class accuracy and bounding box placement, as indicated by smaller box loss and cIs- loss values. YOLO V8s also demonstrated better frames per second (FPS) performance, ranging from 10 to 15 FPS, compared to EfficientDet Lite 4. © 2023 IEEE.

Six-sigma is an approach to appraise a company's prospect in generating a number of piece with homogenized processes without any production defects or zero faults. It is operated not only for declining defect numbers, but also for reducing the company's imperfection itself. It means, company is able to decrease the cost (in term of money or time), also to increase the efficiency by evaluating current process and planning to improve company management process. In this study, six-sigma benefited to determine the success level of implementation of e-signature application in e-procurement system based on user experience rate. Conclusively, the implementation of "change management"has enhanced the business process in detail, while it was still in the equivalent sigma level 2. © 2021 Owner/Author.

Traffic Violation Detection system using radio frequency identification (RFID) has been applied to detect vehicles with limited power sources through RFID Tag. Camera sensors are also applied to identify a vehicle and its plate number through image and video processing known as computer vision. On the other hand, vehicular ad hoc network (VANET) to gain information about location, speed, and so on through the vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) connection. Lastly, the internet-of-things that is backed-up by cloud computing helps to store various information from each of these technologies and process them to get results. Many researchers have proposed and developed algorithms or technology with astonishing experimental results of them. However, there has been no review of the integration and reporting mechanism that correlates them. There has also been no review about how to connect the information to the authority and violator. Therefore, the review was made to explain each technology's method with their experiment's results and issues. A sugarcane yield of one plantation area depends on several independent variables. Practically it is challenging to predict accurately by using conventional methods. This study aims to develop a decision model based on a combination of fuzzy logic and object-oriented methods to predict sugarcane yield. The research is conducted in four main stages, employing object-oriented methods for model design and fuzzy logic for model construction. Object and activity diagrams are used for the object-oriented model design. The fuzzy membership functions employed are a combination of trapezoidal and triangular shapes. The resulting decision model can simulate 2,225 data from plantation areas in Indonesia. Based on the 10 examples of plantation area data in Indonesia, plantation number one obtained the largest sugarcane yield, which was 4.79%, with a similarity value of 0.90 (when compared to manual calculations as its ground truth). This similarity value is a higher value when compared to the average similarity value, which is 0.89.

Real-world practical systems inherently exhibit non-linearities in their dynamics. Also, it is known that a time-varying delay exists in the system state or input-output. Combined, it affects the stability of the closed-loop system. It also increases the complexity of the controller design. In-depth controller design research on the class of Nonlinear Systems with Time-Varying Delay (NSTVD) has been the focus of the control community for many years. However, there is a lack of Systematic Literature Review (SLR) and classifications of the papers on this topic. This paper aims to review controller design utilizing a neural network model for the class of NSTVD systems. The study employs Kitchenham’s SLR method to gather, analyze and synthesize published papers from reliable databases between 2017 and 2021. The bibliometric analysis for the selected 38 papers reveals the prolific authors, countries, affiliations, publishers, co-authorship network, co-occurrences of keywords, and ten most-cited papers. Finally, this paper developed a conceptual map outlining six multi-layered findings: the addressed problem, control design method, nonlinear system properties, time-varying delay properties, system constraint properties, and actuator limit properties. A brief qualitative analysis of the ten most-cited papers is performed based on the map. The findings highlighted that the proposed methods have shown encouraging results in the simulation domain and can be used as a source of inspiration for future studies and implementation of the neural controller design of the NSTVD system.
