This research introduces a pioneering framework for flame, smoke detection, and personnel monitoring, developed to address the increasing frequency of fire-related incidents in Taiwan. These incidents have caused significant loss of life and property damage. To tackle these issues, we employ YOLOv4-Tiny and DeepSort technologies to detect flames, smoke, and monitor personnel within surveillance footage, providing essential information to users. Unlike previous studies, this system integrates flame and smoke detection with personnel monitoring, enhancing rescue efficiency and ensuring personnel safety. During testing, the system effectively analyzed danger levels, monitored personnel, and provided necessary information. However, smoke can reduce the accuracy of personnel monitoring, so future research will aim to improve this issue and optimize the detection and identification of individuals moving between different footage. In summary, this investigation proposes a system that analyzes danger levels and monitors personnel in fire scenes. A survey of firefighters and security personnel concluded that this system helps improve rescue efficiency and reduce personnel loss due to fire incidents.

Hospitals are individual health service facilities that provide inpatient and outpatient care, therefore, quality hospital services, facilities, and resources are a necessity and must be met by every hospital. To assess the quality of hospital services, facilities, and resources, we can see reviews from users through reviews available on Google Maps. Using natural language understanding, we can identify the sentiment associated with each particular aspect. In this research, we developed a deep learning model which can classify three aspects (services, human resources, and facilities) with four sentiments (positive, negative, neutral, and none) using a multiclass-multioutput deep learning model, ensuring both aspect and sentiment classification within a single model. Our research concludes that the BERT-LSTM model demonstrates promising performance with an F1-score of 0.597, but faces challenges in accurately classifying neutral sentiment across all aspects due to the lack of neutral sentiment labels.

The development of the increasingly advanced business world will certainly always be related to technological developments, especially in the current 4.0 era. In Indonesia, there are various types of companies such as services, manufacturing, food, and others. The development of the company will cause more and more complex transactions. It is very unlikely that the company has to record all forms of operations with a manual system, especially for large companies with so much data that they need a system to help process data quickly so that all transactions can be processed into reliable information. complete and accurate so that the company's goals can be realized. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of accurate accounting software for recording sales reports in one of the companies that engaged in food & beverage, namely Bliss Kitchen. The research that the writer did used is a quantitative approach with a survey method. This study finds that Accurate software that applied in Bliss kitchen is effective. Evidence shows the results of the questionnaire from Bliss Kitchen employees is positive about Accurate. © 2021 ACM.

Learning history means to learn what caused the world around us to become the way it is right now. For decades, historical events were recorded and taught to younger generations to learn from them. However, most students found that learning history is boring because they could not feel or understand the moment of those historical events. This paper aims to investigate how a game-based learning approach influences the achievement and motivation of historical learning through a mobile learning environment. We propose game-based historical learning using the role-playing game on a mobile platform. The implementation is based on the history of the first army general in Indonesia, General Sudirman. The game was tested to 63 Junior High School students in Jakarta. Based on the evaluation, using the game can increase student learning motivation and learning achievement.

Functional and non-functional requirements are equally important in software engineering. Both of them are mixed together within the same software requirement document. Usually, they are expressed in natural languages. So, a lot of human effort is required to classify them. Software requirements classification is a challenging task. Requirements classification can help developers to deliver quality software that meets users' expectations completely. In this paper, we present a Semi-Automated classification approach of Arabic functional and non-functional requirements using a natural language processing (NLP) tool. We propose a set of heuristics based on basic constructs of Arabic sentences in order to extract information from Arabic software requirements to classify the requirements into functional and non-functional requirements. This research aims to help software engineers by reducing the cost and time required in performing manual classification of software requirements. © 2021 IEEE.

Content based recommendation system tries to recommend items similar to those a given user has likely in the past, whereas systems designed according to the collaborative recommendation paradigm identify users whose preferences are similar to those of the given user and recommend items they have liked. The proposed recommendation system is discussing about Data finitihotel recommendations for a place across U.S. The selected process for the recommendation is calculating the rating of hotel categories on the city. By calculating hotel categories from several city by combining two features namely categories and taken from the city of the selected hotelcategory as well. As the executor of the transfer of civil servants, BKD (Badan Kepegawaian Daerah) is required for professionals in carrying out their duties in mutation positions for civil servants. This study implements a mutation system for civil servants by using Naive Bayes Classifier Algorithm. This study is implemented in Secretariat District Regency of Pelalawan, Riau Indonesia, This system uses some attributes such as age, total work period, education background and implemented on a web based application. This approach is an approximation to Bayes theorem which is the principle of statistical opportunity to combine previous knowledge with new knowledge. The recommendation system is one method to know the preference consumer by showing the potential object. This recommendation also helps the consumer gets the preference object. One of the popular objects in the recommendation is anime film. In this case, we conduct research to recommend anime films based on ratings of previously watched films. Collaborative filtering is a technique that consists of calculating similarities, predictions, and recommendations. This study is taken from dataset Kaggle which consists of 73,516 users and 12,294 anime. A user's history will be matched with the whole user's history with alternating least squares (ALS) method. The anime will be recommended based on that results. This method is expected to help millions of users find the desired anime. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Humans are basically curious creatures. We always look for all the latest information through books or news. News usually contains tags or categories to make it easier to find similar news. It can be done manually by a human or with a machine to make it easier. Data mining techniques such as clustering and classification can be used to help the categorization process. Clustering is a technique that can be used to grouped news based on their similarity. There is some algorithm that can be used to clustering data. One of them is Ant Colony Optimization (ACO). ACO is a metaheuristic algorithm that mimics how ants bring food to the colony. ACO also can be used to solve the clustering problem. In this paper, we will use the ACO version for clustering to cluster news and find the performance of the said method. Airport runway designs must consider wind climatology to reduce the potential for crosswind and tailwind events that can cause accidents and aircraft delays. The large potential of crosswind and tailwind on a runway at the airport is very detrimental to aircraft passengers and airlines. Therefore, it is necessary to know the potential of crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta Airport and find the right parameters for the approximate direction and speed of the wind on the airport runway. Analysis was carried out using the direction and wind speed data from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station in 2007-2017 to determine the potential for crosswind and tailwind on the runway of Soekarno Hatta airport and run a Weather Research and Forecasting (WRF) weather model to determine the parameterization of the right weather model for wind forecast at Soekarno Hatta airport. The highest maximum crosswind component in the 2007-2017 period occurred in August 30.53 knots, while the highest maximum tailwind of 25 knots occurred in January for a 250-degree runway and 24 knots occurred in August for a 070-degree runway. The potential for crosswind and tailwind is different every month. The scheme produces forecasts of wind direction and speed with a strong level of correlation with observations of wind direction and speed from the Soekarno Hatta meteorological station, the correlation value is 0.61. The most significant social impact of plane delays is time loss for passengers. While the economic impact on one of the crosswind events at Soekarno Hatta airport was an economic loss for one airline of US $ 43,392. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
