Any pandemic such as Covid-19 forces government's policy to limit people's mobility. It impacted to motorcycle workshop's operational and delaying customers in maintaining their motorcycle quality. Overcoming the situation, workshop business has to choose high value of their customers to optimize their service capacity. This can be done by using customer segmentation. Using segmentation approach, it becomes easier to provide services to targeted specific people with fit offering service package. This study presents customer segmentation using Recency, Frequency and Monetary model. K-Means Clustering is used to study motorcycle customer behavior and validated using Davies Bouldin Index. The clustering result can be used to target high potential customers and deliver motorcycle service for them. © 2023 IEEE.

XYZ Store is an online retailer that offers Rhea Health Tone (RHT), a supplement that helps build immune system strength. Until now, the shop has never contemplated grouping customers and distinguishing successful transactions from failed ones. The research aims to categorize consumers to determine which are purchasing RHT from local retail outlets. It is possible to create a distinction between successful and failed transactions. We have got two datasets to tackle. Tokopedia, an Indonesian marketplace, shared transaction data from its platform spanning three months and 26 days. The second dataset provides additional details, such as the outcomes of the transactions and their dates between September 2020 and June 2021. The purchase data is segmented into five data sets depending on the different locations where data is collected, and the characteristics of the customer base are determined through cluster analysis. This study will help to make market tactics more adaptable via the use of its findings. Based on the results classifications, we figured out that our data had been prepared poorly, which caused an imbalance in data. A better result, more accuracy, and a higher AUC might have been achieved had we prepared adequately. © 2023 IEEE.

Indonesia is a country with the highest e-commerce adoption in Southeast Asia with a contribution of up to 50%. The growth of e-commerce has a domino effect on other industries such as the shipping industry (logistic). During the Covid19 pandemic, the purchases within e-commerce have increased tremendously. However, due to the large-scale social restriction and rules imposed by the government, the process of sending packages took longer than the standard delivery. With the increasing number of shipments and so do the shipping problems. This occurs due to the lack of shipping updates that provided by logistics and e-commerce for the buyers. The proposal utilizes the use of Internet of Things (IoT) tracking device to eliminate mishandling delivery purposes. Customers enable to track their packages in real-time and speed up the claims immediately with the couriers or return the product to the nearest dropping point © 2023 IEEE.

This study investigates the impact of a variety of mobile service quality dimensions on the e-satisfaction of customers in the Indonesian food and beverage mobile application sector. The data were collected from 400 active consumers of these applications through purposive sampling, utilising a quantitative methodology. The study identified critical service quality factors - application design, simplicity of use, ease of ordering, privacy, and contact - that have a substantial impact on the quality of mobile services. The research indicates that the most significant positive effects on the quality of mobile services are from enhanced application design and simplicity of use, with privacy and contact following closely behind. In contrast, the quality of the service is not substantially influenced by the convenience of ordering. Based on these findings, it is recommended that stakeholders in Indonesia's food and beverage sector concentrate on the enhancement of visual appeal, intuitive navigation, robust privacy measures, and accessible customer support in order to enhance customer satisfaction and experiences. © 2024 IEEE.

SMEs, as part of the country's economic driver, make a significant contribution to increasing the country's economic growth by absorbing labour and developing development results. However, SMEs experience many obstacles in developing their businesses, and one of the problems is financial limitations. Several efforts have been made to strengthen SMEs' finances, but financial assistance cannot help SMEs develop their businesses. The cause is weak supervision over the use of funds originating from government assistance or other institutions, so that these funds are not used effectively to develop SME businesses. Thus, the aim of this research is to increase transparency in the monitoring of MSME financial assistance using blockchain technology. The adoption of blockchain technology for MSME financial assistance involves creating a consensus about the source and use of financial assistance stored in smart contracts. All stakeholders must be registered as blocks that will join the blockchain network. The research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to analyse phenomena and identify problems with financial assistance for MSMEs. The result of this research is a model for adopting blockchain technology to increase transparency in the use of financial assistance for SMEs. The research results also show examples of data simulations using the Hyperledger framework. The research conclusion shows that the application of blockchain in the distribution of funds for SMEs can increase transaction transparency for the government, banks, and SMEs. © 2024 IEEE.

SMEs are small and medium-scale businesses that play an important role in the country's economy. However, SMEs have many limitations that hinder their development. Limitations in knowledge, finance, technology, marketing, and human resources are fundamental problems that hinder the development of SMEs. Several efforts have been made to help SMEs develop their businesses, one of which is a partnership program with large companies. Large companies can provide support in terms of financing, training, marketing, and product development to SMEs as part of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and also involve the government. However, currently there is no monitoring mechanism that provides transparent and valid information regarding collaboration activities involving SMEs, large companies, and the government. Thus, the aim of this research is to build a blockchain model to increase the transparency of information on collaboration/ partnership activities involving SMEs, large companies, and the government. The research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review to identify SME partnership problems. Literature reviews are also used to study the concept of blockchain technology, which can be adopted as a solution to SME partnership problems. The research result is a model for adopting blockchain technology to support SME partnerships. The research results also present examples of SME partnership data simulations using the Fabric Hyperledger framework. © 2024 IEEE.

Since Covid outbreak in 2020, Indonesian Ministry of Health (MoH) has intensively embraced digital transformation initiatives in healthcare management and decision-making process. The latest healthcare digital transformation roadmap 2024, has emphasized the use of AI technology in data analytics and support policy making. The article examines the use of common Machine Learning (AI) algorithms, such as: Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine (SVM), Decision Tree, and XGBoost. The article applies these algorithms to analyse the common diseases faced by Indonesian such as Measles, Malaria, Leprosy, and Diphtheria. Those diseases are classical diseases, however, still infecting many people in large areas. The article takes a case study of national health profile within period 2017-2022, to study the data model of those diseases. The outcome of the article is expected to be used for further policy making. © 2024 IEEE.

This study investigates the role of AI chatbots in enhancing customer trust and dependability on e-commerce platforms. With the changing landscape of business due to advancements AI chatbots have become crucial tools for customer engagement and simplifying transactions. The study explores factors that affect customer trust, such as chatbot knowledge, humanlike qualities, responsiveness and brand reputation. By collecting data from 209 e-commerce users in Indonesia through a survey using quantitative methods the study discovered that expertise and responsiveness play a significant role in enhancing trust in AI chatbots leading to increased reliance by customers on these systems. Surprisingly, brand reputation alone did not have a direct effect on chatbot trust. The research emphasizes the need to optimize chatbot features to build user trust and suggests that while humanlike characteristics can improve interactions the main focus should be on efficiency. These findings provide insights for businesses looking to use AI chatbots effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty in today's competitive e-commerce environment. © 2024 IEEE.

Better staff motivation is believed enables to deliver better performances. Although it sounds essential, many companies have carried out unsuccessful program to do so. The article examines improving gamification design in Gojek app, a pioneer of ride hailing company, in Indonesia. Studies show the use of Gamification has proven to deliver many benefits and improve better performances in business. The article applies game design approach in Gojek app to improve driver's motivation as key factor to improve overall company performance. Since the numerous developments in information and Communication Technology (ICT) in recent years, there more internet use is common. Currently, traditional higher education is influenced by internet education. An issue raised in this research is the need to compare online and hybrid learning in the post-COVID-19 era using the right media to offer learning opportunities that can support student learning more effectively than either platform alone can. So that the purpose of this study is expected to be able to find out what impact is given when carrying out hybrid learning to higher education institution students during the Pandemic. This study used qualitative research methods to limit the research to the assumptions and characteristics of a qualitative approach. Based on the results of the questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents, the conclusion was that hybrid learning was more efficient than online learning. More and more higher education institutions are interested in creating hybrid learning, programs, and degrees because of the potential benefits. © 2023 IEEE.
