Decision support model (DSM) is familiarly applied in a lot of areas and issues. The model is commonly benefited by decision maker to solve semi / unstructured problems. One of them should be used to treat medical waste by considering six selected parameters and three decision alternatives. In this study, environmental issue is main concerned aspect that the constructed model consequently becomes ecological DSM (eco-DSM). Three main methods are operated to construct the model; they are fuzzy logic, Euclidean distance, and full-factorial optimization methods. The model is analysed and designed via object oriented method. Lastly, the study shows simulation results based on empirical data of medical waste from one class 'A' state hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Traveling has become a part of life at the time of the current urbanization. The growth rate of the internet and the availability of information allows travellers to access tourist information easier and faster. However, the individual's ability to find the information that they want is not proportional to the complexity of the information. This research would like to develop a reliable tourism recommender system that is able to provide destination recommendations according to user preferences with a combination of several methods i.e., Content-based, Collaborative Filtering, Multi-Criteria ratings, Demographic and Ontology-based. This research aims to implement a recommendations system for tourism through mobile devices by using the Android operating system. The results of this research indicate that the Hybrid Multi-Criteria method is able to provide recommendations to the user in accordance with the user's personal preferences and history of previous user rating with the average precision is 0.7. Evaluation metric of each methods indicate the lowest RMSE 0.84 in Multi-Criteria.

Numerous efforts have been reasonably done to eliminate the road traffic congestion, however it occurs every working day, particularly in metropolitan. This study positively proposed a model which is not only able to show the effect of road traffic congestion ecologically, but also can recommend the strategy for road traffic engineering with methodically elaborating the environmental attributes as a dominant aspects considered. It is called as ecological decision support model (eco-DSM). To construct the model, two main methods were operated and combined: fuzzy logic and water flow algorithm (WFA). The method fuzzy logic exploited to exterminate the bias facet on parameters, and the WFA utilised to model the road traffic congestion and vehicle flow and to optimize its velocity based on emission calculation. The constructed model itself was designed thru the method object oriented, and the empirical road traffic congestion data of the Juanda Street in Tangerang Selatan city were functioned. Finally, the model showed the simulation result for suggesting the best decision alternative for road traffic engineering.

The skin is an important part of the human body to be cared for. In healthy conditions, the skin has an important role in protecting the body from various diseases and infections. On the other hand, the skin is also susceptible to diseases caused by viruses such as measles, German measles, and chickenpox. In that case, an expert system to detect measles, German measles, and chicken pox is required. Fuzzy Inference has the ability to give flexible recommendations in the expert system. Named-entity recognition (NER) can detect symptom entities in text input that is inputted by the user in the form of natural language. In this study, we apply fuzzy inference and NER to develop an accurate expert system. The NER model, which obtained the best F1 score of 0.83, was able to detect entity symptoms with a very good level of accuracy using the ALBERT model, according to the data presented above. A web-based system that is very user-friendly has been developed as a result of the success of this trial, making it simpler for users to enter symptoms of children’s skin conditions. Based on symptom data that is entered in the form of free text, this system’s implementation has demonstrated its capacity to offer a diagnosis of children’s skin disease.

Coronavirus, or Covid-19, is a new virus first discovered in Wuhan, China, at the end of 2019. This virus attacks the human respiratory area, which can cause respiratory problems and even loss of life. Covid-19 virus transmission is also high-speed and very easy; it is transmitted through airborne and human droplets. Therefore, to reduce the transmission rate of this virus, several researchers revealed that social distancing is one way to suppress the transmission of the Covid-19 virus. In the era of technology, The Internet of Things (IoT) is one of the systems that can help to solve this problem. The Internet of Things (IoT) cancan use one or more devices connected to the network, and it can exchange data and information effectively and efficiently. In this study, the researchers review several IoT technologies that can be used to detect COVID-19 symptoms and implement social distancing rules based on the latest literature. The review results show that IoT technology has been used to monitor the progress of COVID-19 patients in real-time with various sensors connected to geographic positioning systems, mobile devices, and cloud computing. Several research proposals for the development of IoT technology have been identified, such as the detection of COVID-19 patients in crowds, prediction of the spread of the virus in an area, and implementation of health protocols in various crowded locations.

As the latest technology, IoT is growing rapidly in the communications environment, enabling it to communicate with other devices such as sensors and radio frequency identification (RFID) devices. This research aimed to provide an overview of cybersecurity that will form the basis for future technological developments. This research applied a systematic mapping study as the methodological approach. Based on the chosen search strategy, 29 articles were selected for a closer examination. This research reveals cybersecurity attacks on the IoT, particularly RFID and WSN technologies, which are the basic technologies for the development of the IoT. It is found that RFID requires access control to prevent attackers from misusing information and that key management must be compatible with WSN technology to predict attackers.

Deep Learning is currently the state-of-the-art technique for various computer Vision tasks, including object counting. Despite of its high performance, Deep Learning requires a gigantic amount of training data to show its best result. Getting this massive data in reasonable time requires a proper strategy such as crowdsourcing. However, in case of object counting, we found no crowdsourcing system able to effectively collect necessary data. To tackle this problem, we develop a crowdsourcing system to annotate image for object counting dataset. This system is also equipped with validation system to ensure the quality of collected dataset.
