This study focuses on the implementation of business property in real estate market. This is due to inability of the current technology to support the property products. Some people feel uncomfortable to buy houses from the online market. Buyers need to be very careful to deal with the sellers as the houses price is considered quite expensive. On the other hand, improving real estate market is still a challenge. This business still needs a physical representation, although it can be sold from the online market. In this paper, we propose the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system of virtual reality and drone. We use drone to help scanning the property units and then make 3D models with visual mapping so it can be run in a virtual reality environment, video 360. In real estate, business process can be developed in various ways. Our proposed SOA in this study can be used to integrate all of them.

Students can use social media such as Twitter for online learning (E-Learning). This study aims to analyse an accuracy for the sentiments of students about E-Learning who use Indonesian on Twitter social media both positive and negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naive Bayes (NB). Then to optimize the accuracy of the calculation results, the Particle Swarm Optimization (NB-PSO) approach is used. In order to optimize accurate results, this study uses three experimental sequences (scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 2) for both NB and NB-PSO algorithms. Each scenario uses different positive and negative comments. The results of the experiment show that in scenario 1 an increase in accuracy is 10.00% for NB-PSO. Scenario 2 there is an increase in accuracy of 13.33% on NB-PSO. Meanwhile, in scenario 3 an increase in accuracy is 27.22% for NB-PSO. These results prove that the accuracy of NB-PSO is better than NB for all scenarios.

Social media is one of the effective means of delivering information to the public. Indonesia Customs as a Government agency, use social media as a means of providing customs and excise information. In this study, will be revealed how the level of quality of information provided on social media of Indonesia Customs, specifically Facebook and Twitter. This research uses descriptive analysis method and Importance-Performance Analysis. The data used to support this research is obtained through a survey, with Indonesia Customs social media visitors as respondents. Measurements using 3 (three) dimensions of quality information according to O'Brien (time, content, and form), which consists of 9 (nine) criteria, ie, currency, timeliness, frequency, accuracy, relevance, conciseness, clarity, order and presentation. The results of the research show level of quality of information from each social media and also the superiority of information quality on each social media in accordance with the dimensions and criteria that exist. The study also shows dimensions and criteria of information quality that needs priority attention in the process of improving each social media content.

Wireless technology gradual growth in the latest years has facilitated it to bridge its applications operated extensively in many types of industry. Wireless sensor network (WSN) technology brings several benefits over traditional wired technology by reason of the lower cost, immense flexibility escalation, and scalability which is able to be obtained from the old-style one. However, in its application WSN still experience some constraints on resource limitations in the form: processor, memory and energy, and any more challenges that related to availability, reliability and security. Based on its benefits, limitation, and challenges, and also three systematic stages, the review study was performed. The result of study was portrayed in this paper. It is regarding investigation result of hybrid cryptography (HC, as one of defense methods) realized for WSN to methodically increase the security level and decrease the resources usage. The result concluded that HC was proven in escalating the security defense level and downgrading the resources use on WSN compared to symmetric and asymmetric algorithms.

This paper purposes comparing the view of system builder (expert system) using analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) and view of user (students) using regression method in elearning system STIKes-STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru. This study uses some attributes to analyze and evaluate which affect the acceptance of elearning system success. In AHP, the attributes are categorized as criteria and grouped into some dimensions. These criteria and dimenssions are evaluated by some experts using analitycal hierarchy process (AHP) to assess priorities for elearning system. There are four dimensions, system quality (four criteria), learning information quality (three criteria), service quality (three criteria) and service support (three criteria) dimension. This system is also evaluated by filling out the questionnaire by students as user of elearning system using regression method. The attributes are used as independent variable, while the succesfull of elearning is dependent variable. The result of using AHP and regression system has a different. It also can show there are different view between users and system builder which should be considered by STIKes-STMIK Hang Tuah Pekanbaru.

Attendance, presence, or attendance recording is very important for every lecture, office or other organizational activities. Currently, recording student attendance activities at Mercu Buana University is by calling one by one the students by the lecturer, then the lecturer signs attendance on the special application form for lecturers that have been provided. For this reason, it is necessary to design a database to create the database. The analysis used is SWOT to compare between Gaudy Booch and Ivan Jacobson methods. This comparison is used to find out which method is appropriate in implementing a better database. Based on the database design that is made to further facilitate archiving of attendance, increase data efficiency. From the results of the research with class diagram description objects, the class diagram and database model that we use is from Ivar Jacobson, because it shows how actors from class diagrams point to Object-Oriented Software Engineering that has advantages that are easy to learn and have notation simpler.

High-sensitive pointers often present a self-protection behavior, perhaps by covering their hands with their own ears or by making a higher frequency noise, which is a way of comforting and stabilizing themselves when they are confronted with a strong disorder. It lowers the child's sensitivity to sound by conveying the voice directly through the body through bone conduction. By reducing sensitivity to the outside world and adj usting the interaction of sensory organs, this improves the ability of autistic children to focus less. In this paper, the comparison of auditory perception between bone conduction headphones and traditional headphones is further understood to understand whether the use of bone conduction is helpful to the improvement of the concentration of autistic children.

Sign Language Recognition is a breakthrough for helping deaf-mute people and has been researched for many years. Unfortunately, every research has its own limitations and are still unable to be used commercially. Some of the researches have known to be successful for recognizing sign language, but require an expensive cost to be commercialized. Nowadays, researchers have gotten more attention for developing Sign Language Recognition that can be used commercially. Researchers do their researches in various ways. It starts from the data acquisition methods. The data acquisition method varies because of the cost needed for a good device, but cheap method is needed for the Sign Language Recognition System to be commercialized. The methods used in developing Sign Language Recognition are also varied between researchers. Each method has its own strength compare to other methods and researchers are still using different methods in developing their own Sign Language Recognition. Each method also has its own limitations compared to other methods. The aim of this paper is to review the sign language recognition approaches and find the best method that has been used by researchers. Hence other researchers can get more information about the methods used and could develop better Sign Language Application Systems in the future.
