As jamu small-medium enterprises (SMEs) concentrate on establishing online sales and computerized systems, Point of Sales (PoS) becomes a strategic solution to maintain financial stability with its capabilities in recording electronic transactions accurately. As the initial step in technology empowerment for jamu SMEs, the research proposes a concept in facilitating jamu SMEs to adapt in online business. A combination of Connolly and Begg's database design principles and McCarthy's Marketing Mix 4P generates a conceptual design of PoS database targeted specifically for jamu SMEs. The database design manages online purchasing transactions for jamu products by involving not only jamu SMEs and consumers but also a system administrator who manages data verification and extraction.

Cervical cancer is Indonesia's second leading cause of death, following only breast cancer. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), non-communicable disorders will be blamed for 70% of all deaths and illnesses in 2020, while other disease types will account for 60%. Cervical cancer can be detected earlier, lowering the chance of death. This study aims to validate and check the pap smear test results obtained from the previously conducted pap smear screening program. The pap smear questionnaire developed would help in the compilation of a patient's habit history that has undergone a pap smear test during his life based on the factors associated with the occurrence of cervical cancer. Specific details, social-demographic features, diet, genital hygiene activities, reproductive background and behaviors, and health care and cancer prevention behavior are also included in the questionnaire template. The consequence of this design is the completeness of evidence on the theory of anomalies dependent on the findings of pap smear sampling.

Mass gathering has been identified as one of the causes of fast-spreading of COVID-19. Physical distancing practices and large gathering control in Malaysia and all over the world are likely to be continued until the end of the year, even after Movement Control Order (MCO) has been lifted. This has imposed event organizers to redesign their events into virtual events where attendees are to stay at their houses and meet with the host and other attendees virtually. However, certain types of educational events or activities such as practical and hands-on classes are not to be virtually conducted as it by nature carries a competency for the students. This paper evaluates the standard classroom layout by comparing with optimal layout based on circle packing problem (CPP) solution. CPP solution is used to optimize the physical distancing-constrained for the student seat layout as in it happens in real life. The findings can provide an effective exit strategy for Malaysia to deal with this COVID-19 pandemic or other pandemics in the future.

The existence of various PHP frameworks may become one alternative choice in developing a web application that PT XYZ wants to evaluate its Wisanggeni internal PHP framework in order to measure how far the design quality of Wisanggeni framework is working. An evaluation on PHP framework using object-oriented metric parameter and design quality is then conducted in this research. The results of measurement conducted using object-oriented metric parameters for each framework are evaluated with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the best framework model design quality used as a reference for the development of Wisanggeni. This study also uses a combination of PHPDepend and PHPMetrics devices to measure the values of object-oriented metrics in each PHP framework. The research final result is that each framework has one value representing each framework's quality in which the quality of Wisanggeni framework is almost to the same with the Laravel and CodeIgniter framework.

This study aims to develop a valid and reliable video analysis instrument to determine teachers’ character in the opening lesson in terms of its utterances and produce video analysis on micro-teaching that will be used in training related to Artificial Intelligence (AI). The type of research used is research and development. The subject of this research is the micro-teaching video of class E students’ batch 2019, Mathematics Education Study program at Sanata Dharma University. The product of this research is a video analysis instrument to find out the character of the prospective teachers, such as confidence, enthusiasm, and happiness in terms of voice utterances. This study uses the ADDIE research model. The results show that the video analysis instrument has a validity value of 4.80 which means it's very valid. Video analysis instrument to find out the enthusiastic character has a value of validity of 4.70, which means it's very valid. Then, the video analysis instrument to find out the character of happiness has a validity value of 4.60 which means it's very valid. The practicality of the developed video analysis instrument meets the required criteria with a practicality value of 4.31. Overall, the video analysis instrument developed belongs to an effective category.

It is necessary to study technical factors such as bait used, oceanographic conditions of fishing areas and skipjack tuna trade patterns (Katsuwonus pelamis) as well as other factors in Sulawesi Fisheries. Supporting data to study these technical factors need to be obtained so that it can be improved throughout the year as a skipjack fishing standard with weights taken by the skipjack weights. Therefore, drones and underwater drones with cameras with high-resolution video and images to be fed and processed by computer vision. These drones are operated via Huhate ships which are then used to test efficient technical factors as expected, can be used in determining the size, shape, and colour as well as the analysis of skipjack fish that are in the Fish Aggregating Devices (FADs or Rumpon) in order to manage the management of fisheries managed in Indonesia.

Mathematical modeling in the epidemiology study can be applied to describe the current transmission of viruses, one of which is compartments. However, this simulation model is rigorous to understand, especially in interpreting the parameter values in influencing the solution. Therefore, it is necessary to present a coherent mathematical model solution. This study aims to determine the SEIRD model solution in the COVID-19 transmission using Microsoft Excel with three conditions (normal, new normal, and lockdown) to facilitate the interpretation of data. The SEIRD model used in this study considers natural population growth, namely natural births and deaths. Three stages to evaluate the model solution in this study are constructing a mathematical model, deciding the parameter intervals, and creating an applet in Microsoft Excel. The system of differential equations is converted into a system of difference equations to obtain numerical model solutions. The results showed that the differences in the infection rates for old normal, new normal, and lockdown conditions were 24%, 4%, and 3%, respectively.

File security is very important in maintaining the confidentiality of the information contained in the file. For that we need a way for information to be kept secrecy, that is with the science of cryptography. Cryptography is one method that disguises data to form encrypted data. In the symmetric RC4+ (Ron Code or Rivest's Cipher) algorithm, it provides secure message security and is an efficient stream cipher. RC4 NGG stream cipher algorithm 3-5 times faster than RC4 algorithm and but still have weakness in KSA randomization. The RC4 GGHN stream cipher algorithm is based on the RC4 algorithm and is relatively more efficient but still has weaknesses. Based on literature review from several research sources, it was stated that RC4+, RC4 NGG, RC4 GGHN are algorithms that are faster and more efficient than RC4 algorithm. Therefore, it is necessary to compare the encryption process with the aim of comparing and knowing which algorithm is better from running time and algorithm complexity. In this research we will perform two tests on each algorithm, image encryption using different key length and same image size and image encryption using the same key length and different image size. The results obtained in this research is RC4 NGG algorithm is the fastest algorithm between the three algorithms that is 13.3% faster than RC4+ and 10.2% faster than RC4 GGHN where the key lengths used in encryption do not affect the processing time and image size used in encryption very affects the processing time.

After Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) established in Jakarta, a change of air quality was indicated by the citizens. Representatives of Indonesia's Agency for Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics (BMKG) supported as the fact that mobility of Jakarta's citizen and commuters were reduced. With utilizing Weather Data Acquisition System managed by BMKG, this research compared fluctuations of Jakarta's air quality during two periods of time: Pre-PSBB and During-PSBB. This study proved that Jakarta's air quality has positively improved compared to the previous year, although in the lower range of unhealthy level.
