The lowest time search in the dataset that E. Taillard utilized employs a heuristic approach based on tabu search techniques to get the predicted solution. Glover’s study gives a broad description of tabu search, which is commonly encountered in Taillard’s job shop scheduling difficulties and Widmer et al.’s flow shop sorting challenges. Although tabu search is relatively simple to use and typically yields excellent results, it takes a long time to complete. In this research a hybrid ACO and PSO was carried out to minimize makespan in the Job Shop Scheduling Problem which was used as sourced from benchmark data which is secondary data obtained from E. Taillard “Benchmarks for basic scheduling problems” which consists of job shop matrix data (job × machine) measuring 4 × 4, 5 × 5, 7 × 7, 10 × 10, 15 × 15, 20 × 20, 30 × 15, 30 × 20, 50 × 15 and 50 × 20. Hybrid is carried out by calculating the Pbest value, namely the process position of each job on the machine to get the best solution using the PSO algorithm. Next, calculate the Gbest (Global best) value for the position of each job on the best machine on the entire machine using the PSO algorithm and initialize the ACO parameters using the PBest and Gbest values. The results of research on datasets with sizes 10×10, 15×15, 20×20, 30×15, 30×20, 50×15 and 50×20 produce smaller makespan compared to the lower bound on the dataset with an average minimum makespan improvement value of 1.184.

Students can use social media such as Twitter for online learning (E-Learning). This study aims to analyse an accuracy for the sentiments of students about E-Learning who use Indonesian on Twitter social media both positive and negative opinions. The algorithms used are Naive Bayes (NB). Then to optimize the accuracy of the calculation results, the Particle Swarm Optimization (NB-PSO) approach is used. In order to optimize accurate results, this study uses three experimental sequences (scenario 1, scenario 2, and scenario 2) for both NB and NB-PSO algorithms. Each scenario uses different positive and negative comments. The results of the experiment show that in scenario 1 an increase in accuracy is 10.00% for NB-PSO. Scenario 2 there is an increase in accuracy of 13.33% on NB-PSO. Meanwhile, in scenario 3 an increase in accuracy is 27.22% for NB-PSO. These results prove that the accuracy of NB-PSO is better than NB for all scenarios.

Sugarcane plantations in Indonesia are still managed in a labor-intensive manner, especially plantation-owned by farmers. Labor intensive means that every stage of work in sugarcane plantation management still uses manpower. One of the jobs in sugarcane plantations that requires a lot of labor is sugar cane harvesting. Trend changing in the workforce gender would affect the quantity and quality of jobs, which is determined by the workforce's capacity and the workload of the work performed. The result of this research was a sugarcane agricultural calculator that made it simple for farmers to measure manpower and transportation requirements in estimating harvest costs. Manpower and transportation of harvested sugarcane commodities were estimated through the workload approach, namely, crop production and manpower's ability to carry a load. These two components helped sugarcane farmers to determine manpower and transportation during the harvest. The final yield produced by the projected harvest labor cost would be known immediately.

The loss of food crops during the COVID-19 pandemic threatens food security in Indonesia as one of the world's top coffee producers. This affects the insecurity of coffee commodities which is influenced by several factors other than the pandemic such as pests, plant diseases, and extreme weather. Plant diseases, such as leaf rust, are a significant factor in the insecurity problem in coffee commodities. The fungus Hemileia vastatrix B et Br causes leaf rust disease, which is a pest that frequently damages coffee plants. This disease not only interferes with plant growth but also causes a decrease in coffee quality and quantity. This initial research aims to carry out early prevention of these diseases as supporting to food security in smallholder coffee commodities. An AI-based visual detection application is the result of this research. We collected 100 images of coffee leaves from various coffee plants. The image is reshaped to 256 x 256 pixels and randomly trimmed to 224 x 224 pixels to fulfill the size requirements of a standard Deep Learning technique. Each image was classified into two classes by a plant pest and disease specialist. The dataset was divided into training, validation, and testing series with a ratio of 60:20:20 for training procedures. The Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) research method used a variation of the ResNet CNN model with 18 layers. The best model validation was 59%.
