Implementation on Indonesian property real estate industry based on service oriented architecture

This study focuses on the implementation of business property in real estate market. This is due to inability of the current technology to support the property products. Some people feel uncomfortable to buy houses from the online market. Buyers need to be very careful to deal with the sellers as the houses price is considered quite expensive. On the other hand, improving real estate market is still a challenge. This business still needs a physical representation, although it can be sold from the online market. In this paper, we propose the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) system of virtual reality and drone. We use drone to help scanning the property units and then make 3D models with visual mapping so it can be run in a virtual reality environment, video 360. In real estate, business process can be developed in various ways. Our proposed SOA in this study can be used to integrate all of them.

EBITDA is a measure of a company's financial performance. It can determine the direction of business decisions for the organization, can be used to analyze and compare profitability among companies. By its linear and non-linear combination, appropriate forecasting technique must be determined. The aim of this paper is to propose a methodology for forecasting EBITDA. We propose a three-steps methodology which is composed of data preparation, forecasting model comparison and evaluation steps. The results from using 10 years monthly data of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA) reveal that the best model is ARIMA-ANN hybrid model. Thus, this model can be used to forecast the other time series data such as Selling Expenses, Operating Expense, General and Administrative Expenses in the future.

One main cause of inaccurate forecasts is that data may contain noises and outliers. In the case of the Provincial Waterworks Authority (PWA), the inaccuracy of analyzing and forecasting the number of water users is due to outliers contained in data sources. Some branches of PWA collected errors such as the very high or very low number of water users. This has a direct impact on the quality and reliability of the predictive accuracy output. The removal of the “outliers” is thus critical for accurate interpretation of the data. The purpose of this paper is to detect outliers in water consumption time series data. We examined two techniques: (1) a method based on autoregressive integrated moving average (ARIMA) time series modeling and (2) median absolute deviation (MAD). A clustering technique (K-Mean) is used as a pre-processing step in order to identify appropriate parameters for the two outliers detection techniques. The results showed that, with the precise parameter values obtained from K-Mean, both ARIMA and MAD performed very well on water consumption time series data. The two techniques are able to generate high sensitivity and specificity outputs.

Analysis backpropagation methods with neural network for prediction of children's ability in psychomotoric

A good age in optimizing aspects of development is at the age of 4-6 years, namely with psychomotor development. Psychomotor is broader, more difficult to monitor but has a meaningful value for the child's life because it directly affects his behavior and deeds. Therefore, there is a problem to predict the child's ability level based on psychomotor. This analysis uses backpropagation method analysis with artificial neural network to predict the ability of the child on the psychomotor aspect by generating predictions of the child's ability on psychomotor and testing there is a mean squared error (MSE) value at the end of the training of 0.001. There are 30% of children aged 4-6 years have a good level of psychomotor ability, excellent, less good, and good enough.

Depth Image-Based Rendering (DIBR) is an approach to generate a 3-D image by the original 2-D color image with the corresponding 2-D depth map. Although DIBR is a quite convenient to convert 2D images to 3D ones, there is a disadvantage in DIBR system that it cannot reach real-time processing due to the computing time. Against this, this paper proposes a method which is based on discrete wavelet transform and adaptive edge-oriented smoothing process, to speed up the computing of the system. The proposed method still preserves the original texture and thus the proposed method not only preserves the vertical texture but also reduces at least 60% of the computing time of the DIBR system. © 2018 Computer Society of the Republic of China. In recent years, the COVID-19 pandemic has become one of the most crucial scientific issues in the world, and efforts to eradicate the disease are still ongoing. The acute inflammatory reaction associated with this disease is associated with several complications such as cytokine storm, multiple organ damage, lung fibrosis, and blood clots. PTX3, as part of the humoral innate immune systems, is one of the acute-phase proteins that perform various functions, such as modulating inflammation, repairing tissue, and recruiting immune cells. PTX3 is increased in people with SARS-CoV-2, and its level decreases with proper treatment. Therefore, it can be regarded as a suitable marker for the prognosis of the COVID-19 and evaluating the effectiveness of the treatment method applied. However, some studies have shown that PTX3 can be a double-edged sword and develop tumors by providing an immunosuppressive environment.

In this research, the determination of the appropriate values of Gap for the assessment of promotion criteria of position in an institution / company. In this study the authors use Fuzzy Sugeno logic on the determination of Gap values used in Profile Matching method. Test results of 5 employees obtained the eligibility of promotion with the position of Z* values between in 3.20 to 4.11.

It is the key successful factors for the manufacture industry that create and select the key parameters in product design to match customer requirements in multimedia. Previous literature studies are focused on the development of customer requirements or parameter selection in product design but not the development of customer demand modelling and product parameter selections in multimedia. In this way we can achieve the purpose of meeting customer demand for product design in multimedia. Kano is a successful method to solve the customer requirements selections issues. And, the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) method is a method to solve the contradiction of product design. Therefore;the integration of the Kano and theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) methods is proposed to solve the cable product design in multimedia. This algorithm is also verified in an electronic manufacture. In summary, the proposed algorithm can be helpful by creating a product system in multimedia in this study.
