This paper presents the application program of fingerprint detection using wavelet transform for authentication. Fingerprints are obtained from the site of crime, old documents and excavated things. This paper proposes a fingerprint recognition technique based on wavelet-based texture pattern recognition method. By collecting incomplete fingerprints of 2 people with 6 images each. The original seven of uncompleted fingerprint images were undetected and only one was detected. After enhancing image quality using wavelet transform method, it was found that those of seven images were completed. The comparison method was a matching technique. This work focuses on the ability of the program and knowledge of image processing by studying algorithms of image processing. In design algorithm process, different technique enhancements were employed as well as the study of different of filters and algorithms based on existing research results from literature.

We focus on budget-limited multi-armed bandit (BL-MAB) problems in which an agent's actions are costly and constrained by a fixed budget. The existing BL-MAB problems assume that reward distributions are static. In this paper, we assume that rewards are dynamic since it is much more realistic. For example, the effect of online advertising, which is one real-world application of BL-MAB problems, is dynamic for trends and dates. For dynamic situations we propose two new bandit algorithms: D-KUBE and SW-KUBE. D-KUBE uses discounted rate γ. SW-KUBE uses scope τ. In our experiments, we compared the existing bandit algorithm with our proposed bandit algorithms. The main contributions of this paper can be described as follows: 1. When the reward distributions are static, KUBE, D-KUBE, and SW-KUBE have almost the same results. 2. When the reward distributions are dynamic, our proposed D-KUBE and SW-KUBE outperform KUBE. 3. The total rewards of the abrupt changes case are better than those of the gradual changes case.

However, a mass quantity production of the module is difficult. Then, we focus on 3D printer. It is able to produce on a large scale easily and reasonably, but researchers and engineers need to operate 3D CAD and 3D printer. In this paper, we hold the 3D-CAD and 3D printers' workshop, and the effect is investigated. Afterwards, we evaluate the mechanical function of the simple module made by 3D printer. The incorporation of an equivalent-input-disturbance estimator into a conventional sliding-mode control (SMC) system results in a new structure with improved disturbance rejection performance. This configuration enables an SMC system to reject unmatched disturbances. Simulation results for the positioning control of a dual-stage feed drive show that the method not only rejects unmatched disturbances, but also improves the disturbance rejection performance for matched disturbances, thereby demonstrating the validity of the design.

Interactive Learning objects (ILO) are explored in this paper in order to provide an improvement in teaching learning process, ensuring the monitoring of students by professor through the interaction provided by ILO. The article describes an ontology that defines and structure the classes of the elements of the ILO's metadata standard. This ontology is used as the basis for the development of a Virtual learning environment capable of running these objects and at the same time offer a system of tracking and monitoring the development of the student during the entire process. According to Islamic beliefs, movement and stillness of Iranian architecture, also to its literal meaning, has a more complex meaning and understanding its space has a special place. The purpose of this research is to study the role of some movement and stillness elements in the development of Iranian-Islamic cities to make optimal satisfaction in human. The method of this study is descriptive-analytical. Hence, in this research, first, the concepts of movement and stillness and its components in Iranian-Islamic architecture have been expressed. Then, we introduce Iranian-Islamic mosques, houses and Bazaars (markets) as the prominent buildings of our paper. The finding result of the research shows that movement and stillness elements have an important influence on the satisfaction of the environment and realization of peace in human.

Method of teaching and inheriting for skill is almost oral. It is not quantitative but qualitative. Quantitative inheriting of skill is difficult. In this paper, after tracking of a subject's skill motion using Microsoft Kinect, a subject's motion is visualized as the curved surface. A curved surface is fitted in the positions of a subject's joint, or the direction of trajectories. Expert and beginner perform swimming and karate motion. After the motions are tracked, the trajectories of joints are transformed to a curved surface. The difference of an action between an expert and a beginner is extracted by investigating curvatures and form on the visualized curved surface. Therefore, we expected that technical skill is transferred easily.
