In the health industry, the development of technology makes all of its related activities easier and faster. Cloud computing can facilitate controlled distribution of blood by using an information system. The problems that occurs in the distributions of blood at the hospitals in Indonesia are sometimes the distributions are not controlled, so the blood may run out of stock caused by inequality of blood needs, difficulty in finding blood donors, and don't have an integrated system. The purpose of this study is to propose a connecting system that integrates Indonesian society who can be personal donor to help blood supply availability of UTD PMI using BBIS (Blood Bank management System) based on cloud computing. The research methodology is collecting data with a systematic literature review and referring to previous studies, related to the current conditions in Indonesia. The result in this study is to propose Blood Bank Information System (BBIS), featured of application, dashboard, module and network architecture. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. All rights reserved.

This study aims to determine the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on ticket sales flight at *** company. This is because the number of people infected with the Corona Virus is increasing more and more days making it difficult for people to travel during the pandemic. This research belongs to the type of quantitative research due to the data collection method used is a questionnaire method. The population of this study was taken randomly using a questionnaire that where the determination of the object is done by random sampling method. The method used is factor analysis and regression analysis for the model to be built. The results show that at the *** company there has been a decline in air ticket sales due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The results of the study indicate that there are Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and Easy access that need to be a concern for the *** online travel agency. The success of the *** online travel application can be carried out by maintain the Smart online booking, Product convinience, Excellent services and then increase the forth factor Easy access. © 2022 IEEE.

Online learning system or commonly called e-Learning which is commonly applied to the world of education, is now increasingly used in companies with diverse business fields. The concept of e-Learning is a transformation of conventional learning into digital form. The concept of e-Learning is now widely known and can be accepted in the community as evidenced by the many applications in the world of education and business. The aim to be achieved in this study is to implement e-Learning to PT MRK Diagnostics and find out whether or not there are inhibiting factors in implementing e-Learning to PT MRK Diagnostics. The method used to obtain recommendations after using e-Learning uses the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method to find out the impression of using e-Learning that affects employee performance. Edmodo e-Learning has positive impression values in the Attractiveness (1,950), Perspicuity (2,100), Efficiency (1,775), Dependability (1,575), Stimulation (1,125), and Novelty (0.875) groups. © 2019 IOP Publishing Ltd. Technology is developing rapidly coupled with globalization and the industrial era 4.0 makes everything turn digital, one of which is in the field of urban agriculture (urban farming). In this study, we collect data using interview and observation. We used UML approach for analyze and design the system. Then, we proposed system architecture. After that, we create user interface and develop prototype also. We create the system that can be integrate between mobile application and web application. The results of this study are system architecture, web application and mobile application. It can to make easier for the user to monitor their plants. This research will focus on designing cloud databases and connections between microcontrollers, databases, websites and mobile applications with the aim of monitoring plants in real time. The conclusion in this study is the IoT Urban Farming system can be implemented and integrated between mobile and web application. IoT Urban Farming system can be supported by Cloud database. © 2022 IEEE.

Recently, technology has been advancing very fast because of the use of information technology and the ability to obtain needs that exist in various places. Furthermore, the development of Service Oriented Architecture technology is now adopted in various fields. The use of Smart Agriculture System can help people who work in an agricultural sector. Components in Smart Agriculture systems integrated an entity such as hotel, hospital, logistic, restaurant, supermarket and traditional market who can get a message, information, and data throughout Enterprise Service Bus (ESB). Service Oriented Architecture help to share information and data very quickly because using SOA connects various actors in the material sales industry. The usage of SOA in the field of agriculture is expected to help the economy in Indonesia and also can suppress prices so it will not soar. This high price is caused by various factors such as lack of technological knowledge among farmers. There are still many brokers who become third parties from the distribution of agricultural food ingredients in Indonesia. With the implementation of SOA, it is expected to help farmers for a better living. © 2018 IEEE.

Smart Travel System that called To-Tour is an important component in Travelling and Accommodation Services. There are variety and different organization for support the integration mechanism. We proposed the concept of implementation about travel reservation solution that called To-Tour for use by travellers using on Service Oriented Analysis and Design Approach, specifically in Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). To-Tour is a Tour Travel Agency offering any trips from different vendor, and provide any variety features such as hotel, restaurant, car & motorcycle rent, trip destination, tour package, tour guide, merchandise, train, flight and the other feature in one platform application. Service Oriented Analysis and Design can combine any entities from different providers that can be integrated together to provide Smart Travel System services for travellers. To-Tour system is also designed to develop the tourism industries in Indonesia could appealing to any different travels segments. To-Tour is a new way to reservation any services for travel on one application. Marketing is vital in the process of selling the company's products. Based on the interview results, the CRM system at PT Askrindo has several problems that include a lot of redundant data, the number of users who use the CRM system has not reached 100%, and there is a mismatch in CRM system reports with the financial information from the company. This research aims to identify problems, analyze needs, and design new prototype CRM websites to provide solutions to companies to solve the issues. The process of creating CRM is carried out by prototyping the model method. The new proposed system has core features related to marketing business processes in addition to key account structure. The proposed system separates roles in marketing and customers to fit the condition of the new marketing division structure. The result of the proposed CRM application shows a promising system in helping the marketing department in this company. © 2021 IEEE.

A good application system can be seen from the user's satisfaction. Service-Now is an application used by the service desk division at PT Aero System Indonesia for the needs of customer reports. Many employees face obstacles in operational service-now, so the resulting report is not optimal. In this study will measure the level of user satisfaction on the service-now application. The study was conducted by taking a survey involving 32 staff in the service desk division as respondents. An approach the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) is used to analyse the data. The results of analysis show ease of use, completeness of a function or feature, and timely enough to satisfy the user. Meanwhile, quality of information needs to be increased in service-now applications to improve user satisfaction. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the rapidly urbanizing context of major cities such as Jakarta, the demand for efficient and rapid laundry services poses a considerable challenge, particularly within residential settings like boarding houses or dormitories in Central Jakarta, where access to communal laundry facilities is markedly constrained. Against this backdrop, laundry enterprises categorized under Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the service sector have witnessed significant growth. These services typically encompass the collection, washing, drying, folding, and delivery of laundry to the customer's domicile. Nevertheless, the burgeoning proliferation of laundry businesses has precipitated intensified competition within the sector, compelling these enterprises to devise strategies for customer retention and revenue augmentation. This research endeavors to delineate effective strategies and solutions to navigate the competitive landscape of the laundry industry. The study undertakes a meticulous evaluation of various machine learning algorithms, including Decision Tree, Logistic Regression, Naïve Bayes, Support Vector Machine, Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, and CatBoost, based on their performance with unseen data. This evaluation employs a comprehensive set of metrics such as precision, recall, Fl-score, and ROC AUC to determine the efficacy of each model. The findings reveal that the CatBoost Classifier algorithm outperforms others, achieving a training accuracy of 95.9% and a testing accuracy of 85.7%. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive comparison of multiple machine learning algorithms in the context of MSMEs in Jakarta's laundry sector, highlighting the superior performance of the CatBoost algorithm. Furthermore, the study contributes by demonstrating the practical application of these algorithms to improve customer retention strategies, enhance service quality, and optimize marketing tactics. The real estate market in Indonesia is currently undergoing a downturn due to a variety of issues, including potential purchasers being unable to find houses that meet their criteria, a lack of time to do home assessments due to the pandemic, and the difficulties of transporting furnishings to new residences. Because development is one of the sectors that affect national economic growth, these issues must be addressed. The purpose of this research is to create an Enterprise Architecture design for the real estate market that incorporates Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The methodology for this research includes observation, data gathering and interviews which addressed the real estate industry's difficulties and demands, followed by designing the proposed business application and Enterprise Architecture Framework.
