An evaluating process that involves the multi parameters and rules is complex and complicated. Such complexity shows that the problem is a semi-unstructured problem. Thus, the problem faced is possibly solved by proposing a new intelligentdecision model to get the quantitative decision. Here, the experimental research was conducted by methodically operating the conception of multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic. The experimental research is a Python programming language experiment and it is one implementation of the multi-stage rule-based fuzzy logic in solving the problem of a simple case for evaluating student performance. The evaluation model was designed thru an object-oriented approach and was conclusively able to show the result of100 dummy students’ performance values.

Disasters are unexpected, sudden events that may cause monumental damages to both materials and human lives. Hence, the unpredictability and destruction that follow when a disaster happens to pose a dire challenge for researchers, scientists, and governments to find ways to effectively handle the situation and flow of information when such an event strikes. The Internet of Things (IoT) presents a solution that involves using one or more mobile devices connected over the network, thus making the transfer of data and information more effective and efficient. This paper presents a holistic analysis of the state-of-the-art IoT technologies which can answer the challenge posed above, in addition to the demand for efficiency, mobility, accuracy, as well as better communications between the command center and all actors involved in disaster operations. The applications of IoT have varied for many purposes. We divide those purposes into two broad strokes of pre-disaster management and post-disaster management IoT-aided systems. For pre-disaster management, the IoT-aided systems are mostly used to predict the possible disaster that might happen using sensors placed in strategic places. Finally, for post-disaster management, the IoT-aided systems aid in improving the effectiveness and accuracy of evacuation, relief, and victim-tracking efforts.

As jamu small-medium enterprises (SMEs) concentrate on establishing online sales and computerized systems, Point of Sales (PoS) becomes a strategic solution to maintain financial stability with its capabilities in recording electronic transactions accurately. As the initial step in technology empowerment for jamu SMEs, the research proposes a concept in facilitating jamu SMEs to adapt in online business. A combination of Connolly and Begg's database design principles and McCarthy's Marketing Mix 4P generates a conceptual design of PoS database targeted specifically for jamu SMEs. Cervical cancer is Indonesia's second leading cause of death, following only breast cancer. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), non-communicable disorders will be blamed for 70% of all deaths and illnesses in 2020, while other disease types will account for 60%. Cervical cancer can be detected earlier, lowering the chance of death. This study aims to validate and check the pap smear test results obtained from the previously conducted pap smear screening program. The pap smear questionnaire developed would help in the compilation of a patient's habit history that has undergone a pap smear test during his life based on the factors associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer. Specific details, social-demographic features, diet, genital hygiene activities, reproductive background and behaviors, and health care and cancer prevention behavior are also included in the questionnaire template. The consequence of this design is the completeness of evidence on the theory of anomalies dependent on the findings of pap smear sampling.

Detecting COVID-19 is a significant task for medical professionals today because of its rapid spread. To overcome this problem, medical professionals have used various techniques and methods to detect to inhibit the proliferation of COVID-19. CT (Computed Tomography) Scan is currently the best method for detecting COVID-19. This diagnostic method is very accurate because it can see organs in three dimensions. However, this method requires a radiologist to detect the disease and requires a long time, which means it will cut valuable time for medical practitioners if a patient is sick. Therefore it is necessary to implement a system to detect the coronavirus automatically as an alternative quickly. This study intends to help medical practitioners to detect computed tomography (CT) Scans of lungs infected with COVID-19. The methods to be used are Limited Adaptive histogram equalization (CLAHE) contrast to improve the quality of CT (Computed Tomography) Scan images of COVID-19 lungs and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) for the image classification process. The dataset used is 698 RGB images. This study uses three convolutional layers, 3 Max-Pooling layers, and two fully connected layers, resulting in 83.28% accuracy.

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable video analysis instrument to determine teachers’ character in the opening lesson in terms of its utterances and produce video analysis on micro-teaching that will be used in training related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The type of research used is research and development. The subject of this research is the micro-teaching video of class E students’ batch 2019, Mathematics Education Study program at Sanata Dharma University. The product of this research is a video analysis instrument to find out the character of the prospective teachers, such as confidence, enthusiasm, and happiness in terms of voice utterances. This study uses the ADDIE research model. The results show that the video analysis instrument has a validity value of 4.80 which means it's very valid. Video analysis instrument to find out the enthusiastic character has a value of validity of 4.70, which means it's very valid. Then, the video analysis instrument to find out the character of happiness has a validity value of 4.60 which means it's very valid. The practicality of the developed video analysis instrument meets the required criteria with a practicality value of 4.31. Overall, the video analysis instrument developed belongs to an effective category.
